About this house rental
Our goal is for this amazing lake destination to be a place of relaxation, fun, and renewal. The property is always at top cleanliness and we strive for the presentation to exceed our guests expectations. We have continued to upgrade the house by installing new cable wiring to the back porch for a more unobstructed view of the lake. Also, we have added a full bath to the lakeview bedroom to make it a complete ensuite!
Come enjoy breathtaking full vistas of beautiful Lake Tuscaloosa! This house sits on a point overlooking large, open water easily seen throughout much of the home. Rare to have such spectacular views of Lake Tuscaloosa from inside the house!! Want to be outside? No problem. The views from the back porch and gazebo are just as incredible.
Whether you are coming for an Alabama sporting event, UA graduation, summer vacation or fun weekend in Tuscaloosa, you are certain to enjoy this location. It is just 11.6 miles to downtown Tuscaloosa and 12.9 miles to Bryant Denny Stadium! Pier 43 on Lake Tuscaloosa (marina) is only half a mile down the road.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths- 2 kings, 1 queen, and 5 twins- sleeps 11 easily. Great views of the lake from the lakeview bedroom and 2 other bedrooms have partial lake views. Living room opens onto large porch overlooking the lake. Kitchen recently renovated featuring open concept with large island, quartz countertops, and plenty of seating for family and friends!
With a 16x24 foot private dock, there is plenty of room for everyone to sit, swim, or sunbathe right on the lake! The water off the front of the dock is about 8-10 feet deep so it is perfect for swimming! The house is stocked with 6 adult and 6 children/youth life jackets and pool noodles ready to make your time on the water safe and fun. If you want to venture further out on the water, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available for your use as well.
After a fun day on the lake, you'll love relaxing in the gazebo, grilling out, and watching the boats pass by. As the sun begins to set, light a fire in the fire pit, roast marshmallows, and enjoy the beautiful colors on the water as the sun fades behind the trees. This property is truly special and one of a kind!

We all loved staying by the lake. There is plenty to do and there are things provided to do on the water if you don't rent a boat from pier 43. The house is comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much anything you needed to cook. We liked the close proximity to Tuscaloosa. It was just what we needed!

This was a great property for our family to stay through the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. Since she lives in Northport we needed a place for ourselves, adult children and grandchildren. This property was very relaxing for the adults and exciting for the kiddos - the neighbors were very nice as well. Would recommend this property

We stayed for my daughter’s wedding in Tuscaloosa. The tranquil setting was perfect after a busy weekend. The house was very spacious and very clean. Close enough to stores if needed and far enough from the busy city. Will definitely be back and cannot recommend enough!

Just spent a long weekend at Lake Tuscaloosa with 8 family members to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from University of Alabama-Roll Tide!!
The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The 4 bedrooms/bathrooms gave everyone their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed for dinners and a cookout. The view of the lake is beautiful! Check in and check out were very simple and Robin was very responsive to all my questions. We met all the neighbors (and their dogs) and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The steps leading to the deck do need some updating, but were sturdy and safe-just very weathered. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay, property is very clean, very well stocked, and comes with an amazing view. Location is great, few miles to grocery stores, gas stations, and of course, not too far from Bryant-Denny! Kids loved the boat house with paddle boards and kayaks! Plenty of space for a big gathering. Definitely will be staying here more! Many thanks to Robin for her hospitality.

This home was perfect for our family vacation of 8 people (5 adults, 3 kids 7-15yo). The home was beautiful and had everything you needed in the kitchen, lots of towels, games, life jackets, space to cook, eat and spend time as a group. Outside was amazing. Fantastic yard, dock big enough for a bunch of people to sit on. The lake is about 10' off the edge of the dock (perfect for diving), quiet and clean. Great place to swim or have water sports. The neighbors are friendly and add to the feeling of a community. We will be renting this home again for sure!

oh my goodness! What a gem!! This place is SO clean!! It has so many extras that were not listed...friendly neighbor who gave us great information, the neighbor dog who loves to fetch sticks in the water, special touches that we have never received before and we rent a lot! The beds were SUPER comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and massive! Totally great for entertaining! So relaxing and nice. Our 30th anniversary could not have been at a better place!! We WILL be staying again, as we have a daughter at Alabama. Perfect location! Large yard. Wish we could have stayed longer! Lots of chairs outside to relax on. The boards for the water were super nice! Thank you!

Beautiful lake house property on Lake Tuscaloosa! Great for gathering an adult group of parents to celebrate homecoming weekend. The house has several large gathering spaces - the kitchen/dining area, living room and an outdoor patio with plenty of seating and outdoor TV. We used the gazebo & gas grill and enjoyed expansive views of the lake from the house & patio. Very relaxing! The bedrooms were well appointed with plenty of linens and extra pillows/blankets. 4 bedrooms & 4 full bathrooms worked well for 5 couples staying together. We appreciated meeting the neighbor, Sandy, & her daughter who gave us a "lay-of-the-land" for parking & other game-day tips (how to tailgate on the Quad). Highly recommend this property for a large group gathering & for those who want to get away from the hustle & bustle of campus activities on a busy football weekend. Our family of four…mom, dad and twin 18 years old sons came from Indiana to hang out with our friends a husband and wife from Alabama. We had a wonderful long weekend of hanging out, watching football and taking in the beautiful views of the lake. This is our second time staying in the house and we hope to come again.

This was a perfect location for 4 couples for a Bama game. Close enough to everything in Tuscaloosa but far enough way from the madness and crowds. We loved having outdoor space and the house was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and probably come a day earlier to really take advantage of all this property has to offer.

We hosted our UA daughter and friends for a weekend getaway from campus. House is perfect for a varied group like ours. They loved the lake with the kayaks/paddle boards and all the different outdoor spaces- deck, gazebo, fire pit. Definitely recommend!

Stayed for a nice, quiet getaway from everything. We had 2 families here and used all the space between the 11 of us. There was more than enough room inside and out! Beautiful views. Spent most of our time on the dock with the kids kayaking and using the paddle boards that were kindly provided. Multiple life vests and water toys, both outside and inside games, and even a small welcome basket that the kids devoured! The neighbor even gave my kids tubing rides in which he pulled with his jet ski!! The water was warm and the kids also had fun fishing off of the dock!

The house is in a great location and very close to stores and restaurants. The house is a good size. We had three families and had plenty of room for all us. The closet was well stocked and had plenty of outdoor toys. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

We had a wonderful long weekend with family and friends. The view of the lake was outstanding. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property manager was very accommodating and responding when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.
