** 3 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING PEAK SEASON
** per our HOA, NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES.
* many updates have been made that are not yet reflected in the photos as of Feb 2024. (new flooring in kitchen/living room, new couch + mounted tv, updated decor and bedding in some areas)

This is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Plus Loft free-standing cabin that sleeps up to 15 people, but no more than 10-12 adults. No adults on loft twin beds due to weight restrictions.

I love that my home backs to the pool! You cannot park on the streets in our neighborhood, so if you don't live next to a pool, you are walking back and forth to the use the restroom and whatnot. My home is super convenient!

- Bedroom #1 and 2 both have a King size bed and a closet

- Bedroom #3 has a twin over full bunk bed and 2 full beds, and a large walk-in closet.

- Loft has 1 queen, and 2 twins beds (twin beds are NOT made for adults)

- Bathrooms located in the loft and downstairs and are equipped with towels for 15 people

- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from small appliances -such as a regular coffee maker, Keurig, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, flatware and bake ware, and a small crockpot to make you feel right at home.

- A smart TV is available for your entertainment. Cable is not provided, but you are welcome to sign in to your apps on the tv. Wifi is available, but not guaranteed, as storms can knock it out.

- Washer/Dryer on the first floor. Detergent not provided.

- A propane gas grill and outdoor patio furniture for you to relax and enjoy the summer days and evenings. 2021: striped table and chairs has been replaced with a picnic table for more seating.

- The community pool is right behind my cabin

- Single stall garage, but can park an additional 3 cars in the drive way.

-6 Bridge's Bay Water Park passes per day included.

Nice clean home, plenty of room for the nine of us. Everything we needed for a fun weekend getaway with family. Spacious backyard/ commons area with pool just steps away. Owner, Amanda was great to work with! Had an issue with code to enter home, but she responded immediately. Would definitely rent from her again.

Really nothing at all to complain about here. The host communicated very well and was responsive to my inquiries. Price is good. Lake/riverfront is all within walking distance. Nicely maintained. Clean. Plenty of space in the backyard (shared) for playing catch, yard games, football, whiffle ball. The property has plenty of space and is properly advertised for the number of people that can stay there. We had two large families stay here that fit comfortably. Well stocked supplies. We loved the location with all of the resort amenities, especially the pool only steps from the back patio, and proximity to all that Arnolds Park and Okoboji have to offer. The kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, etc. The owner provided detailed information and was quick to answer the few remaining questions we had. Our only minor suggestion would be to place an additional small table, shelf, or bench in the downstairs bedrooms to place miscellaneous personal items (devices, etc).

We had a very good time at our family vacation 2023. The size, # of beds and location was very good. Especially being so close to the outdoor pool. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness when we checked in. Might be something the owner would want to address with their housekeeping people. Overall I would reccomend this cabin for your Okoboji getaway.

Amanda’s cabin was a great landing place for our group of 10. Plenty of beds for everyone and close to all of the fun Okoboji things to that we wanted to do. Plus a pool in the backyard that the kids loved! Amanda was easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions!

Our family and friends enjoyed this condo-type house for our stay in Okiboji. It was very clean and outfitted well. The location and I chided waterpark passes were great! Pool is literally in the backyard. We had 11 people with mostly teens and adults. It was a little cramped for a group our size but would be perfect for a smaller group or a group with more young kids!

Such a cute cabin fit us comfortably with extra room still we drove 4 hr to visit my grandma and surprise her for her 80th birthday and had such an amazing visit the water park was so fun also my 4 year old loved it and so did my 54 year old dad lol we will definitely be back again!

This property was lovely and the location was perfect! We all enjoyed the pool behind the house and the close proximity to the water park and Arnold's Park. The adults and kids had a great time and the sleeping accommodations were incredible. There were 13 in our group and we had more than enough room for everyone. I would highly recommend Amanda's home.

Our group has an annual reunion trip and the listing was perfect for us. Having multiple adults it’s hard to find a place that doesn’t count the couch as a bed. This had enough beds for everyone in our group, was right by the pool, everyone we met in the little community was great, and it was close to everything we wanted to do!

We rented this plus one other house in the same development to accommodate our group of 19. In this house we were able to sleep 4 adults and 8 kids very comfortably. The 4 married adults split the two bedrooms and the 4 boys and 4 girls were split between the loft and 3rd bedroom upstairs. We used the waterpark passes a few times - only drawback was that the waterpark closes at 8 so plan accordingly. We also enjoyed the green space for yard games, walked over to the small pond behind the other rental property for some small fishing and played lots and lots of card games by the table. There was also a gravel lot for us to store our boat. Great accommodations and set up for family fun!

The property was perfect for us: grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, 7, 4, 2 year olds. Originally another family of 4 was to join us, but I think that would be a little tight for us. We had fun times at the Waterpark (6 free passes included) and Arnold's Park. The large commons area in back was great for the littles to run around and play. The cabin was very well equipped, though a firepit would have been a nice addition.

We had a great long weekend here! Amanda is crazy fast with her responses to any question we had! The house is fully stocked with essentials and it felt like we were at home (a much nicer home lol). There were 10 of us and we all had more than enough room to sleep comfortably! We had so much fun renting a pontoon during the day and enjoying the grill and patio at night. I wish we could do this every weekend! If you're looking for a comfortable, safe and fun place don't pass this up!

It was New years eve weekend and we kinda did a last minute decision and decided to do something different for the up coming New year, so we booked this cabin. We also did it to celebrate our 2 daughters birthdays that are coming up in January and they wanted to do something different this year and Bridge's Bay is what they asked for. So the size group we had it just made more sense to rent a cabin and we are so happy we did. The property owner was very nice, prompt with responding and easy going to work with. She let us pick our check in time at the cabin and we checked in at Noon instead of the original check in time which would have been 4pm. It's a very beautiful cabin and is stocked with anything you need during your stay. All the kids had their own beds and space. We had lots of fun making great memories at this cabin and at Bridge's Bay water park every day. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

Great Cabin for a Weekend Getaway

This cabin worked great for a weekend getaway with friends and family! When we arrived, the cabin hadn’t been cleaned. I contacted Amanda and she took care of the situation right away and refunded my cleaning fee. She was very nice and helpful and had great communication! The cabin is right next to the pool, which is super nice, but they were all drained. Because of this, Amanda got us extra passes to the Bridges Bay pool. We really appreciated her going the extra mile, and I would definitely recommend this cabin and renter!
