Exceptional

House is aprrox. 20 minute walk from city centre. Big clean rooms, nice kitchen and bathroom. Our family really enjoyed chance to sleep there. Highly recommended!

A moderate quality stay for a very short period.

The host was helpful and availa whenever we wanted anything.

The flat is not a real flat. It is an old building with added in additional rooms with weird connecting stair between the sitting room and and the rest of the flat. The entrance to the flat is via a narrow spiral metal stair (be careful if you have big heavy luggage). The floor of the corridor and the three bedrooms was not horizontal. It has a slope that gave us a weird feeling as if we are in an airplane.

Feel like a real Tbilissian:) Wonderful stay

The apartment is cosy and situated in the old part of Tbilissi. It is very comfortable and quiet. Rooms are spacious and comfortable enough. The kitchen bathroom and rooms had all necessary set ups to feel nice during the stay. We didn't have expectation of the 5 star hotel, hence we really enjoyed the stay where we were. The host was very thoughtful and caring throughout the whole period of stay. He was constantly in contact with us, was taking us to the center of the city, showed around the main attractions and was always ready to help. Excellent service. The distance from the center to the apartment was around 30 - 40 minutes by foot and very enjoyable.

Amazing stay. Owners were incredible. 100% recommend

I and my family had a wonderful stay. The location is 10-15 mins walk from city center. The owners showed us around the city and recommended some places to eat. We took offer for tours from owner's as well and couldn't be happier with our choice. Recommend it 100%

Superb

The owners of the appartment were so friendly and the man would bring us everyday to the city centre of Tbilisi. The two bedrooms were very big with a nice and comfortable bed in it.

The bathroom was a little bit cold, but for the price we payed for the appartment it was nog problem at all to us.

Altogether it was a great experience. Soso(landlord)is a remarkable, calm, flexible & helpful person

Everything was great especially the owner who was the landlord and lived on the ground floor of the building. Although the level of English was very limited but his kindness didn't need a language to transfer. In general, we had a pleasant stay.

The explanation on booking.com was not quite complete. I am not sure whether that's up to booking.com or landlord but accuracy is important. Examples: 1) It was clearly mentioned FREE pick up from the airport. But in reality, we had to pay. When I questioned I was told it would be free if the son (whom I dealt with and was an amazing gentleman and very supportive and helpful) was in Tbilisi and when we travelled he wasn't so we were charged for airport pick up. 2) There was no mention of stairs to the flat. In fact, they was a swirling metal staircase which wasn't an issue for us but I think it should definitely be mentioned. I was planning to have my father to join us but luckily he couldn't. If he did, there was no way he could come up those stairs. It is important for it to be mentioned.

Exceptional

Especially thank you the owner Irakli.We arrived early,so he shows us the city by his car until the room was cleaned. The property is not far from city centre.We walked just 15 minutes to get to the city centre. It's easy to find the priperty and also it is not far from metro station Avlabari. The room was cleany.It has its kitchen.
