Island View Studio is a free standing open plan studio style accommodation of approx 60 sq metres with full width bi fold doors opening to a huge deck of approx 40 sq metres with BBQ and outdoor setting which overlooks in ground pool and surrounded by lush vegetation & palms. The Studio is the only guest accommodation on the property.
Comfort is assured at ISLAND VIEW STUDIO with queen size Balinese style bed, plush leather couches, 47 inch LCD TV,DVD player/ recorder, CD/radio,bathroom with walk in shower, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, tea & coffee making and reverse cycle aircon & heating. Fresh flowers and herbs from the garden. Continental breakfast provisions provided using local produce where possible.
ISLAND VIEW STUDIO is located less than 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk to Red Hill Village Shops including Red Hill Epicurian restaurant, Many Little wine bar and restaurant, Red Hill Bakery/ Cafe , Cellar & Pantry licensed supermarket for all your gourmet needs. There are many wineries/restaurants,Red Gum BBQ, and the renowned Red Hill Market within 10 minutes drive .

Enjoyed our stay.. The beach and pool were lovely. We would have enjoyed it more if there was a smart tv to watch Netflix, Stan ect. I didn’t love the choice of movies.. not a lot to choose from.. I would also recommend updating the photos because the trees have now grown and are soo big. You do not have the view that you see online. We were completely surrounded by trees. I booked the property based on the view from the pictures. There was also a house right next to the pool so we didn’t feel comfortable playing music which we would of enjoyed.. I did think it was more secluded. Other than that, it was very clean, beautiful surroundings and very quiet.

The property was better than expected. Lots of windows to let in the lights and view the lovely gardens around the property. It was very private and we really enjoyed our stay. It was well appointed and clean and the hosts were very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend. Thanks, Jane and Phillip!

A cozy yet surprisingly spacious dwelling filled with beautiful decor & a couple of fun movies & CD's. A perfect place fit for a couples relaxing getaway. Would be most ideal for warmer weather to utilise the pool & outdoor amenities, nonetheless, a great place to stay. Would be thrilled to spend time there again!

This was our second time at Island View. Would definitely recommend for a perfectly relaxing weekend. It’s walking distance to Red Hill shops and store, and close to all the region offers. The pool is great for chilling out or swimming laps and you have it all to yourself. Treat yourself and stay soon!

Love, love, love this property! It was bigger than we expected and has the most amazing relaxing vibe. The authentic Balinese decor transported us right there. Nestled amongst huge palm trees, it is truly a private oasis. The hosts provided wonderful locally sourced breakfast treats and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. We didn't want to leave. Thanks for a great stay!

We were able to travel easily to Dromana, Flinders and Hastings. We ate a few times in Dromana and Flinders and used the bbq . We went to the supermarket in Dromana, used the pool at the property and walked and enjoyed the view from the deck. Loved it all!

This is a perfect getaway for couples, just what we wanted to escape from it all for a few days. A beautifully presented, very clean and private place that is in the stunning part of the Peninsula Hinterland. The studio cottage was warm and very comfortable. The breakfast goodies from the local grocer are a great touch, and delicious. Excellent communication and hassle free. Thanking you for a wonderful stay and we hope to return again.

The very spacious studio is just lovely, the cathedral ceiling and bifold doors with picture windows give a real outdoor indoor feel. The lush vegetation surrounding the studio plus pool and Balinese touches gives the location a feeling of luxurious seclusion. The only very minor point was the kitchenette bar setup which was a bit cramped, down on hands and knees sometimes to reach utensils. All fine for a long weekend stay though. Excellent location too. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Secluded, peaceful studio apartment in a tranquil garden setting. Our 2 night stay was very relaxing and comfortable, even in the very hot weather. We spent our time swimming in the pool, reading inside on the comfy sofas or enjoying meals on the deck with a view of Phillip Island. There is not much room to prepare a meal so I would suggest planning ahead to bring a pre-prepared salad to have with a BBQ. We hope to stay for longer next time.
