The condo was very clean and well-equipped. It was in a good location and an easy drive to Lake Tahoe. There was a squirrel who visited each day at the back sliding door. We named her, "Sandy."
We were very disappointed to learn that the two swimming pools on the property were closed for repairs. The swimming pools on the property were a selling point for us when we booked. If we had known that they were not open we probably would not have booked this condo.
Also, the property was very quiet when we first arrived. However, on the weekend the condos became noisy with dogs barking (through the night). There was even a shouting match one evening which was concerning.
The condo management was very helpful and kept in touch during our stay.
We would stay again IF the pools were open as promised.

Clean, spacious

the unit was very clean and the common area was large enough, however, each bedroom was small, the bathrooms are small and each bedroom is in need of a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. Also, each bedroom could have a TV. It would have been nice to have A/C.

We skied at Diamond Peak. The location is great, less than 1 mile from the ski resort.
It is perfect size for a family of four.
It'd be great if the towels could be replaced by new ones.

We felt like home the minute we got in! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable and very quiet sleeping, super large screen tv and comfortable living room with rocking chairs and nice pillows . Beautiful plates, glasses, and shades. We had a great stay! And it was close to grocery store and our favorite ski resort, and easy parking.

The condo was exactly as pictured, quaint and homey. Perfect for our family of four and two grandkids. We were concerned about watching the Super Bowl and management actually came to the unit to show us how to access the appropriate channel. Very personable check in staff, helpful and accommodating. Helpful hints: if you cook, as we often did, you’ll need a cookie sheet and a large pot if you’re making soups. The fireplace was great for ambiance and S’mores.

Very disappointed in this property. Interior was very tired and dated. Decor was mismatched and outdated. Walls and carpets were dirty, towels (while I believe were “clean”) were VERY dingy gray and there was an uncapped and partially used shampoo from previous guest still in the shower. Additionally, there was a dog in the unit next to us (which shared a wall with the living/dining space) that barked and howled for about 4 hours every afternoon/evening. There was nothing that could be done because a different rental mgmt company was responsible for it and no one was home.
We’ve stayed in a number of properties from online accommodation marketplaces and this was the first time we had to go to a rental office to complete paperwork and pick up the key. About an hour after we left the rental office, they called to tell me they forgot to mention the dishwasher had broken the day before so we would not be able to use it—no offer of a discounted rate or alternative plan. Only redeeming outcome of the trip to the office was a free bottle of local wine that was not bad. I would not rent this property again.

We always stay in mountain shadow! Best location to everything! Been going for 15 years! The units are all very similar, spacious and comfortable! It would be great if there was a removable gate for the stairs as we had a toddler but our friends in the area provided that for us! Otherwise perfect!

Highly recommend
Place was super clean and very spacious! Great location , ample parking ! Equipped with all your needs . Only a few blocks from the Hyatt and beach .
The only problem is that the beds were not comfortable so could not get a good nights rest. Aside from that would stay here again.

Surprise add on's to cost
Basic rental cost was tolerable, but going through and paying an additional "management" plus cleaning, booking and reservation "fees" added additional $800-900! Access to property was cut off due to large ice and snow accumulation. Property "management" said it was HOA responsibility to remove; that didn't happen. I had to find and borrow ice auger and shovel to remove (over 30 minutes work) to provide safe walking into the unit for my family!! Urgh!

A short stay in Incline
The unit was very nice and in a good location. Check in was a bit challenging, but once we got into the unit, it couldn't have been a better fit for our short stay.

Awful communication and kitchen pots and pans back, rusty, completely worn beyond use
I’ve travelled every year with VRBO/HomeAway; this management company completely dropped the ball. I never received the information to check in, and a representative tried to argue with me about that; this took several calls before I got an answer. The gals at the actual office, were very nice.
The house is fine, but beware; they have plastic on beds, under mattress pad; can make it to warm and sweaty.
The greatest concern, is the incredibly dirty pots and pans and cutting boards. The pots and pans are ALL disgustingly filthy. I would be embarrassed to donate to good will; all of it belongs in the trash.
The dishwasher flops down to the floor, and the bottom rack comes flying out; a glass broke inside the washing machine, because of this.
The coffee pot broke; I had just washed it, placed it gently on the counter and it broke into tiny pieces. I called the number for help, and there was no answer. I texted and was told my concerns we be handled in the morning. No one called, and I decided to check out a day early.
I was told upon check-in that, if there were any problems, I could call up till 2am; this is not true

Great location, spotless, and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay, the condo was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. I liked that it was very close to skiing, upscale dining, and the beach. The home itself is showing some wear, kitchen drawers falling when you open them, toilets take a few minutes to flush, things like that, but otherwise all good. We used the kitchen for preparing a meal and we had what we needed. I really liked the welcome to the property at the management office, very friendly, helpful, and a complimentary bottle of wine and coffee for the morning.

Great stay!
We had a really wonderful time staying here. The check-in process was easy and the manager was just a text away to answer all of our questions. We loved the wood burning fireplace - so cozy! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook most of our meals. Located down the street from grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops so it was in a really convenient spot. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Simple process
Check in and the entire stay was easy. The subdivision can be a little confusing to get around at first but the neighborhood is quiet.
