The house was a nice getaway from the city. Quiet and secluded but still close to town if you need anything. It was nicer than the pictures. The pool was small but perfect for our size of group. Communication with the hostess was easy and they were quick to respind.

We’ve rented houses in Paso Robles several times. This was in the top two.The house was very clean, with a well equipped kitchen. The main bedroom and master bath were huge, with a large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms were large, with a shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom had a bunk bed with a double bed in the lower position. To leave the master bedroom you had to either walk outside or through this bedroom. Our daughter, her husband one teenager and two dogs were with us for four days (Our son and his family were supposed to join us, but Covid intervened). There was plenty of room for the five of us and it would have been fine if all eight and a third dog had been there. The house is surrounded by a vineyard and pistachio trees, was gated and very quiet. We cooked all meals in the kitchen, but there was also a grill and large table in the patio that would be nice to use.We would certainly return to this house for a stay with the entire family.Eight adults could comfortably stay here so long as one couple were willing to sleep on the double bed on the lower part of the bunk bed.Gardiner, Maine

Everything well kept and well stocked. BBQ area hedges need trimming to get to BBQ but we made it work. We were able watch tv ok. No instructions on how to use all tv remotes. Overall I would definitely return. We had a group of 6. Pool and location beautiful.

We had a lovely time at the Buena Vista Farm! We were celebrating my 50th birthday and had a small group staying at the house with a few more that came over for dinner. The only small hiccup in our stay, it does not comfortably sleep 9 adults. The bunk bed is a little awkward. We had a family of 3 adults that used that room but we didn't realize it would be that cramped. I would say it sleeps 7 adults easily, 8 adults if they are open to bunk beds, and 9 adults in a more cramped situation. Fortunately, we had a lot of good wine so they prepared for bedtime with a little extra hahaThe home is well appointed - plenty of glassware, plates, silverware, etc. Plenty of towels! Plenty of parking, and a lovely outdoor space with a huge dining table, and a fenced area for the dogs, although be mindful if you have an escape artist as the wall was enough to keep our dogs contained but was low so a dog that will hurdle fences would have no problem escaping. No bugs either, so we were able to leave the doors open while we were home. We lucked out that the weather was super mild, so only a few of us enjoyed the pool but it would have been AMAZING if Paso was having a heat wave.Paso Robles Vacation Rentals was also super helpful, professional, and sweet. I highly recommend checking them for other options if this spot is unavailable for your dates, you prefer to be closer to town, or you have fewer guests.

It was so peaceful and the setting is amazing — between pistachio orchard and vineyard. Pool is warm and clean. Beds are comfy, interior design is quirky but feels authentic, would definitely stay here again.

The house is an older Spanish-style house nestled among vineyards and orchards. It was nice and quiet and dark at night and peaceful during the day. The layout was a little funky but spacious, with lots of room to spread out. The master suite is huge and has a very ornate, marbled bathroom space. Rooms and beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Floors are tile throughout and there are small steps from one level to the next that older guests might look out for, but we figured it out. The main furniture is a bit dated but still comfortable. It would have been nice to have a broom handy to sweep the patio and pool space (lots of perching birds, as you'd expect for a farm setting). But overall, it was very comfortable and suited our needs very well.

We had a great visit. The location and setting are wonderful. We enjoyed daily long walks in the vineyard. We appreciated being able to have our small dogs with us. The house is comfortable. Eclectic decor, but clean and very comfortable. The property managers were very friendly and helpful. We will book this location again for sure and recommend to others.

Paso vacation rentals was nice, the home is unique in its decor, it has lots of privacy and the yard is lovely! Layout is best for family, since one room has to be accessed and passed through each time master suite is accessed. It was clean, but the dried flowers and such did activate some allergies of dust for us. Littles or older people may have trouble with some small “toe grabber” level changes in the home - marked with ref tape, but still something to be mindful of. The grounds were so lovely and the outside porch and table and driveway areas were out favorites! It was still a great family trip

Great Get Away!
We had a wonderful and very relaxing 3 day stay! The property is nestled between a pistachio orchard and a vineyard with walking paths in every direction. It was warm during the days where we mostly stayed by the lovely pool (no too big but perfect for us and very pretty blue tile). We took long walks morning and evening when the sunset was gorgeous all 3 nights. The main room king bed was fantastic and the en-suite bathroom was spectacular. Everything functioned properly and management was friendly and communicative. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

My husband surprised me by renting this wonderful home for my 60th BD. We had 4 adults, one 6 year old child, and our family pet with us. This was a wonderful getaway and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun time with our family and friends (2 other adults came over daily but stayed elsewhere). It was secluded yet very close to everything that Paso Robles has to offer! We enjoyed the heated pool everyday and cooked some wonderful meals in the well-equipped kitchen and BBQ. Best part was our walks on the private vineyard grounds. Felt like I was in Tuscany!

Perfect Bachelor Party House
Stayed here with a total of 7 people celebrating a bachelor party weekend. We had a fantastic time swimming in the pool, playing corn hole on the lawn, and walking the vineyards at sunset. Loads of privacy, noise is no concern at all. Had a great round of golf just down the road at Hunter Ranch. Highly recommended the site and would stay again! Thank you.

The Buena Vista Farm house was a perfect choice. The house was clean & cozy, the perfect place to relax and host 8 girl friends. We had an amazing weekend. The fact that Le Vigne winery was walking distance made the house even more special. The outside sitting areas were stunning. It was a beautiful Paso spring weekend. We definitely would return to Buena Vista Farm.

Nice, quiet location in the country. Very comfortable and a great location for us.

great spot
everything was good - the only low rating was for a mysterious 3rd bathroom that was listed in the description (and there was a picture of) but we never saw or found....? Strange. And it would have been really lovely to use the fireplace. Other than that, everything was great

Paso Robles winterbreak vacation
Our family enjoyed our stay in the Buena Vista Farm. The house was spacious with lots of room for our younger grandchildren to play with their older cousins. The decor was unique. The location was perfect -- very pretty and peaceful but not far from from the town and nearby activities.

Rent this house!
We had such a fantastic stay at this property. Close to downtown Paso, wineries, and if you are interested in going to Sensario, I can't think of a better place to stay. So relaxing and the house had everything for a two-family stay. The dog even loved it! Other reviews pointed out that the amenities were dated but this absolutely contributes to the charm. Don't change a thing!
3.0
Disappointing
The location is wonderful and the house itself has so much potential but the furnishings are worn out, the decor is dated and garish, the bathrooms smelled moldy and the kitchen is woefully lacking. If your intention is to cook- plan to use the range and microwave. The oven seemed to heat on the left side only. The listing said fireplace but when we arrived there was a note that said it was not for guest use. We were also looking forward to seeing the horses on the listing but the only thing left of the horses was the smell. Overall- it was ridiculously overpriced and disappointing.

Lovely but overpriced
Beautiful area in the countryside, easy drive to many vineyards and short drive to town/ restaurants. The home itself is large and beautiful. Definitely a country home though so dusty and lots of bugs and mice. It looked as if the property had been recently sprayed because the baseboards were coated in dead Beatles and crickets so we had to sweep up on arrival. We found out after we booked the cost to heat the pool was crazy high so we didn’t get to use that. The property manager was very responsive & helpful when we called to get the outside heater working and a shower unclogged. Also the bunk bed mattresses were very old/worn and loud so kids did not sleep well and we had to move them into our room which was a bummer. The other beds were lovely. Well stocked kitchen.

Comfortable, interesting old style
This house is from a different era! Rather baroque furnishings. We were able to eat outside each night and enjoyed the pool. Walking and running in the area were convenient. We liked having space for our dogs. We used the outside door to the master bedroom to avoid walking through the adjoining bedroom. Internet and TV reception are a bit slow. The oven temp is significantly low, maybe 50 degrees, so we adjusted temp up after the first meal. Overall, comfortable.

Wonderful quiet setting in the country. Easy drive to Paso Robles and surrounding wineries. Quaint place to relax after a day of wine tasting.

Secluded and Beautiful Estate
Having a background in agriculture, I always enjoy staying on a farm. The house was nestled in between beautiful Sauv Blanc vineyards and pistachio orchards, even the horses were friendly. We were located near all the wineries we wanted to visit and only 10 minutes from downtown. I would definitely recommend this spot to other large wine tasting groups!
