Hotels.com shows a hot tub, but there has not been one since 2017. Beds were meh as far as comfort. Room was very plain, but great colored wall. Bathroom sink had a slow drain. No outside fire, though it was a Saturday night and plenty of people there who would have enjoyed it. Breakfast was decent.

The hotel was nice. Room was alittle dusty on some areas. I got two beds (queen) they were definitely full size beds. So I was alittle disappointed with that. There were also no towels in the pool area, therefore I had to keep asking for more towels. Other than that the stay was fine. Breakfast was continental and good. People are friendly.

The room was sufficient for a one night stay with a dog, but you can hear your neighbors talking through the walls, the “continental” breakfast is packaged foods and a TV blaring, and the heat/ac was either on full or nothing. Rockport is a lovely little town and the music hall is first class.

We were quite disappointed. A very basic drive up one floor facility. A big hole in the rug when you walked in, dirty bathroom in poor condition. Didn’t feel comfortable without slippers. I must say the beds were nice and comfortable. They should put some extra blankets in the room though. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it; wish they had a hot tub. Overall, we wish we had stayed somewhere else.

The tub had dirty stains, the breakfast was just wrapped goods, such as uncrustables and a few stale bagels. Finally, the bedding was cheap quality.

We recommend staying here. There are enough parking spaces in front of the door, the rooms are spacious. There is also an indoor swimming pool. The standard breakfast was OK but not really great. Huge amounts of plastic waste are produced here every morning.

Thank you Angie. She was so wonderful and totally customer service oriented. She seems to do everything here. Checked us in, brought fold away, cleaning, watering plants. Hotel has everything that is needed. Fridge, microwave, nice smelling soft linens, cleanliness and for a great price! Would recommend and would stay here again. Just a short walk to downtown.

Needed a place close to Gloucester for a wedding weekend, and this was a great choice! We were assigned a 2 Queen room in the back where it was set up motel-style. There were chairs and benches around so we could hang outside when we wanted. The beds, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable and the vanity outside the restroom was very nice. The bathroom could use updating, as the tub was stained, the shower head was very basic, and they offered no complimentary toiletries. That aside, it was lovely space and convenient to all areas of Cape Ann. Our biggest regret is we didn't have an opportunity to sit around the fire pit in the courtyard or use the indoor pool, as we didn't have time. We will definitely stay again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rockport Inn, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The inn was very clean and quiet. Room was very spacious. Mattress was ok, a little soft for me but we had no problem sleeping. Definitely will refer friends and family to stay there.

The rooms are a bit outdated. And being so close to the ocean, why carpets? Smells musty and I’m sure it’s from the carpets getting wet and not drying out. And we had a fly in our room. Yuck!!

Terrific hotel. Great location. Close to Rockport & Gloucester highlights. The owner was awesome. Very friendly. The pool & fire pit were nice. We loved that the pool was open from 7am to 10pm. Often at other hotels the pool closes too early.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff is very nice. The room was a bit dated though and the layout of the bath and dressing area is a tad awkward. The pool and outdoor fire pit area looks great but we did not have the opportunity to use either. Continental breakfast was good but nothing special.

On day 2 of our stay, after returning from daytrips, we turned on the water and it was dark brown. No amount of flushing helped. So, no shower, no brushing teeth. We had to go out to buy a gallon of water. Next morning, when we reported this to the front desk, we felt that we were brushed off. We were told something about the water heater needing replacement, and it's too bad and no sorry for the inconvenience.

We were told there were rollaway beds available- there were not -which meant one member of our party slept on the floor with blankets- also- the pool was not recently vacuumed and a little cool to be inviting - looks way better in the pictures than the actual motel ish real feel.

the beds were good. Very nice lobby. The two queen beds seemed more like two double beds. Bathroom was so tiny that you could hardly fit in there. The breakfast really didn’t have much except for packaged items.

The exterior appearance of the buildings showed lack of maintenance. There was a broken chair outside at our door and one of the visitors sat in front of our door smoking marijuana on Saturday evening. More lighting is needed outside for at night when visiting the front desk for increased safety. Staff was very pleasant upon check-in and departure, no concerns with them whatsoever.

Stayed one night while on a bike tour of the Cape. Hotel is conveniently located about a mile from Rockport center. Room was spacious and clean with all the usual amenities (microwave, fridge, coffee maker). Staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Would have stayed 2 nights, but the room rate was more than double for the 2nd night. They offer a continental breakfast, but it was pretty minimal and I ended up having breakfast elsewhere. Overall good experience and reasonable priced (for the first night).

This is my second time at the Rockport Inn and Suites and I enjoyed it just as much as my last visit. My room was in the main building this time rather than one of the outdoor suites but the experience was identical. The continental breakfast (with hard boiled eggs) was good and I had no complaints about any of the guest services. One caveat however is that they don't seem to have an elevator to the second floor of rooms. In fact the front desk asked me if "stairs were going to be a problem" before giving me the room.

I stay here every year. Love the whole experience. My only complaint is that the staff doesn’t visit the room daily to refresh the towels and empty the trash. Other than that no complaints! Everything’s awesome.
