About this house rental
Our house (approx. 2000 sq ft) is located in a secure gated community in Albrightsville PA.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with kitchen bar open towards the dining area, beautiful living room and playroom. All bedrooms have queen size beds and large closet. In master bedroom there is additional trundle bed which may be used as twin size bed or after extending it- it becomes a full size bed. 2nd bedroom also has additional twin size folding bed. Bathroom on main floor has bathtub so you can take long bath after exciting day. It also has a separate vanity room with additional sink in it.
There is also a half circle driveway (U style) for up to 5 cars.
In our large modern kitchen you will find all needed appliances- large fridge, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers-one for ground coffee and 2nd for Tassimo pods, toaster and kettle. You will find various pots and pans, cups, plates bowls and utensils. You can have a quick snack by kitchen bar, or you can choose to have your meal in dining area of our living room by large dining table.
In a living room there is a sofabed (full size bed available after opening) and double recliner, 52” smart tv, (netflix and hulu available), blue ray player and wifi internet.
Downstairs in lower level you will find great playroom where you will be able to unwind after active day by the bar, play Pool Table Foosball or Darts or just sit and relax while watching a film on our wall size screen.
On lower lever there is also 2nd bathroom with shower and laundry with washer and dryer available for our guests.
Playroom sliding door opens to our spacious porch and backyard. There is bbq gas grill (no charcoal needed) available to use on the porch and large dining table for meals outside. You will be able also to relax in our hot tub all year round, or enjoy some pool time during summer in our private pool in backyard (our pool is heated by sun, not electric heating). There is also a firepit to enjoy evening campfire.
Kids will definitely enjoy our backyard monsterweb swing and wood playset with slide, swing and clubhousehouse among other attractions, while parents will be able to relax on porch wicker set with cold beverage.
The community where the house is located has a clubhouse, five lakes, 2 outdoor pools and also a kiddie pool (open starting late June). There are tennis courts and basketball courts as well (all community amenities are available with guest passes-we have 10 of such passes allowed by the community to have for guests).
The house is located close to many attractions among them you can find Camelback ski resort (30 minute drive), Camelbeach water park (30 minute drive), Pocono Raceway (10 minute drive), The Corssings Premium outlets for shoppers (25 minutes away), Shoprite supermarket and Walmart(15 minute drive) so you can conveniently buy all you need once you arrive. For most needed everyday items there is Dollar General located 10 minutes drive from our house as well as CVS pharmacy if needed.

The Home was great to stay at for the 8 of us. Many fun activities to do with a packed games room and a backyard. Perfect getaway location with most things accessible within a 10-15 min drive.
Anna (the host) was very responsive and helped us with any queries we had promptly!

We had a great time at this home. The house looks exactly like it does in the pictures. We played badminton, the kids played on the swing set, and let's not forget the big pool and hot tub on the beautiful deck. The game room was a wonderful fun way to end our nights. The community is very conveniently located near all activities such as fishing, pools, lakes, outlet stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and has everything you need. Our host, Anna, was also very helpful since the beginning; available at all times whenever I had any questions. It is a beautiful home to relax, reconnect with natural and have some fun with the family. I would highly recommend this home to everyone!

This was a post pandemic family trip which we looked forward to our children spending time together with various activities, which included utilizing the pool. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool because it was very cloudy and dirty. At one point we were so excited to grill chicken and when we went to go use the grill it just kept shutting off on us. However, we did contact the host who gave us directions on how to use the grill which we followed step-by-step but the grill only stayed worked for one night. The playground kitchen set was extremely dirty to the point the children could not play with it. We were so disappointed about that.The only outdoor activity that we were able to utilize was the Jacuzzi. Kitchen supplies were not adequately stocked. We ran out of napkins and some of the kitchen utensils were rusted. One thing that really concerned us was the windows being nailed shut which is a safety hazard. On the second night, we also found a roach on the couch as well as the bathroom. Overall, to make a better experience we highly recommend newer furniture as the furniture was falling apart and an exterminator for the pest control. Other than those things, we were still able to make the best time of our stay. The kitchen was extremely beautiful and the house was very clean. The kids absolutely and the adults enjoyed the downstairs entertainment room very much. The host was very responsive in a timely manner and we appreciate that a lot.

This house was perfect and she loved everything from the pool to swings and and play ground in the back and the air hockey table. The owners were amazing i will be renting again in the near future.

"A Fantastic Birthday Weekend"
Our family stayed at the property for my husbands birthday and it was such a wonderful experience. Anna and Tomeo were fabulous host and made the process simple and easy. From start to finish they made sure we were comfortable and the house had the most home-like feel we didn't want it to end.
I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing mountain getaway.

Location is a close drive to Jack Frost Big Boulder if you're interested in skiing or snowboarding. The mountains weren't open during our stay but we were kept occupied and spent most of our time in the playroom- shooting pool, throwing darts, and playing some music. We had brought our own Nintendo Switch as well and it was great to play it along the projector. The hot tub was relaxing, especially out in the cold weather. There was also a family of deer that came by for a visit which was a surprising touch- they came very close!
All in all, would love to come back here again. Wish the weekend was longer. Thank you Anna & Tomeo!

Amazing!
My family had such an amazing time! The property was everything listed and more! It was so clean, well kept and have you such a feeling of home! They were nice enough to accommodate my check out time and it was greatly appreciated! My daughters loved the swings and the plays caps! We’d definitely stay again!

Excellent 3 Day stay with family.
Our children truly enjoyed all the fun things they could do here. From the backyard play area to the books inside, they couldn’t get enough. We stayed during April (Crazy weather sometimes) and it was cold mostly. We still enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be returning guests. The host were great and responded quickly with any questions we had. I love that it was peaceful and a gated community for extra safety.

Perfect
My group really enjoyed our stay at this property for a skiing trip we had planned. It was in a great location only 25 mins from camelback! The house was extremely clean with a lot of things to do with the pool table, the projector screen, and my favorite the mostly enclosed very private hot tub!! I would highly recommend to anyone!! I would just suggest for future guests to bring extra frying pans because the house only had one and with a group of 7 that got very tricky.

The property was very nice and cozy. The hot tub was a plus also the game room in basement was amazing. The gated community very strict which is good for our safety but make sure you give all the car information to owner to make sure they will let you in. The owners were always a call away and very nice.

New Years getaway
Anna & Tomeo were very responsive and helpful, even came to snowblow the driveway on our last day. Felt it was better than the pictures. The ‘playroom’ was great entertainment and the hot tub was a big hit ! The check in process was a little slow at the front gate but it was a holiday weekend so i’m sure busier than usual - comforting to know the community is well protected!

Responsive Owners
I would TOTALLY come back here again, the backyard and basement/adult playroom was dope. Sadly the hot tub was broken when we arrived, but the owners were amazing about it. They immediately ordered the new part, but since it was a holiday weekend no one was available to come in and fix it. The owners communicated with us and kept us up to date on everything! They had another property in the same community that had a hot tub and let us use that. While not perfect, they know a thing or two about customer service!

Loved the community-lots of amenities. House was well equipped besides some kitchen gadgets that were a bit rusty and old. Backyard was great including the jacuzzi. It was awesome during the chillier evenings. Overall recommend and will come back.

Average accommodations for Disney prices
Property is just average; nothing impressive, nothing too horrible either. Please don't be fooled by the "gated community" phrase in the description. It was nothing what comes to mind when you hear about "gated community" . There were many below average houses, narrow roads, average yards, average everything....
Main complains - house itself could use some deep cleaning, and there was nowhere near enough towels, the ones provided are not what you can call a bath size towel. Also, there listing suggested some amenities, but no information was provided what they are and where to find them.
On the plus side - you are in vary quiet neighborhood, and very close to nature. Kids enjoyed watching deer and wild turkeys when they come to visit back yard.

Labor day weekend
Stayed with friends and family for labor day weekend, it's a nice home, amazing yard, great fire pit spot, the pool and hot tub loved it ! Kids had lots of fun so did the adults.. on the other hand the cleaning was a little poor the kitchen was greasy and cabinets were sticky and dusty, bathrooms we're also and had some sort of bad smell, considering the fact that the cleaning fee it's paid by us..
Thanks to the owner's for sharing their house and for being so attentive in responding our emails.
