Villa 1 at Villas By The Cove is an ocean view 1 bedroom Villa Suite located just steps from two of South Maui's most popular white sand beaches. Newly remodeled, and conveniently located, this 600 sq. ft. single story 1 bedroom villa offers ocean views, privacy and comfort set back in a tropical lush garden filled with mango and palm trees.

Villa 1 sleeps two adults on one King bed and one adult or two small children on the full size sofa bed in the living room. The King bed can be reconfigured in to two twin beds upon request.

Experience an older Hawaiian style charm with a modern twist in this newly remodeled villa that was originally built as a beach bungalow in the 1940's. Villa 1 features an ocean view living room with air conditioning, high speed wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, ocean view covered lanai and private gated parking conveniently located next to the villa front door. Designed to feel like a second home, this villa is conveniently supplied with all of your travel-related “extra” needs such as an iron and ironing board, tupperware, wine glasses, dishwasher soap capsules, beach towels, and a clothes drying rack for wet swimsuits after playing in the ocean across the street. Basics such as bath towels, linens, kitchen rags, a set of travel size shampoo and soap, dish soap, salt, pepper, and olive oil are provided as well.

Guests can enjoy the salt water swimming pool, and two communal gas bbq grills and a complimentary washer and dryer are located on property. Laundry detergent is provided. 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 1 beach umbrella and 1 cooler are provided for your sun-filled days at the beach.

Villas by the Cove is located 25 feet from The Cove Beach Park where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons or body surf in The Cove's consistent small waves. Charley Young Beach, a long stretch of white sand ideal for beach walks and swimming, is another local favorite that's located at the end of the street, about a one minute walk from the property front gate.

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sun bathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and whale watching. Also a golfers' paradise with nearby world class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer's markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Villas By The Cove.

The villa was very nice, clean and functional, very close to really nice beach. Would be a perfect vacation spot if not for the noise. The property is located across the street from a park and there was music and loud party noises every single evening/night. That combined with pretty hard bed made it for quite tiresome stay. When making the booking I was reading the reviews for all the villas and I thought this one would not have a problem, but it's hard to imagine that there would be much difference, this park is just so noisy with the non-stop parties going on.

I have stayed on Maui four times a year for decades. I have found over the years that my standards aren’t always the same as property owners standards, not that I am picky but honestly if you are going to rent your home as a vacation rental make it right. Well Guy gets it……. the property is wonderful the villas the grounds are amazing all of it perfect. Thank you Guy!!! I can’t say enough. I do not write reviews ever but felt that Guy deserves a That-A-Boy!!!!

The property itself was so charming. Super clean and modern and really convenient. The pool is so nice and our room amhad everything we needed. we thought Overall it was just so nice and a great value. It’s steps from the beach, but keep in mind that the properties surrounding this one arent necessarily as nice and as kept up as this one. A little further down the road you hit where it gets really posh and nice. However we were looking for somethig affordable because we didn’t plan on being in the room much! The communication with the host was excellent. We had an issue with loud people late at night at the park across the street and it was resolved very quick! Check in and out was a breeze as well.

It was a challenge to find a place as close as I wanted by the water. This place was perfect! Loved the background music always playing during the day. The pool was nice and the whole facility was the cleanest place I’ve stayed at this whole trip. Totally staying here again!

Amazing property and amazing location. We spent 4 nights after staying at The Sheraton for a week and this was the perfect place to escape the crowds and it felt like a private Villa with how quiet it was. It was awesome to have our own Villa as they are all not attached to one another. The location was amazing as it was literally a few steps away from the beach where you can watch surfers all day. The property manager was also amazing and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property .

Villas by the Cove is a wonderful place to enjoy Kihei and Maui. Location is central to beaches and restaurants, all very walkable. The villa was well apportioned and a great home base. The outside large lanai and pool area was a great place to end the day or just sit by the pool. The property manager provided good detail and was easily accessible. We would highly recommend.

My wife, child, and I recently stayed in Villa 1. We were extremely happy with the villa and how the property was managed. We were warmly welcomed by the property manager Gal as soon as we arrived. He gave us a nice tour of property and even walked us over to the beach area. We had an issue with the in-unit security box not properly opening/closing so I texted the property manager Gal. Within 1 minute, he arrived to my door and figured out how to correct the problem. In addition, the villa and the site are very well maintained with a nice outdoor seating/eating area with a grill near the pool. Also, you cannot beat the location right next to the beach. It was great that we had beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, and a drying rack during our stay. We look forward to staying here again!

My husband & I were here for 4 nights & had a very relaxing stay. We prepared a couple of meals in the fully equipped kitchen & spent days lazing by the pool, in the shady pavilion listening to music & at the Beach. It’s Only a short walk to local shops & restaurants so we really didn’t need to use the car. The villa is extremely comfortable & felt very homely. We will definitely recommend this accommodation to our friends back in Australia. It was nice to meet you & Thank you for looking after us during our stay Shahaf.

I will start by saying that this was my 3rd stay at this property. The first 2 were before Gal Cohen purchased and renovated the property. The upgrades are beautiful. The day after we arrived we were asked how the stay was going and I mentioned that bed was a little hard for my taste, an hour later we had a mattress topper and the bed was remade. It made the bed perfect for sleeping! Everything that you need for the beach is provided, chairs, towels, umbrella, boogie boards, a cooler. They even have paddle boards available for use. The full size coffee pot is a definite plus. The appliances and cookware were a breeze to use. Although we tended to eat out a lot. This property is great walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. It's also only 20 minutes from the airport. It was a convenient starting point for many of our adventures. It's right across the street from the beach. I personally spent most evenings at the park across the street taking pictures of the beautiful sunsets. There are a washer and dryer on the property that are complimentary to use as well as detergent and dryer sheets. I did take advantage of using those. I loved that I wasn't going to have to go home and do laundry. I could go on and on about the stay, but my review is already all over the place. Bottom line you should definitely stay here, you won't be disappointed. I am already starting to plan my next stay here next year.

We stayed 3 nights in Villa 1. The kitchen window has a beautiful view of the ocean. The small villa was recently renovated & the decor was soothing & nice. The property manager, Shahaf, was pleasant & helpful. A few steps from the beach & numerous restaurants. Overall, a great stay & highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa #1 - Gal and his brother were very accomodating and friendly, the beach across the street is great for learning how to surf (every morning watched people learning) there is a bit of construction going on but didn't bother us, I think when reno's are done it is going to be a beautiful property in a great location.

Villas by the Cove is a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed our time in Villa 1. The location of Villas by the Cove is extremely convenient for the many beaches in Kihei and all other amenities (I strongly recommend Kihei Cafe for a hearty breakfast). The villa itself appears exactly as the photos on the website and for the two of us , it was sufficient space. The villa is clean and modern (if anything it inspired us for a future home renovation). The villa also has a wonderful view of Cove Beach park where many individuals paddle board. You can also see an amazing sunset from this spot. The villa provides you with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, snorkel gear, a cooler, and if you want to try paddle boarding there are a couple boards you can use. The property manager, Shahaf, is amazing and extremely helpful. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, he was extremely attentive and made sure to address any concerns we had, which were none. We would definitely recommend Villas by the Cove and we look forward to staying here in our next visit to Maui.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple weeks and loved every minute! The property is outstanding for many reasons great location, property layout, friendly people and what it comes with it. You are set up with all the items you need to survive Maui with...chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, paddle board, beach towels! (The list goes on) The Villa#1 is gorgeous, it has been beautifully remodeled. The property manager was awesome too, if we called with a question or needed anything he responded immediately. Overall a great location, great property, and well managed. We will definitely return to this property.
