We love this place. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here when traveling to Moab. The location is incredible. Not too far away from town, but just far away to feel secluded away from the noise. Plenty of parking for big trucks and trailers. Gorgeous views of the red rocks.

This house was perfect for my husband and I plus 3 daughters in the second room with bunk bed. Each bathroom was nice, linens were clean with plenty to spare, having a washer/dryer was a game changer, so I don’t have to wash so much when we get home, and the views out the back of the rim and front of the mountains were beautiful. Rabbits ran outside the windows every day, and the hot tub was nice after a long day of exploring. Very close to town, but not close enough to be caught in the tourist crowd of Moab. Highly recommended!

We have stayed several times at RimView for our annual weekend Moab trips. We love the location and access to biking and 4x4. The view of the Rim from the backyard hot tub is amazing. We appreciate having ample space for our family and a kitchen to cook a few meals or prep lunch for the day.

The home has everything you need. Garage could be a bonus for people with motorcycles or other offroad toys. Private hot tub is great!

Very cute home outside of Moab. Really only about 10 mins out of town. We loved being away from downtown. We trailered our vehicle and it was great to have a place to park the truck and trailer. The house is very nice. The cleaning company did a great job before our arrival. The view outside at nights is spectacular. You can see all the stars.

We had a difficult time locating the property as it stated the entrace was immediately on the right after the La Sal Loop sign, however it was about a 1/4 further just past the recycling center on the right. It was nice to have 2 rooms. This place has cable TV but the internet and cell service is virtually non existent. We bought groceries prior to arrival knowing it has a full kitchen with appliances and utensils however when we went to cook our first meal we realized several utensils and pans were dirty with old food stuck to it. There were crumbs still on the counter, dinner table and floor and the cleanliness was lacking in the kitchen area. We notified management and they were responsive to our concerns. We did not use the hottub as we had hoped to due to the weather. Would have rated this property higher if it was more thoroughly cleaned and ready to use/cook in.

Home was perfect. Nice and clean. Hot tub was a nice bonus after long day of riding. Plenty of room to park your trailer!

The house had everything you need for a few day stay, or a longer visit. Comfortable and homey. And the hot tub views…amazing at sunset.

Great place to stay especially if you want to check out the nearby national parks. The place has a great view and it’s in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Moab and the national parks were awesome. Property was ok. Could hear mice? Scurrying around at night but could never see them. Did wake up one morning to have some food that was in a sealed package on the kitchen counter nibbled through by what I think was a mouse. Called maintenance and they set a few mouse traps in the unit. I was instructed that they were single use traps and to just dispose of them if we caught something. I didn’t pay all that money to dispose of mice on vacation! The management never responded to my email telling them about the situation and asking for some type of refund.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub was fantastic after a long day of hiking, and the property was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. My only disappointment was the bunk bed. The top mattress is even with the guard rail, so it is not safe for a child to sleep on. We used the couch the first night, but there are not enough blinds covering all the windows in the kitchen/livingroom area for the early morning sun, so my oldest slept on the tile floor in the bedroom. Thankfully, we had camping gear with us which included sleeping pads and that worked for him. But the sleeping arrangements were not able to be used as advertised. Pro tip: as with most properties in the part of the country, the highway is close and loud, bring a sound machine if you are a light sleeper!

Loved staying out of town, yet close enough. The house was quiet and a beautiful view to just sit back and relax after a long day of hiking.

We enjoyed this newly built and comfortable home. Great location a few minutes from Moab. Spent our days hiking and enjoying the sights at Arches. Loved coming home to the full kitchen and relaxing in the hot tub under the stars.

Enjoyed the hot tub and the star gazing! Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed very comfortable.

The house was incredibly clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had everything we needed. The only concern (?) I had was lack of basic cooking amenities (spices, etc) and not enough dishes. I didn't want to run the dishwasher more than once, so we ended up eating pizza off paper towels our last night there. Not a big deal; we would definitely stay here again. Also, we got amazing views of the night sky from the backyard!

Very neat and clean. Convenient garage access. Amazing view from the master bedroom to wake up to each morning! Hot tub was great and you could see a lot of stars at night. Loved the location, just outside of town, across from Ken's Lake and Faux Falls.

Very nice experience. Only two less than laudatory comments. The physical address provided is an erroneous location in GoogleMaps. However, Rim View, Moab gets you to the right place in GoogleMaps. (Note: The written instructions provided probably work when coming in from the north (Moab), but are limited value when coming in from the south (Monument Valley, Bluff, Blanding, Monticello, etc.) Also, the hot tub works fine, but the instructions for use refer to a metal rod for the cover (there is none), clips to secure the cover to the tub (all non-functioning or broken), and two codes (one alpha and one numeric) to lock the cover in place (there is a lock, but no hasp to secure it to). But, like I said, the tub works fine!

We loved this house! It was outside of town which was great. It has beautiful views and everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Our little 'neighborhood' close enough to town, was charming and situated between two 'mountains'. Both Arches and, in the opposite direction, Needles, were accessable. Well appointed, the layout of the house offered privacy for both bedrooms, showers were exceptional, plenty of towels. Follow directions for getting cable and internet access and it works like a charm.

We absolutely fell in love with this place! It was well kept and very clean. We loved the peace we felt there. We will definitely be back. Close to everything in Moab and national parks.

We loved this rental. Close to everything but not up in the city. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed! Would 100% rent this one again!

Nice facility. Easy check in. You hear traffic from the highway. Needs some simply/everyday repairs. Run into some problems communicated with the host and sent somebody out right away.

Great stay near Moab
We were very pleased with our stay at Rimview#7. The location slightly out of town allowed us to enjoy more space, beautiful views and a hot tub which we used every day. The unit was clean and lacked nothing for our 4 day stay.

Excellent, clean property South of Moab. We went for the 2022 Carshow weekend and to do some wheeling, property was perfect.

Perfect home base for Moab adventures
We booked very last minute, and we're so thrilled with our accommodations. The view out back was spectacular, star gazing from the hot tub incredible. The bed is super comfy, shower pressure great, nice hot water, well-equipped kitchen for preparing real meals. The unit was super clean and cozy. Great location, away from the crazy busy downtown, but just a quick drive in. Drove the LaSal Loop Road one day, which starts right across the street, a spectacular drive with side hikes. Would return for sure.

Great house for small family (2 adults and 3 boys under 9.
Maps will take you all over Moab. Look for a sign that says RIM VIEW ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF ROAD if you are leaving Moab. House is great. Clean. Hot tub could have used a cleaning…water was a little murky and stinky. But we were still fine for a soak after hiking and fishing all day.

Nice home near Moab
We enjoyed our stay. Home was clean and decently equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking. This was a good home base to explore Arches, Canyonlands, and Moab. The home could use some more plates/bowls/etc.

Perfect place to stay in Moab
This is our second year renting one of the Rim View houses and we think they are perfect for staying in this area. They are away from town and secluded in their own neighborhood. The one we stayed at has a hot tub which is relaxing after a long day of riding the trails.

Great option in Moab
We loved this house! Great quiet location, felt private but accessible to town and the parks. The home is very new and clean and everything worked great. The hot tub and views were awesome. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Moab Rim View
Great property, very comfortable, and the hot tub is great. Well equipped. Close to road, which was busier than we expected, even at night. Honestly, I'm not sure you could find a property in the vicinity of Moab that could escape the road noise.

Moab trip
Nice place!! Had a lot of fun. A few items that need addressed , wind rattled something on roof, and they need more kitchen accessories. Close to highway so traffic noise is a bit much. Hot water in kitchen does not get hot.

The PERFECT place
We enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful home! The location is a few minutes outside of town which we loved. It’s like your own secluded getaway after a busy day. The home itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It is so quiet and sitting in the hot tub at night under the stars is incredible. You will not see the stars like this in town, it’s epic there. Waking up each morning to the views of the cliffs a few hundred yards away is beautiful. I could keep going on and on. We are already planning our next trip to stay here again.

Beautiful views!
This unit is very clean and nice and the views are magnificent. It is right off of the main road. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after a day hiking spent hiking in the parks nearby. The kitchen was nice and enabled us to "throw something in the oven" rather than eating out. The first day that we got there, the hot tub (didn't work) - it registered "Too hot", and we contacted property managers. They returned the call the next evening and apologized for the delay. We figured out that if we opened the cover and left it for a few hours, it cooled off and started working.

So Much Better than a Hotel
This townhome unit is outside of Moab but easy to access. The view of the red cliffs out the back was magnificent. There is ample room and all the basic equipment is there. We could easily take a morning hike or drive then return for a rest in the heat and then head out again in the evening. It is clean and simply decorated with a great washer and dryer.
