The B&B is an amazing place to stay for a holiday, very unique pool layout and location, pool been maintained and clean we had a fantastic stay. You can use the place if you can’t stay in the Amalfi, Positano and you can take a ferry from Sarento which is near to Sarno where the B&B located
Rooms clean and fair space, the villa very secure from the gate till the room
People are trustworthy, Cloudio been a fantastic helper to drop and pick up when needed, early arrangement needed thou. My daughter get to play with 2 dogs tgey had in the property.
Will be definitely back to stay
The breakfast could be better than what we found.
The main challenge that we had in our stay was we didn’t rent a car, it is a necessary to have a car in order to stay in the B&B as it is located on the top of the mountains. You can go nowhere if you don’t have a car
The B&B have the pick up and drop service but pricy

Very romantic environment, beautiful location. Everybody is super nice and helpful especially Francesco 😊 The pool is just perfect and the view breathtaking.

here’s my message to the property owner: Hello and good morning.
I hope you are having a nice day. while i do appreciate your help trying to solve the heat problem, i respectfully must ask you to consider refunding a portion of this 3 night “vacation” as discount for the discomforts and disappointments. i am providing you with photos/videos to show that, when added together, lodging here was quite difficult.
The biggest problem was the room temperature. even after the technician came, the room would not cool down. Ultimately, i probably would not send this email if the room were not so uncomfortable. we could not sleep. as you can see in the photo, i had to create a bed with three chairs to stay as close to the air as possible (picture). this was the third night. the first two nights we tried to sleep outside as much as possible. Additionally, I would go downstairs to the breakfast place because it was cooler and peaceful. However, despite being quite nice, this space was also occupied by other guests doing the same and complaining about their experience.
Other problems included these:
the pool had very little water in it and no waterfall feature. it filled up centimeters each day and by our last day, was only less than half full (picture). everyone staying at Saretto was disappointed about it during breakfast.
The water in our room, both the sink and shower, had very poor pressure (video). When you needed cold (because the only other option was extremely hot), it often burped and then trickled out.
The toilet often would not flush (video).
The wifi was very weak. i had 1 bar often. making opening the doors and gate digitally very difficult.
There was a large dog underneath us that barked often.
This was supposed to be the highlight of this Italian trip and unfortunately, was not. I live in Madrid and am used to adapting to discomfort, but this was a luxury experience that i spent most of our budget on. Having basic comfort was my baseline expectation.

lovely view and handy for visiting Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius
advertised with pictures of a lovely pool but pool was dirty and unusable.
hotel in need of a bit of tlc, no other guests there and it felt a bit abandoned

the place stunning view the room was of good size and the bathroom good. The bed was very confortable, we got late and the instruction to access the hotel was very good and the staff so helpful
very plaisant stay just shame it was so short
Breakfast was basic a little disappointing for the hotel maybe a board to indicate the access to the hotel from the main gate on the street would be helpful maybe?

Breakfast was fine; Location was in a good spot to allow us to see our family; Had a great pool with a beautiful view of Sarno from the top of the hill; The entire facility was spotless with plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy some quiet time.
I was under the impression that I could arrange for a driver with advance notice to drive me to visit my family in town but this turned out to not be the case; required my family to drive me to & from the facility; Expected to have a bar / restaurant on site to get some food / drink but I was mistaken; You need to drive down the hill to get any food / drink other than breakfast.

Great Location, hosts were excellent

The best view in this location, good onsite parking
Its not a hotel, its few rooms in the owners house. The owners are unhappy with guests. Friends of us booked the room in advance, but owners forgot about this and they must look for another place to stay during the night.
Guests are forbidden to use pool during the weekend, because they rent it to other people. Also it’s a restaurant in place, but it is closed for the guests and they use it to make a parties during weekends.
The breakfast is from 08:30, so if you need to go somewhere early, you will be hungry. Also if you come not first or a little bit later, you can find the empty plates instead of food.
Towels never changes and you will have only small one per person. No towels for the pool if you have possibility to go there during the week.
The shower should be cleaned or renovated.
It is possible you will not find a Wifi there, mobile network is also week, so be careful if you need to work there.

Fantastic location! The views from our patio were stunning. We enjoyed having a coffee maker in the room. Location was conveniently located for our day trips to naples and pompei.
The shower doesn't drain right and when you take a shower the entire bathroom floor is SOAKED.
There is a property dog that likes to hang out at the pool. During the first night there he got excited when the kids were jumping in and out of the pool. We thought it was cute. The second night, the dog started biting the kids and they were jumping in and out of the pool. We tried to get the dog away and call the hosts to come help but we couldn't get ahold of anyone. We booked this property mainly for the pool and were disappointed that the aggressive dog ruined our 2nd night at the pool. Luckily, the dog only nipped and the kids weren't seriously injured, but we had to leave the pool early.

this B&B was in the most fabulous location in Sarno, perched up on the hill overlooking the town. the rooms were splendid, the view awesome and the pool superb!
it was quite a walk up to it ! ( though worth it)

Splendid view, and a good pool. OK service, but not excellent.
The value for money was OK - but not exeptional.
The house did not have enough cutlery or equipment to use the kitchen, and is divided from the rooms. Please be also adviced that there was no really possibility to make nor eat food in the house. Outside on the balcony with splendid view there was a house for wasps that was not removed.
The pool has opening hours 10-19, but this was not emphasized when we ordered.
The shower was a disaster (water all over).
There were two dogs in our house all the time, and although we like dogs it was a bit too much, and it was not emphazied in the booking.
We did not get information on which capsules the coffee machine uses, and these were really hard to find.
A bit difficult and unclear communication on general things, like the breakfast (we were told that this was included, but it was not) and how to open the first gate at night time.
We did not get enough or big enought towels, even though we got it the last days after asking some days.

This place is made to serve for wedding and other parties in the first place. However we were allowed to use all the properties! There is a terrace, another garden with view to Vesuv, swimmingpool, chairs. This place is very calm and rekaxing. Breakfast was very nice -we had dessert,eggs,bread,melone...there is enough to choose from.
The road up is quite steep but its not that bad.

Great pool.
The room was very clean.
The pool was awesome especially for the kids.
Amazing view of mt Vesuvius.
There were a couple of things that would have made it a bit better: pool towels, easier communication at check-in (we didn’t know what time it was), also the restaurant was not open, which we had hoped it would be.

The location, pool and views were lovely. The room was comfortable and we had a pleasant nights sleep
We struggled to find reception as it wasn’t signposted. The accommodation is very much set up for events and as such it felt like nothing was available. we weren’t able to get a drink or any food at all - even a glass of wine as the description said they had a happy hour. presumed for this they needed a bar but alas no - not a drink I. sight.
The reception lad was really helpful when we found him but the owner was there and didn’t even say hello - we felt invisible.
All in all we wouldn’t stay again.

We had great stay at the place. Very clean and quiet property with amazing view. Big parking lot for guests, clean and spacious pool, good breakfast. Host helped out with everything you ask - starting with a wine and glasses by the pool, recommendations , where to have dinner and even helped out with car fines :)) Could not be more friendly than that! Thanks a lot for an amazing stay!

Breakfast was beautiful, great start to the day

The view is spectacular! Since it is off season (October) we were the only guests and had the place to ourselves. Amazing. We enjoyed the terrace and the pool. Sunrise and sunset were gorgeous. Breakfast was great! Lots of variety and fresh fruit. We wished we could have stayed longer just to rest and enjoy laying by the pool.
The restaurant was closed for the season so we couldn’t get any other food or drinks after breakfast. We didn’t realize what a long walk it was up the hill and we arrived on foot with our backpacks. We would have brought lunch food with us if we had realized that. But the second day we walked out and brought food back. It was great to eat it by the pool.

The owner was super accommodating as we landed after checkout time, provided recommendations à toi where to have diner and breakfast was varied too. The pictures give it justice, only wish we could stay longer!
Nothing, all was great

Amazing hosts, always going an extra mile, tasty breakfast, great rooms with view to Vesuvius volcano and fabulous pool facility. Also cute dog and cat in the garden 💜

I booked this property last minute and so pleased I did. The hosts were very nice, they did not speak much English but the chef did so he came to welcome us too. We stayed in the Capri room which was big but did not have a fridge which I usually like when travelling in summer but it was the end on my trip so not an issue for me today. The view from the property was amazing over looking the city and Mt Vesuvius. The pool was beautiful with a waterfall. We had dinner at the restaurant which was great and breakfast had a good selection.
The main reason I booked was because it was close to the autostrada as I was travelling home and just wanted a place for the night but it is not far from Pompeii etc so for the view or dinner I would choose this property. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place with an amazing view of Mt Vesuvius. Staff were helpful and friendly. The pool is perfect. Close to the local town where the people are genuine and friendly, and the prices are much cheaper than touristy areas.
