This Cayman Condos professionally-managed Oceanfront unit is less than 50 feet from water's edge and offers a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, cable TV, DVD, central a/c, ceiling fans, hairdryers, safe, washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi and private patio. Sunset Cove is a *2018 & 2019 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence* property! | | Property amenities include the largest swimming pool on Seven Mile Beach with a swim-up snack and cocktail pool bar, a whirlpool, and a separate shallow wading pool for small children. There is a sandy beach with a protected swimming cove as well as a snorkel reef just outside the cove to enjoy. This Seven Mile Beach property location is convenient to all the action. This was the most PERFECT location at the facility. Ground floor, clean and steps away from the sand. Going to town was easy since we rented a car but stayed majority of the time right in our condo. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of our condo on 7 mile beach was excellent. Unfortunately, the Seven Mile beach is no longer walkable! Patio furniture, broken and old. Our condo was not ready for occupancy. Microwave, too small, light bulbs, burned out, TV not operating, kitchen drawers dirty, placemats and hot pads, stained and dirty.We arrived to find our condo not ready for us to move in. Both television sets needed new batteries to operate and also they needed to be rebooted. There were burned out lightbulb‘s over the dining room table and also in the master bath. We tried to replace those but all of the additional bulbs in the closet. We’re all burned out. It took three days to get replacement bulbs. Our oven was not cleaned, the drawers in the kitchen had crumbs and bits of food in them , so I had to clean them out. A cabinet in the kitchen was filled with owners items. I had to move them to another cabinet so we could put our groceries away. Our unit only had a small microwave and kept malfunctioning! The hot pads and placemats were also junky with food on them so they couldn’t be used. and to make things more difficult the dryer screen has holes in it and was a fire hazard when you dry your clothes!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location with fantastic pool and swim-up bar. Cove and beach are amazing and free of sargussum. Unit was clean and spacious. Staff were attentive and friendly. Perfect for our family of 4.

It was clean and the view was phenomenal! Conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants, grocery and liquor store. I highly recommend!

Great location being able to walk right out of the back door and onto the beach. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out processes. Amenities of the complex including the pool and food were great. Friendly staff. Location within walking distance to restaurants, gym, grocery store.
