This is our 2nd stay at the Bouy. There were some new improvements which made our stay much more comfortable. 5 minutes walk to the bayside beach. A bit of seaweed on the beach but much better than last year. About a 10 minute drive to all the restaurants and shops on Commercial St. The Bouy is small but comfy and has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The owner Jenn is very nice and responsive. The price went up quite a bit this year which was disappointing.

Close to bayside. Close to Provincetown. Jennifer is a great verbo host. Cottage was what a cottage is expected to be, not fancy but had all the amenities it needed and it is clean that some woodwork and finish touch are still being worked on. I would definitely go back.

The cottage has the basics. It’s very close to town and the bay. We enjoyed the cape with our dogs. Relaxing!

Comfortable for 2 and a small dog. Could have been cleaner and a stick of butter left on counter overnight revealed rodent teeth marks next morning. We didn't see any mice though. Bring your own sheets and towels. TV did not work. We probably would not stay there again

My family and I stayed, including our dog, it’s a short 3 minute walk to the beach and a 7-8 minute drive to commercial street. Small place, very basic but it had everything we needed for a long weekend mid September.

We had such a great time at the cottage, especially the private beach area at the end of the walkway. The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed.

Easy short walk to quiet bay beach, best enjoyed for shallow water and sand bars at low tide. Cottage was minimal but had exactly what was needed and plenty of space. Clean, charming and rustic. Good distance from town for access without being busy.

We had a great time! The beach was very close and the kids loved low tide looking for hermit crabs and horseshoe crabs. Thanks again Jen!

My aunt & I stayed at this cottage over the weekend and it was a relaxing & magical stay. The use of space in the cottage is admirable & was much more charming in person than I originally expected. We loved spending time out on the deck & speaking with the neighbors who passed by. There's also a private trail that leads to a quiet section of the beach. We had a great time & I will definitely be back. Thank you again!

.25 walk to the beach, 2 miles to Center of town…
Bring your own sheets and towels, figure out how to turn on the lights before it gets dark.
Very nice property.

Loved this rustic cabin. Plenty of room with spacious decks and chairs to sit out and enjoy the beautiful quiet. Short walk to the harbor beach. Very relaxing stay. The wife and myself enjoyed it very much. Dog friendly too…our Sadie liked it too

Cute little cottage. Definitely an experience. Fridge was broken upon arrival and owner wasn’t able to have it fixed while we were there so that was very difficult. Walk to the beach was short. Enjoyed flying a kite. However and huge amount of seaweed all over the beach and in the water so it wasn’t a good spot for swimming. Enjoyed being close to town and the quaint feeling of staying in a beach cottage

Just the basics, but just what we needed. Good beach access. Place is a little run down, but that is to be expected. Also, make sure to bring sheets and pillow covers.

We loved our stay at this lovely spot. It has everything you need yet is also earthy and rustic. Great communication with owner as well! Thank you! We very much enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was very neat and had everything needed for a short getaway. The location is close to town but nice quiet beach and friendly neighbors. It did get a little too hot in the day for dogs (and people) but there is a nice outdoor area for relaxing.

Wonderful beach , my family and I enjoyed our stay in the house even though the weather was terrible.

This is a great little cottage that's definitely rustic but has everything you need for an affordable weekend away in PTown. Walking through the dunes to the beach is wonderful and the deck areas are lovely. It's about a 30-40 minute walk to town via the beach or road (though on the road there are parts without sidewalk). The place was clean – we didn't realize until reading the reviews the day before leaving that we needed to bring our own linens, so definitely keep that in mind when booking!

This place was absolutely perfect for my wife, my toddler, our pups and I. The location can’t be beat and the fact that there are sometimes more dogs on the beach than people is a major plus in my book!
The house is a great setup for a family with kids and the neighbors are some of the friendliest people we’ve met! The house does get very warm inside on really hot days so if you plan to take a day trip, be mindful of leaving the dogs behind. Other than that, this place is a gem and we’ll hopefully be back again next year!

Perfect location- short drive or long walk into Provincetown. Steps from a beach. Not fancy but worked for us.

Even though the weather was rainy found plenty of things to do. Hiked out to Long point in woodwinds lighthouse via the Breakwater. Very dog friendly everywhere we went. Only downside was the grill did not work
