Property was clean and well maintained and location was an easy bike ride anywhere. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We loved this house. It was in a great area and was spacious clean and comfortable. Bikes were very nice to have. 360 Blue mis-managed the early check in promised - the access code did not work and we had to call repeatedly while our groceries sat on the front porch for an hour. They had let us know it would be complimentary check in, but then 360 Blue charged our card and did not respond to our inquiries. We also had to call to get our wristbands to the resort amenities. The pool closest to us was also closed the entire week due to a repair on one of the handrails. We were told it would be closed for only one day on Monday but it did not open all week. Overall we had a wonderful week, but it seems these items need to be better managed for the rent we paid.

I really enjoyed the property. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The only snag was we had to wait a day for the 3rd wristband to access the amenities. Otherwise, wonderful home!

The house was great for our annual family trip. A quick bike ride or EV ride to Seaside, Watercolor pool. Grocery store right around the corner. Kitchen was nice to cook in. Comfy beds.

Beautiful Beach Vacation!
We knew the location was a bit of a distance from the beach, and we were okay with it! The house is gorgeous and clean, spacious, and the property management was helpful in checking in and understanding what we needed to know to check in.

Lovely Home
Great house! Small enough to be cozy but big enough to be comfortable. The open concept made it easy to feel like we were all together. Had everything we needed except a large skillet for cooking and the two small skillets were in bad shape. The teflon was all scratched and things were sticking. I did let 360 know that I new large skillet would be helpful, especially for a larger group, so hopefully that will be remedied quickly. A slightly bigger issue was the bikes. We rented two additional bikes so we wouldn't have to bring our own. They were awful. Horrible condition, broken basket, hard to ride. The three bikes provided were fine, but one broke the last day we were there. Long story short, after the first day with the rentals, I had my husband (who was coming a day later) bring our bikes from home, so the money spent on the rentals was completely wasted. 360 said they would send someone to repair the broken bike that evening, but when we come to Watercolor, we park the car and bike everywhere. If my husband hadn't brought the extra bikes, we would have spent our last day at the house or in the car. Again, I let 360 know the rental bikes were inadequate and hopefully they will consider updating or using a new service. To be fair, I did not call them early in the week to discuss the issue because I like my vacations hassle free. The person I talked to at the end of the week assured me they would address the issues.

October 2021 Stay
Awesome place and a great stay for my wife and I and our adult daughter who surprised us from Mississippi.
We’ve been coming to Watercolor for over 15 years and this was one of the best houses to stay in for our surprise trip. We could tell the vibe in this house was for peace, comfort and enjoying family. Will stay here again!

We came to Watercolor because our daughter (36 yrs old) and family love it. This house was a bit far from the beach for us (I'm 75 yrs old). We couldn't walk easily, we had to drive and then parking was not easy. I rode the bike once but couldn't carry anything and had to lock and unlock bike. Also could not ride our bikes ON the beach (unlike other beaches we've visited). Every Watercolor employee was VERY nice and helpful. Things were very busy and expensive. My husband and son (25 yrs old) went charter fishing and caught Red fish, we took fish to a Grayson Beach restaurant and they cooked it for our dinner. That was the highlight of our vacation even tho that dinner cost $700.00+ (including charter, tip and cooking). There were 3 of us all adults in the house.

We loved this house!! We have been coming to Watercolor multiple times a year since it opened many years ago and I have to say this has been one of my favorite houses!! We loved the location ( away from the crowds) and the convenience of its location. This trip, it was just my husband and myself and I loved how quiet and private the screened back porch was.
The enclosed air conditioned outdoor shower was a huge bonus...we rode our bikes for hours each day and would come back and shower before entering the house!! Loved all the details the homeowners put in the house.. truly a house that is loved by its owner. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home...we will book this one again!!!

We had a great time in Watercolor this year. The house was very comfy - definitely felt more like a home than just a rental - and perfect for our group of 5. Thanks 360 Blue and 47 Royal Fern Way for a memorable trip!
