The house was perfect for our weekend away.
The bottom floor shower did not drain properly so left water in the shower and after coming home after a day out it did smell a bit.
There were food scraps left under the beds upstairs from previous tennants.

The location is good
I wouldn’t recommend the property to anyone. The owner charges $500 damage deposit on top of the room charges. You will not get your full deposit back as the owner complained you drop too much hair in the bath room, used tissue in the bedroom, a cup left in the bath room, the dishes are not put back to the cabinet though they are still cleaned in the dishwasher. Your deposit will be used to pay all those cleaning even though you have already been charged $250 cleaning fee in your room charges. What are the duties of a cleaner? Also the 5th bedroom is a granny flat at the backyard without bath room and toilet. Do not touch any of beds if you are not planning to use no matter you paid for the house not beds, otherwise extra cleaning fee will be changed too. I also strongly suggest you to take photos if you find linens are not clean, otherwise you are liable for any stains on them.

Absolutely stunning house in the perfect location. The design and ambience of the house was breath taking. Only a short walk to the beach and shops. The hosts were lovely to deal with.
