The open floor plan features everything you would need at your home away from home. Fully furnished and well stocked kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, toaster and coffee maker. Just outside the kitchen you have a new full size LG washer and dryer set.
We have put careful thought in making sure you have everything you need to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. This condo is also positioned just steps away from the private beach access, no long walks to and from your spot in the sand!
Condo features keyless entry and beach storage stocked with chairs and umbrellas.
The living room features a new 55" Samsung Smart TV along with ocean views through the large sliding glass doors. There is plenty of seating as the living room features a matching love seat/sleeper sofa set.
The king master bedroom features a new king bedroom set and has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The king bedroom also has large sliders with an ocean view. If you are looking for a relaxing night, the bedroom also includes a 32" Roku TV.

This condo is absolutely perfect. Beautiful clean and comfortable inside. Amazing view of the ocean and dunes. Small private pool. And walkable to everything we needed! I will definitely be booking here again!

The place itself is fantastic. Great location. Clean, comfortable home with everything you'll need for your stay. The view from the porch is awesome and there's even a tiny 3-foot-deep pool on property. We had a really great time during our stay. But, please be aware that the parking is three deep under the building and you must keep your number on the dashboard and be ready to move your car if anyone you parked in needs to move. My sister had to run from the beach to let someone out. Not the biggest deal, but if you don't like being parked in or interrupted, perhaps find a different place. Also, you are required to pay a security deposit or buy insurance and although the place is called "No Worries", you'll get a very long email before your stay with a lot of information and lots of things you need to do before you leave. It is the opposite of "no worries". You must wash all of the towels AND put them in the dryer, for example, as well as take out trash, start a load of linens, clean up. In my opinion, the amount they're asking guests to clean is too much. Happy to put a load in the washing machine before be leave, but basically starting two loads is something the cleaning crew needs to work out.

This was a very relaxing getaway with our teenage daughters. It was nice to have the boardwalk in such close proximity so they could have a bit of independence. The condo was very well appointed and comfortable. We avoided leaving as the parking availability was very slim! Luckily, there were plenty of walkable choices for dining out. It was a bit noisy when our upstairs neighbors were active, but overall the stay was wonderful.

Beautiful property on a pristine beach. We didn't use our car all week! This really is the perfect location for everything a family could want to do. The park was accross the street, and we were able to easily enjoy many nights of free family entertainment and activities. Our kids loved "Butts and Such" restaurant and buying ice crean and treats at "the Veggie Wagon". They made friends on the beach all week and slept so great in the bunk beds. The condo was well stocked beyond what we expected, and the attention to the little things made our trip so easy and comfortable. The highlight of the week was watching fireworks on the beach right in front of the condo. Seeing our children dance in the sand with their new friends, with fireworks overhead, is a priceless memory we will never forget! For anyone considering this rental, we highly recommended it!

This was our first visit to Carolina Beach NC and we were so blessed to find this gem of a location. Walking distance to everything. This condo is beautiful and very well equipped. We would definitely recommend condo for anyone looking to stay beach front and near restaurants and bars and activities. We rarely needed our vehicle. The hosts are the best as well. They gave us a lot of recommendations since this was a first time visit to this beach. Five Stars.

We had such an amazing and easy time during our stay! The condo was immaculate and really was a “no worries” place. I loved the family friendly setup and my kids were so excited about the small extras like the bag of blocks we found in a drawer. Very comfortable and clean, we hope to come back in the future!

This listing was not lying when it said “this is it!” This is the best place we’ve ever stayed at Carolina Beach.
The unit is decorated beautifully! It has all the comforts of home; they’ve thought of everything! There were plenty of cooking utensils if you wanted to cook, although we ordered in a lot and took advantage of sitting in the lovely Adirondack chairs and listening to the waves while we ate.
We have a 3 year old and I loved that there were toys and books already there for her to play with, as well as kids utensils and nightlights. They even had a sound machine but we had brought our own, since our daughter can’t sleep without hers.
They also had a wonderful supply of beach chairs and a wagon! It was so nice that we didn’t have to worry about renting chairs or buying our own while we were there.
We had a small issue with something breaking during our stay but the owners addressed the issue the same day. They communicated well throughout the entire process - after booking, the day we left, and when we had any issues.

The property is exactly as listed, clean, homey feel and a great location! Clarissa was very helpful with restaurant & activity ideas. Check in and check out was a breeze and you can't get any closer to the beach than this condo.

The property was very clean and the owners were very responsive and informative. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and to local restaurants and attractions. It made walking everywhere very easy and enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone, especially those with a family!

This was the first time my parents have been to the Atlantic and they ended up loving it - mostly because of how wonderful this property is. It was so clean and comfortable, it felt like home away from home! The location was extremely convenient so we were able to walk everywhere. The pool was an awesome bonus that my kids enjoyed, too! I don't think there is anything I would change about this property. We hope to stay there again next time!

The location was great you could walk to a lot of local restaurants and shops and boardwalk. It was quite and had a decent view but the dunes do block some of the ocean view but overall a nice place and would stay again.

This is a beautiful condo, exactly like the pictures! The only problem was there was a smell when we got there. Matt was very responsive when I texted him to tell him we needed to air it out. Fine if we had the windows open with the breeze, but if it was closed up for any period of time the smell came back. We were at the beautiful beach most of the time so it really didn’t bother us that much.
Otherwise, wonderful choice!!! Beach couldn’t be closer and the hosts have stocked the kitchen with everything you could need for cooking. Close to restaurants and we walked mostly everywhere.
Second floor guest were extremely noisy, but that’s no one’s fault.
Would highly recommend, you won’t be sorry !!!

My wife and I stayed in this unit with our 3 kids aged 7 and under in March 2023. We loved our stay.
The unit was well-decorated and had a great view of the ocean. The patio was spacious and well-furnished with Adirondack chairs and tall captain's chairs. The unit had books and toys for kids. Beach toys and chairs were also available in the storage. The location is great. It's across from a lake and close to the boardwalk.
The only negative thing we experienced was the checkout process. There were a lot of steps for us to do, which was hard to do before 10a on the morning of with kids. Especially washing and drying the towels which we had to use until the very last minute. We ask the owners to ease up on the checkout instructions.

Amazing location and beautiful condo
My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary and the place was perfect. We were able to park and walk nearly everywhere. The first floor condo is great, except if there is a family above you that walks/runs like they have boulders attached to their feet. I add this in here not because there’s anything that Matt/Clarissa could have done about this, but as a request to others looking at condos that if you and/or your family are extraordinarily loud walkers, please be courteous and rent a first floor condo! The patio was amazing and I spent every morning out there reading. Matt was so easy to communicate with prior to our stay (we had no issues while we were there, but I have no doubt they would have been quick to remedy). The beach locker with chairs, etc, was fantastic. We walked to the boardwalk nearly every single day. This condo made our anniversary week amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This property was exactly as listed! It was very clean and great location! Perfect place on the beach!
We checked in easily, parking is available for 2 cars, the condo is beautiful and so thoughtfully filled with everyday items you need. The place was very clean and spacious, easy to get to the beach. The only thing I was bummed about was the pool (right next door on the way to the beach) was closed. When I asked the owners about it, they got back to me right away and said it is seasonal (not open until May). Everything is walkable - to most restaurants and the boardwalk. With the closet with beach chairs and toys, it made going to the beach that much easier - was great! I would highly recommend. Great owners, condo and location!

Great location and deck and view!
This was a great first experience of Carolina Beach. This unit is so close to the beach and the condo is so well done. Can easily see and hear beach from the deck.
The only thing that could be a pain while on vacation is the parking. We were able to park in the alley the whole time, but if that wasn’t available, then there is covered parking for the whole building that involves pulling into a line of cars. You are supposed to call/text other vehicles to move if you get blocked in, assuming the cars put their info on the dash like they are supposed to, but I never saw any. We used the storage closet down there once and an SUV parked in the golf cart spot and completely blocked the closet. There was no contact info so just had to wait until they left to get our stuff out. There is also no elevator but is on first flight of stairs so wasn’t bad for us. The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout trip!
