I was very impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the property. It had all the little things my group and I needed to make our stay excellent. The communication with the hosts and the amount of information provided about the property was something I've only ever experienced here. Before leaving, my group and I were already planning to come back again some day. I would highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay at the cabin for a January ski weekend. We had 17 adults and 3 children (7 mos., 18 mos. & 2 y/o). The house has everything we needed and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. Perfect for large groups & families. Property manager was communicative, helpful & prompt. Would recommend to anyone.

This was our second visit to the cabin and much like the first, everything was perfect. It is an amazing location, secluded enough that we felt total privacy but just a short drive to the store and the brewery. The team was terrific and made the whole process seamless. I couldn’t recommend this spot more.

We had a family reunion with 24 people and we found this house to be comfortable with great amenities including a well equipped kitchen with 2 dishwasher, outdoor kitchen area, 2 firepits that rocked with stunning views. The service we received from the owner was above and beyond. We would highly recommend this house and would stay again.

We loved everything about our stay ... from the natural beauty around the house to the impeccably clean and gorgeous indoors. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and cozy for such a big place. We comfortably slept 22 and it was a magical 4-day adventure, including day trips to Quechee Gorge, Okemo Adventure Zone, and Camp Plymouth State Park. We even took the time to check out the Calvin Coolidge Estate in Plymouth, VT. I can only imagine how magical this VRBO would be with a family vacation over Thanksgiving or Winter Break. Thank you so much for everything! Hope to see you again some day. Take good care and all our best. We had a great time staying here. It is relatively close to both Killington and Okemo, so a nice location for those looking to ski with large groups. There are five bedrooms, three of which are bunk rooms, so a fun experience for those with younger kids. Ammad, the property manager, was leaving as we arrived and took the time to show us the property and how everything worked. Hoping to return again next year.

The cabin is gorgeous. We could not wish for a nicer place to have a small family wedding.
My only hesitation in giving five stars was that the property manager was a little overly present for what we hoped would be a private stay.

The property grounds are great to keep all your guests entertained and experience the best of Vermont. Property is great to host large events.
Ammad was an amazing property manager and went above and beyond. We had an issue come up at the house and Ammad came to the house ASAP and helped get everything situated and fixed.

Guys getaway
We had a great experience in working with Cheni and his team for a guys getaway trip up in the mountains of Vermont. The house was great, we had the opportunity to watch the Celtics playoff game in the giant living room along with a PGA Championship as well. Outside we had tons of yard games going on and was able to take a dip in the creek out back which cooled us off during the 90 degree weather. We also enjoyed have Long Trail Brewery right down the street (walkable distance) along with some local golf courses. Highly recommend staying here!

All Around Awesome
We stayed at The Cabin over MLK weekend and it was an excellent stay! The home is beautiful and welcoming; we really liked the living room which has an awesome fireplace and tons of seating. The kitchen had everything we needed and the double refrigerator was great for fitting all our food and drinks. The property manager brought over the karaoke machine which made for many laughs and the hot tub was excellent. The mountain is 20 minutes away, but feels like a 5 minute drive. The property manager and owner were very accommodating and responsive. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Amazing
The Cabin was amazing! Our group of 13 spent Christmas 2021 here! Just 15 minutes to Killington for skiing! The property was immaculate and the communication with the property manager was on point! We were even able to cut down our own tree and display it beautifully next to the gorgeous fireplace. Everything was supplied for us, we only needed to bring ourselves and food :)
Can’t wait to book it again! Maybe in the summer for some downhill mountain biking at the mountain!

Truly a special place.
Our stay at the cabin was beyond amazing! This place is truly special and I couldn’t be more happy to have had the chance to spend some time there. The owners have without a doubt put in a ton of time and love to make this place feel like a home. Between our three day stay, we got to experience such pretty snowfall while sitting by the fire, we woke up every morning overlooking a gorgeous mountain, enjoyed the jacuzzi while gazing at the beautiful night sky, and had such pretty morning walks to the creek. I can’t forget about Ammad the property manager who was also extremely helpful with any questions that we had! I couldn’t recommend this place any more!

Vermont Summer Getaway 2021
Place is really nice for big group gathering. Very nice cabin and location. Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit while stargazing. Teepee added a great view and place to hangout. Private access to the stream was perfect for a day activity. Cabin however needs a little tender loving touch-ups and maintenance. Overall, we’re happy and satisfied with our stay!

Long time friends bring families together.
Clean and Easy. Property is set out on a great setting flat lawn, beautiful wild flowers, enchanting stream. Cabin is perfect. It was a rainy weekend in VT but the cabin had plenty of room inside and nice overhangs to protect from the rain. This was also a downhill mtb trip as Killington is right down the road. Great location!

Dirty!!
When we arrived, the property manager was there. He told us that he was just finishing up cleaning. They had to fire the cleaning company that morning so he said he cleaned the house. I can tell you that everything was dirty. That house had not been cleaned in a really long time. The floors were absolutely filthy. Our little dog found a crust from a pizza in the kitchen. There was food leftover from the previous tenant on the counters and in the refrigerator. The silverware had to be washed before you could use it. The pots and pans were dirty as well. The sheets had hair in them and candy was found in the one bed. We had to strip all beds and replace with new sheets. There was dried up dog poop on the rug downstairs. There were two gas tanks for the grill and both of them were completely empty. Needless to say, I had to sanitize and clean the house before the rest of our family members arrived.
The owner is super nice and he is out in California working so he clearly has no idea what is going on. We actually wrote to him with our concerns, not asking for anything, we just wanted him to know what was going on. We never heard back from him.
The house is so nice and in such a beautiful location. It is such a shame that it is not being kept up. It's a very expensive house and for the money I paid it should of been clean.

Cozy and Beautiful
We loved the design of this house so much that if it were for sale, we’d buy it. The grounds and landscape views are truly gorgeous, the indoor finishes are cozy and charming and it is in a great location in terms of access to neighboring communities -(i.e killington, woodstock).
The biggest downside for us was the quality of the beds. There were only two of us and we played musical mattress, jumping between the 16 beds in the cabin, and could not find one that didnt feel like it really shouldve been replaced a while ago. All that said, we 100% plan to go again, we’re just planning to bring a mattress topper when we do.

Large cabin to accommodate a big group
We had an overall pleasant stay at the cabin. The cabin is large and has 5 bedrooms. Kitchen is large with two garbage cans and two dishwashers to accommodate large groups. The drive to killington is about 17-20 min. Cleanliness was as expected. Few things to note: karaoke machine was not available and was broken according to the manager, there are three thermostats on different levels and old fashioned loud heating system that makes lots of noise (did not disturbed us too much), all the firewood was wet and we had a very hard time starting fires in the fireplace, benches that come with dining table are very wobbly and you have to be careful sitting on them or you may fall over, the sliding door in the basement easily comes off the rails and can fall. All of these are minor issues that did not interfere with us enjoying the rest of the cabin and the hot tub. Would stay again!

Great property, but I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone about certain things. The teepee in the pictures was NOT there! The fire pit was NOT cleared for use.The hot tub cover was busted & very, very difficult to open & close.Don't get me wrong, this is a great property, & I would probably go back, but I feel I should be compensated in some manner, & if there are issues, you should be able to get ahold of someone.
