It was a good location a clean room the owner did respond quickly when contacted
I had a baby in the room it was very cold I had to heat the house with the oven after paying all that money I contacted the owner but the thermostat stayed on 62 degrees while it’s 30 degrees outside

It was close to everything
I came in and found that there were no drinking glasses.. and then the toilet paper was almost out to which someone outside claiming to be the girlfriend of the other room said I needed to buy from the store. On Sunday 1:00am I awoke to a very noisy commotion. I found the the living room was all lit up and the apartment door was open. This alarmed me as I know I closed it. I thought my housemate left it open. The following night, I walked in with my room open. WTH!!
Just weird. My housemate came later from NJ informing me that he was away since Friday leaving me alone in the apartment. So do other people have access? I don’t know but I am grateful my stay was at least safe.

The bathroom was VERY clean, and nicely done. The house was very secure. The bedroom was hot, (im always hot). It was exactly what we needed. A place to just sleep for the night, shower and keep going. It was nice if wanted, it had a living room with a large TV, and a full kitchen, and washer and dryer In the unit! The place was very clean and the bathroom was spotless with great water pressure.
Air conditioning option in the bedroom.

The location made it simple for me to access public transportation to locations around the city and also to the airport. The bathroom was newly remodeled, clean, and bright. The neighborhood was quiet. I didn't use the full kitchen, but it felt warm and inviting.
There were a few quite unsightly stains on the carpet and elsewhere. I am concerned my deposit will not be returned because my brother dropped me off and came inside for a quick chat before driving back to Delaware, and they might say I had an additional guest.

Nothing!
Run away from this place.
Everything is terrible:
The photos that appear on the website do not correspond to the actual apartment.
Before you get to the apartment they ask you for a $104 deposit which they pull out of their sleeve before letting you into the apartment.
Once you enter the apartment it is ALL dirty. They charge you an amount supposedly for "cleaning" the apartment, which was a pigsty.
The apartment has undergone catastrophic renovations. Everything has been done up in a shabby and horrendous way. No corner matches, everything is badly painted, there are some holes that have been badly fixed?
Everything is full of stains, dust, dirt, the floor is sticky and the sheets smelled.
There were socks in the fridge.
Grease stains all over the kitchen as if it had never been cleaned.
Moisture stains and fungus on the ceiling.
Dust on literally every surface.
To open any cupboard was to open the drawer of horrors.
Inside the apartment was another room which was accessed with a coded doorknob (which we did not have): The aforementioned coded doorknob was beeping like crazy ALL night long.
The chairs were disgusting, full of stains and dampness.
The whole carpet was full of black stains and old chewing gum stuck to it (like on the sidewalk in the street).
The bathroom door could not be closed: I don't even mean to lock it, but it could not be closed at all.
In short... the worst apartment in the world. I don't know how Booking allows these scams to be advertised.
I attach photos and videos of everything as proof.

There was free parking, safe (code to get into building and code to get into the unit), and close the ball field. Also appreciated that the owner/manager responded quickly to text messages. we booked last minute and they were very accommodating.
There was a funky smell to the place, and the furniture was very odd. Towels were small, not soft, and smelled like B.O. Seemed like everything had been acquired for free on curb sides. TV didn’t work.
