Miał być parking, niestety nie było pilota od miejsca parkingowego i trzeba było zapłacić za każdą godzinę postoju 5zł. W naszym przypadku 70zł. Zdjęcie na booking jest chyba z momentu oddania lokalu do użytku. Brzydki zapach w środku.Katastrofa!

Cena adekwatna do jakości

Przeczytaliśmy wczesniejsze opinie i wiedzieliśmy czego się spodziewać. Sciany czy pranie nie byly dla nas istotne z racji tego ze apartament potrzebny byl nam tylko do noclegu. W mieszkaniu było czysto i pachnąco. Był tv, internet, wyposażona kuchnia... Kody i instrukcje wysłane na czas, dobrze oznaczony parking. Lokalizacja bardzo nam pasowała...

Brakowało nam klamek w oknach... Fajnie jednak było by przewietrzyć przed snem mieszkanie...

Na krótki pobyt ok.

Niska cena, wyposażenie ok, podziemny parking w cenie. Bardzo dobre wskazówki dojazdu. Wejście na kod. Nowe osiedle. Sklep "Żabka" obok.

Widać zużycie i ząb czasu. Kilka dziur w ścianie, rozwalona kanapa, pozaklejane okna papierowymi żaluzjamu z Ikei. Nie czepiam się, na jedną noc ok.

Dramat!

Koszmar. Zarwane łóżko w salonie, uszkodzone drzwi w pokoju i salonie pozaklejane taśmami żeby nie wypadły, w ścianach dziury. I w takich warunkach dzieci musiały spać. I nawet po telefonie słowa przepraszam tylko nie mamy nic wolnego żeby zamienić i zero zwrotu pieniędzy za takie warunki!

Masakra

Lokalizacja nawet ok.

Nie polecam. Ogród zamknięty nie dostałam żadnej informacji wcześniej że na mój przyjazd będzie nieczynny Pani tłumaczyła się że poprzedni goście urwali klamkę. Zamek w łazience urwany, kanapa w salonie zapadała się jak się na niej spało, ściany całe poobijane masakra. Poproszę nie sugerować się zdjęciami bo rzeczywistość jest znacznie inna. Próbowałam skontaktować się z właścicielem niestety brak odpowiedzi do dnia dzisiejszego.

Good only for one stay

Good localization, suitable for one night stay

The description indicated a hair dryer, it was not there, it was very difficult to get to the parking lot, it was not described accurately enough how to get there and how to enter the parking lot from the lift. I didn’t receive a normal answer about the early check-in, finally they confirmed the early check-in to me ( an hour earlier) but in fact it was not, we arrived, the apartment was still being cleaned. The courtyard, which attracted me so much, is not equipped with chairs or a table, the grass is not well-groomed. Yard looks untidy.

In general it was okay. I wouldn't stay again (personal opinion), it felt very 'cold' in the pictures provided it looks homey but that differs in reality. The 'towels' are just large cloths, bathroom okay, bed okay. Nothing special, but nice supply of tea and coffee :) Car park is very confusing as there's two sides but once you get to -3 floor the signs partly disappear. It's a huge car park, the spaces are only marked on the floor, therfore you need to look at each bay to find your space which is very stressful. Wi-fi would connect but with no Internet so waste of time. Its okay if you have no where else to stay and need a bed to sleep in, that's how I'd summarise it.

A place to sleep in

Great location, easy to get to the city center. The appartment has all you neet to sleep in for several nights.

There is NO tv! That's a big minus traveling with kids... Some parts of the apartment need renovation (bathroom door is broken, both window doors are barelly standing, the "garden" us just a patch of weeds...).

Big disappointment regarding the quality, cleanliness and standard of the apartment

The apartment is already quite damaged and worn out. It does not look like the apartment in the photo at all. - the handle of the balcony door in the living room was broken, which made it impossible to open the door, which made the room very hot and stuffy. - damaged chairs - a completely neglected garden, full of cigarette butts, damaged furniture and rubbish - not working internet - laundry from previous tenants was dried in the living room - the sheets looked as if someone had already slept underneath it - not very helpful owner who, when asked about sending someone to repair the door handle, suggested opening the bedroom window and the door to the staircase. Some of our requests were completely unanswered Generally apartment could serve as an example to the meme: expectation vs reality.

Photos were misleading

First of all - information how to enter to the building from parking spot was very unclear. We were walking and searching for correct entrance nearly 20 minutes. When we finally reached the apartment, we were disappointed. There were many big scratches on the walls, bed in the main room was very uncomfortable, and in the second room on top of the wardrobe there were someone’s flip flops. Forget about the internet, WiFi in room is working very bad and there is literally no range for a cellular data. I have forgotten to take a pics of this, but believe me, this apartment isn’t worth it’s price. Avoid this place!!!

Nice apartment but needs some maintenance.

Nice big apartment, with space for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen area. Big shower room. Great location - 15 to 20 minutes walk to city centre. Comfortable double bed and large double sofa-bed

No staff on site to help with confusing directions to car park. Parking space is a long way from the apartment. You have to access the apartment first, and get the key fob for the parking barrier, before you can drive to the underground car park. Bathroom light did not work, and very little toilet paper supplied. Door from main room to garden is broken, so you can't have any secure ventilation without leaving the door open and unlocked. No bedside lighting in bedroom.
