That it had a bad a bathroom and a sink that work properly and hot water
It was trash under the bed under the refrigerator under everything trash and food the walls was filthy dirty Dusty I don't think the last time they cleaned the room was maybe last year... And when I asked the Indian guy up front do they clean and sweep under the stuff he tells me no they don't clean under the stuff I booked for a week through booking.com oh my God never again I would have canceled but he told me I wouldn't have got my refund back or my money so I stayed there 😭 the bathroom when she turn the bathroom light on the fan makes so much noise the freezer is packed with ice with stains on it everywhere

Rooms where old with old dirty furniture, the place smelled constantly of drugs, bed sheets were old and stained, people in and out all day, front door to building always locked. I left a day early just to get out of the dump. Worst motel I ever had with Booking. I wouldn't let my dog stay there let alone anyone else

Old furniture, soft bed, only one chair straight back a desk, etc.

the location was excellent….close to the beach to stay out of the traffic of the beach.
The property itself seems to be one of those hotel weekly rental properties. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were super flat. The room wasn’t very clean…the floor was dirty, dead bugs and sand all over it. The telephone didn’t work, water was a dirty yellow color. The furniture was very rundown and the bathroom door looked to be cracked (like someone beat the door down) My biggest problem was the price. I paid $166 for one night. Way over priced for what we got.

Pretty noisy: A/C very loud, and neighbors very loud. would at least impose a quiet hour time (11? - noise went into wee hours)

The bed was clean and the wifi worked. The shower was good. It's convenient to a Food Lion and gas stations and Dunkin Donuts.
The TV only had one channel and the refrigerator made a loud squealing noise. They had taped the outlet to prevent unplugging it -- clearly they knew about the problem and didn't fix it. The manager refused to move me, saying all the units were filled, but most of the units appeared to be empty (curtains open and looking unused and unoccupied) and there weren't many vehicles in the lot. It made me wonder if the hotel is a tax write-off. The manager also put me upstairs when I'm an older woman, while putting younger men on the ground floor, so I had to lug my suitcase up some steep stairs. There was no bath plug but the bath drain did not look clean, so I opted for a shower even though I really wanted a bath. It appears to be used by truckers and some long-stay tenants. No good restaurants in the area -- went to Salisbury for that. If I had known all these problems, for a bit more money I would have opted for a better property.

parking lot was plowed from snow. Outdoor area was clean and well-lit at night. Refrigerator and microwave were clean and operational. Beds clean with mattress covers. Room’s heating unit kept room warm.
The rooms are dated.

The comfort, and the information that is given by the Manager..
Location distance from where I needed to be in proximity to, but the value was comparable to the Motels in Salisbury, and cleaner than many of them

Nothing
The bed / bathroom
3.5 / 5.0
The only issue I had was that the rooms were advertised as having queen beds when they were clearly full size beds.

The guy at the front desk
The shower. No rugs. No iron. Not enough towel and wash clothes and the pillows was terrible.
2.9 / 5.0
In close proximity to the service I had to attend.
Room had an odor; shower head had a mind of its own.
