The home is clean and quirky. The bed was comfy. Shower was nice. Lots of space inside. Nice kitchen with everything you need.
The outside is very overgrown. Our service dog just went out to do her business and came back with a tick. Weeds were growing between the second bedroom screen door and the door. The screen was completely gone from the front screen door. Critters had gotten into the trash that had been left in the bins and garbage was everywhere. My husband cleaned it up only to have it happen again the next day. There is zero back yard; just a place to walk single file next to the house.

The location was great, the house was clean and comfortable.
The outside needs to be cleaned up way too many weeds grown up all around the place. There was no screen or glass in the screen door. The decor inside didn’t really make sense and the living room could use better furniture. They should update the pictures of the outside of the home or clean it up so it looks like the pictures on line. Definitely different in person than the online pictures!!!

Very convenient location, very quiet, easily walkable to beach, Mill Pond Park, and downtown. Very clean, great layout for small square footage, extremely well equipped (including every possible kitchen implement we wanted- rare for a rental!), interesting decor. Loved that it had a washer/dryer... and that hypoallergenic non-scented detergent was provided. Place is not scented, which is huge to me due to allergies.
Designated parking spaces are tight to get into due to narrow entry through wooden posts, but this was only a very minor issue for us. Other than that, everything as great.

It is absolutely lovely! Very well done. Stunning, so comfortable. It was perfect.
Our son is on hospice! We are taking things one day at a time, this was a beautiful and peaceful experience. It is our hope to return here soon. Thank you for an amazing awesome time! Life is good!
Our time there flew by way too fast!

Yard maintenance could be much better

The house was clean and well decorated. Appreciated how close it was to the beaches and downtown. Lots of room was nice.
Internet didn't work for the entire stay which meant no computer no TV. I did contact the Customer Service Reps was told a few times that a ticket had been submitted but no action. The Rep also said our stay would be discounted because of the no internet but I have not seen a discount. The parking was tight, not sure why they don't make the trellis wider to make it easier to park. Also thought the cleaning fee for the two of us for three nights was overprices. I don't pay that much to have my whole house cleaned.

The house was uniquely decorated. Very clean. It was a quiet little neighborhood but close to every location we were visiting.

Wonderful location to beach, restaurants, shopping.....spacious and clean! Loved I could bring my dog! A very unique decor......parking was good and the local scenery was spectacular.
The outside of the property could be so much more! Needs a clean up.

The interior of the home was interesting...the bedrooms were spacious, kitchen had everything and the many skylights brightened the interior.
The outside was very overgrown so parking was difficult and there was no outside recreational space.

The decor and atmosphere
Parking and walkways need to be trimmed back
