About this house rental

This quaint, cozy cape style home has three Bedrooms One full Bath, outdoor shower, large sunporch and deck. It is located about two miles from Dennis Beaches and has a fresh water pond a short walk away. Only three weeks remain available in July and August!

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two TVs and WiFi.

Within Dennis, besides the great beaches, you can visit the Dennis Cape Theater, Cinema, Sesuit Harbor, Scargo Tower, restaurants and shops or just relax on the beach!

We are also pet friendly. There are conservation trails around Flax Pond.

We have stayed here during the summer for the past four years. The place is perfect for us-lots of room, close to the beaches, near a preserve to walk the dog, a deck to sunbathe in and a quiet neighborhood. The owners are accommodating and available. We will be back next year!

Cute home in a nice neighborhood to walk our dog. Everyone was friendly. Favorite spot was the enclosed porch/bonus area. Host Karen was excellent and attentive (we were there for hurricane Lee) Highly recommend

We have stayed in this home for three years now and find it a delightful spot to relax and get away from the busyness of life. The home is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, near beaches and restaurants, and has a trail with a pond right down the street. Perfect in every way!

Beautiful spacious house with plenty of room inside and out. Very nice quiet neighborhood that is a 10-15 minute drive from many nice beaches. Had a great time would definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with this rental, looks even better in person! It was so roomy, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We were able to eat meals together, spent most of our time at Mayflower Beach, made burgers on the grill, went out for ice cream at the Cape Cod Creamery, watched a family movie each night on the Chromecast and ended our trip with a stop at Cuffys in West Dennis. Will definitely be back!!

Very peaceful

The cottage is older but so charming. They had everything available that we would need to stay for as long as we did. We stayed there for 8 days and it was so peaceful. The pond is beautiful, the neighbors are really nice, and we were able to have our animals with us in a safe environment. The owners worked with us regarding timing of leaving and arriving due to our relocation. The location is perfect. You are far enough away from the craziness but close enough to everything that you need including the beaches. It was a great stay!

This property was ideally situated for the northern Dennis beaches. After a long day in the Sun, we’d come back to the lovely home to relax, cool down, and get a good night’s sleep. The owners were responsive before and after check in, the home was immaculate and well equipped, and it was perfect for my family, including being easy to childproof for our daughters with special needs. We’re looking forward to coming back next summer!

Comfortable and clean . We had a great week at the cottage. Very roomy! Loved the large enclosed porch and the deck! Outdoor shower was perfect. Close to Corporation beach; our favorite. There is a wonderful clean pond at the end of the street. Great for swimming or kayaking/canoeing. Nice little beach area too! My granddaughter loved it!

Beautiful and low key neighborhood in walking distance of a fresh water pond. The cottage comfortably slept our family of five and pet with room for a few more if the pull out couches were used as beds. The sun room was big and could seat enough for a family style dinner. It was clean and fully stocked with toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc. We are already looking to book it again for next year!

We had never been to Cape Cod and now love it!!! We arrived at the house and due to covid, I was a bit nervous. The house is well stocked with items such as cleaning supplies, linens, towels, beach chairs. I can go on and on! I loved how quiet and private we were. My husband and I enjoyed having coffee on the deck and going for walks near the lake down the road. Our favorite beach which allowed my cavapoo on was Mayflower beach. It was a short ride and the beach was so nice. Our communication with owner was great and she answered all our questions. I loved that we arrived to the home and a welcome basket was waiting for us. We will be vacationing here again and again. Thank you Karen for allowing us and Miley to stay at your home!! :-)

Great dog friendly cottage in central location

My husband and I recently stayed here for a week with our dog and our 10month old son and had a wonderful time. The house is very centrally located in Dennis and only a 7min drive to north beaches. We really enjoyed swimming in Flax pond which was just a 5min walk to the end of the street. The house was clean and was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need which I always really appreciate. The owner had beach chairs and umbrella that we could use and even a high chair for our little one which was a lifesaver in terms of packing our car. Our only grievance was that there were only 2 window A/C units in the whole house so it was really hot (we came in July during a 90+ degree week). Only the master bedroom had a unit so the other 2 bedrooms were unusable even with all the fans going. Otherwise we loved this house which felt like a home away from home.

many of the furnishings have been updated since the photos in the listing were taken so we were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful patio set and gas grill! the owners were EXTREMELY accommodating and communicative and my dogs loved staying there! the pond is a very short walk to the end of the road and the trail through the woods was a hit.

Beautiful Cape cottage. Perfect for our family. We have a huge family in the New England area and the cottage was very accommodating for everyone to come to big dinners.
