Absolut tot, mai putin curatenia.
Nu a fost foarte curat in camere si baie.
4.0
Great breakfast in sunny location next to the pool.
Wait staff not hospitable sadly :(
4.5
The service was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful; the villa was big and in a quite area, very clean; the pool is also nice, clean and refreshing; it is very conveniant that they also have a restaurant and room service.
The location of the villa is a bit outside Ubud, which offers also the disadvantage that you will spend some time in traffic to reach different points of interest
4.0
The ambience was warm and homely. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning was poor.

loved the room with a little kitchen. the shower with a bathtub on the outside was marvellous. delicious breakfast. the staff super polite and super friendly.
nothing. it was exceptional
4.0
Great staff and hospitality.
The rooms are pretty and well equipped.
Location is a bit far from Ubud central street.
The indoor bathtub could be cleaner
3.5
The staff provided a nice and delicious breakfast.
The bathtub is located at open place, and it is looks like low maintenance at that area.

Rooms were lovely and big plus it had a great pool area. Aesthetically, it’s the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in Bali. I’d have given this hotel a 9-10 if it wasn’t for the cons. The hotel was also very clean and was grateful for free water refills provided.
The WhatsApp bookings service was very frustrating to deal with as it would often take 3-4 hours to get a response or I’d just have to message twice to get a reply. The people at reception wouldn’t handle my queries directly due to the existence of this service so I ended up not booking activities through the hotel as it was so bad. I think guests would be better served if they could just be helped by a physical staff person on site as I couldn’t even speak to someone verbally on the WhatsApp service.
Quality of breakfast was alright but could be better. 2 mornings, the food arrived slightly cold. Staff were probably just following orders from management but I found it very stingy that we could not get both juice and a cup of tea with our meal. Considering the money we were paying per night, it wouldn’t break the bank. Also on one morning my partner was told it would cost extra for her to get toast despite her asking for that only in place of a breakfast meal.
Housekeeping staff could be quieter in the mornings as they’d be talking out loud at 8am. Aside from the mentioned staff were very helpful at this hotel, I think if these things are improved there’d be very little wrong.

Nice garden and pool, great villa vibes, great that there is a little kitchen
The villas are not mosquitos proof, bed do not have mosquito net, so not the greatest experience at night. We even had a frog in our villa ://

I got a Chinese concept room, uncomfortable because it was dark and lots of broken wood. very dark and smelly parking lot.

the whole villa is super awesome, the vibe, the pool, the view even the sound of chickens and morning insects are super lovely.
the only thing missing would be some necessities like iron or hairdryer is not initially provided. u have to request from the receptionist if u need them.

it’s so peaceful and cozy place to stay.
staffs are so helpful

The staff is friendly and lovely. Beautiful room with great facilities!

Nothing much we liked
There was limited lights in the parking and also to our way to the room. The power got tripped several times and we had sleep without power. The water has rust taste

The most amazing thing about the heritage villa is how is travels you instantly to a different place all together. I felt like i travelled in time but still had all the modern luxurious amenities.
It was way too much nature. There were frogs jumping from the pool and alot of different variety of insects near the pool. Also the pool area was not as clean.
5.0
the ambience of the property. super cosy villas.

the boutique Decore is so stunning
pool was not properly maintained, open areas could have been more well kept
3.0
this is such good value for money
it wasn’t the cleanest of places, loads of dead bugs down side of the bed and in the bed sheets, dusty too, could be cleaner
4.0
The location is great, off the main center of Ubud, so it is very peaceful and quiet. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean.
The room was a bit dark, only one small window. The breakfast is not from the accommodation restaurant because it is still closed, and they have to order from another restaurant with limited options. As there are many nice and cute coffee places in Ubud we asked them to modify our reservation.

great staff and the villa’s are clean. comfortable bed and a lovely swimming pool.
4.5
we booked a small villa but they had a problem in the booking system and they upgraded as for a three bedroom villa with a private swimming pool. the villa was very homie and perfect for staying at least a week. outside of the villa is a very nice neighborhood full of rice fields to go for a walk. :-)
4.0
Good deal for the facilities! This villa is suitable for staycation.
Unfortunately, there was neighborhood who was so loud.

Excellent staff, privacy of the Villas and pool, very good meals and shuttle service was helpful. Overall, I would rate our stay 8/10 😎
Very slippery bathrooms. Villas would benefit from some maintenance due to age (leaks in bathroom roofs), shower heads blocked. Minor things, but would improve the overall experience. Villas are a long way from central Ubud and whilst the shuttle was good, more trips per day and return trips would be great.
2.5
The property otherwise was beautiful and food was good.
The facilities and the policies are not customer centric. They have fixed breakfast and not a breakfast buffet. This was not helpful as I'd you wanted to change anything in the menu it was not do able. They have a kitchenette however only one bottle opener in the entire property. Also they did not have a matchbox or pen and paper. Which as a customer is a little irritating.
