enttäuschende Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage - mit Blick zur Innenstadt

Wir waren als Familie ( mit Eltern und Bruder mit Familie) in den Apartments in der Suite mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Der Kontakt zur Rezeption war nett und uns wurde bei Anfragen schnell weitergeholfen. Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt ist relativ nah. In gut 10 Minuten ist man an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, welche direkt in die Innenstadt fährt (insgesamt mit Fußweg etwa 30 Minuten). Vor dem Haus kann kostenfrei geparkt werden.

Wir haben die Unterkunft gewählt um bei 10 Personen (inkl. 4 Kindern) am Abend einen Aufenthaltsraum zu haben, was in einem normalen Hotel eher schwierig gewesen wäre. Doch aus der Beschreibung geht nicht hervor, dass die Küche und der Nebenraum im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses liegen und die Schlafzimmer und das Bad im Obergeschoss. Dazwischen liegt noch die 1. Etage, in der 2 weitere Apartments sind. Die Küche ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (in den Schränken verklebt, das Geschirr, die Töpfe und die Pfannen sollte man evtl. vorher nochmal reinigen). Für 10 Personen, wie gebucht, fehlen 1/2 Mal Besteck. Zudem ist es auch enttäuschend, wenn nicht einmal eine Kaffeemaschine oder ein Toaster zur Ausstattung gehören. Die Kaffeemaschine hätte laut Mail noch reingebracht werden können, jedoch nur mit Kapseln zum Selbstkaufen. Was aber auch enttäuscht hat, waren die sporadisch bzw. gar nicht eingerichteten Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. In einem von 3 Schlafzimmern befand sich ein Schrank, in den beiden anderen nicht eine Ablage für die Kleidung. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer war ein Tisch mit Stühlen, im 3. Schlafzimmer ein kleiner Nachttisch mit 2 Fächern. Wir haben also weitestgehend aus den Koffern gelebt. Für 10 Personen eher ungeeignet. Das Bad ist gut eingerichtet, jedoch ist auch hier ein klein wenig renovierungsbedarf vorhanden (etwas abbröckelnde Tapete/ Putz, wie auch in den Schlafzimmern). Den Außenbereich, welcher doch einen sehr familiengerechten Eindruck machte (Pool, Hängematte, Grill, etc.) haben wir nicht genutzt.

Great price right outside the business of Prague

The host was very accommodating. I needed my group to check out later, and we were able to at no extra cost. When some tenants were being very loud past the quiet time, the host contacted them to calm them down. Great location. Quiet neighborhood and right on a route to the airport.

The beds were a little hard, but that might be my personal preference

Disappointed experience

The property could maintained much better. Cleanness could improve. Lack of TV had negative effect, especially for children. Cigarette smell was everywhere.

A szállás jó és tiszta csak a konyha volt másik szinten! Én kialakítottam volna egy mobilkonyhát.

Reggelit nem kértünk! Jó környéken van nyugodt csendes közel a buszmegálló! A tömegközlekedés nagyon jó! Busz villamos metró gyors és sürüen jön megy!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt 👍

Ein schönes Gebäude mit großen hohen Räumen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend das kinderfreundlich gestaltet wurde. S-Bahn Anbindung schnell erreichbar, man ist in ca. 15 min im Zentrum.

Hard, fairly old mattresses. No bathroom floor towel so you step out on cold floor once showred.

For the Price apartment is fine and clean ,hous is old but ok.

Problem is bathroom outside of the room ,and it is very cold in bathroom only brave can have a shower 🚿

overall it's great money for quality ratio, maybe the best in this part of the city. It is very clean and neat. definitely e a good stay

the external bathroom was quite cold, despite the batteries working at a high level. also, I think it would be nice to add a pair of disposable slippers to the rooms with the detached toilet

There is no locks for the bath rooms and for 3bedroom apartment there is only one bothroom and sadest part is You can't lock the bathroom

Perfect stay

Quiet neighborhood, free parking nearby, comfy, cleab warm had all utilities. Has a nice garden to chill, not too far from city center. I really loved it.

Bathroom is in a shared hall, but not too much of an issue.

We had great days in Prag and in Flamingo apartment. Nice house with the nice garden. Absolut silent We feel very well at this place and we found the silence after visiting the lovely town during the day.

Ok for the value for money, but definitely next time will it be another place to stay.

- close location to the historical center (it takes only 15 min by bus and costs only 4 EUR per adult one way); - perfect Wi-Fi; - nice breakfast for the money; - free and close parking place;

- old beds (it's was a challenge to sleep there); - cracking old floor; - location of the bathroom (it's placed across the hall in a separate room plus windows meet grilling area outside); - poor isolation of the entrance door (we could hear every step from our neighbors and what they were talking about); - absence of the flat TV; - rather poor state of the walls and ceilings (big cracks, falling paint, deep scratches), rusty radiators;

Great value for money! The apartment was clean and cosy, the garden spacious with plenty seating options. Everything was as described. A bus station wasn't at all far from the building. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. If you're looking for an affordable accommodation in Prague for family or a small group I heartily recommend these apartments.

It was okay overall.

We liked the garden, BBQ area and the fireplace. My son loved the small play area in front of the room.

Beds were quite uncomfortable and there were cobwebs in the rooms! Cleaning needs to be improved.
