Superb stay and very good value. Can’t fault it

Hotel was of a far higher standard than we expected. The experience was incomparably better than any UK Holiday Inn Express I have been to. Staff were incredibly helpful. Room a good size and great view. Very good breakfast

It was a short but good stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a fun area.

Location was good, clean and felt safe.

Sound proofing in bedroom. I could hear the people in the room next door talking very clearly.

Let down by the internal window

The location was fabulous. Staff and breakfast was very good with a variety of different types of food on offer

Our room had an internal window which was terrible. When I booked this room it never stated that it had an internal window.

I must compliment the front desk staff for being so helpful when we requested for a wheelchair for my friend who spraine

The convenient location. Friendly & helpful front desk staff but not friendly & helpful call desk staff as I tried to call your hotel to confirm on something, but the staff over the phone is not helpful & sound reluctant & unfriendly. Not able to communicate well.

Cleanliness is not up to standard. My friend had a sprained ankle & had requested to have more pilllows on her bed but after a whole day of activities, we came back to a room not tidied with all the pillows & bed remained as in a messy state & bedsheet not changed though we have put the card on the bed to request for a change as there’s some stain. Btw, we left the hotel in the morning & it’s within the timing of the cleaning period. So it’s not excusable.

الموقع رائع جدا، والسرائر مريحة، والغرف نظيفة.

المكيف كان ضعيف في فترة كان الجو فيها حار، والغرف ضيقة، والفطور دون المستوى المتوقع لفندق أربعة نجوم، والسعر مرتفع.

Zimmer und Zimmerservice sind sehr gut, Zugang zum Hotel und Frühstück eher ausbaufähig.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig und stets in einem guten Zustand. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut, auch wurde stets danach gefragt, ob man noch Dinge (z. B. Handtücher oder Wasser) benötigt. Das Hotel hat überdies eine hervorragende Lage.

Das Hotel ist leider nur über Aufzüge zu erreichen und beginnt ab der 7. Etage. Bei hohem Gastaufkommen muss man länger auf einen Aufzug warten, da die Treppe nur im Notfall benutzt werden darf. Hier würde ich mir eine andere Lösung wünschen. Das Frühstück hat uns leider gar nicht gefallen, da es wenig Abwechslung gab und der Speisesaal nicht sehr einladend gestaltet ist.

Location was spot on, the hotel was quiet in the evenings couldn't hear and slamming doors etc, the staff were exceptional

A well-situated hotel with good facilities.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hongdae Seoul, which is within walking distance of Hongik University metro station—exit 5 is very close to the hotel entrance. The hotel is within a mall with various shops, restaurants, etc. Nearby, there are coffee shops and 711. The staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast was much better than I expected. I would consider staying here again if I were in that area of Seoul.

The curtains did not block them out, and I stayed on a high-level floor. This was my only minor complaint: I woke up a few times due to the morning sun.

離地鐵5號出口手扶梯很近，旁邊有CU超商，AK PLAZA滿好逛的，離豬腳小姐那條吃的也蠻近的，離機場線跟到其他地方都很方便，就是房間價錢太高一點

早餐變化不大，房價稍高，隔音效果真的蠻不好的，聽的到隔壁講話嘻笑的聲音

Excellent location, good breakfast

+The hotel location is right beside Exit 5 of Hongnik University station and in bustling Hongdae. +It's connected to a mall with a convenience store on the ground floor. +The included breakfast buffet had many options and included choices for vegetarians.

-The room appeared to be better set up for solo travellers as there was limited space to hang clothes, just two hanging bars. -The floor of the shower seemed a little uneven, so water tended to pool after a shower. I was also a little surprised that the shower room had only a regular shower head and no rain shower.

日系のホテルでは無いので仕方ないと思いますが、チェックインや部屋にある施設の説明書みたいなのが、韓国語と英語しかない所、freeWiFiだったけど、パスワード入れないとダメで、部屋のカードキーもらった所にもパスワード書いてないし、結局WiFi使えないまま過ごしました。3日間。聞くにも英語も韓国語も出来ないと不便でした。希望としては日本人も弘大によく行くので受付する際に日本語記載がある。部屋にある説明書も日本語があるともっと日本人が利用しやすくなると思います。今は翻訳機があるのでどうにでもなりますが、せめてチェックインの時に日本語の説明書があるといいなーと思いました。私も3日間過ごしてて気に入ったので、この点が代わってもらえたら次も宿泊したいなと思います。

The best hotel of my fortnight in South Korea

Location was perfect. Near the metro and also Sinchon ro with it's eateries plus a Nice-to-CU and a 7-11 at the entrance. Check in an out went smoothly, the staff were helpful and professional and the cleaning ladies very caring. I had a problem with my room safe and it was fixed within 10 minutes of notifying the Reception Desk. The room had a view over the rooftops. It was well laid out with comfortable space in the bathroom and a range of products provided in the bathroom. Universal powerpoints so adapters not needed. Great TV service with Australia's public broadcaster - ABC available (didn't find this in Best Western at Busan or Soju island). Black and Green Tea and an electric kettle provided (no black tea at Best Western). A safe in the ROOM which, again I didn't get in Busan or Soju) Breakfast was part of the package and it was very well done with a range of European and Asian breakfast options - I had a different breakfast every morning. Easy to access laundry with washers, dryers and irons/ironing boards.

Nothing really, the lifts were slow sometimes, probably peak entry and exit times.

Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location

Great hotel in a superb location, right next to many bars, shops, restaurants and Airport Express train. The staff is super nice and helpful :) Definitely recommended!

離地鐵5號出口非常近，隔壁棟就是AK PLAZA可以逛街，附近就是弘大商圈，有很多美食跟想買的都有～～！非常推薦！

Central, value for money. We would stay here again.

Property was central. Everything was accessible. Loved the train right underneath the hotel. The ingenuity of the bathroom was great. We loved the complimentary breakfast.

It was smaller than usual for 3 adults people. The laundry is small considering the big hotel. 3x washers and 2 dryers. I Couldn't believe the closing time for laundry was 10pm.
