the location was convenient off the I-75
This room was very unclean, hairs and stains on the bathroom floor, stains on the bedsheets and comforter! The door is so thin it was as if we were sleeping outside! The whole room reeked of smoke and was a non-smoking room! There were even cigarette holes in the sheets! The pillows were not even two inches thick; the beds were not queen size as advertised either!

The room was clean and was provided with a refrigerator microwave and coffee maker.
I didn’t like that I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs with not so good of knees and back.

No breakfast, I wish there had been.
I didn’t like the cash deposit I paid, but I did receive this back. I wish they had a breakfast. I tried the juice machine but it was only water.

It was a great stay!! The staff was really nice and the room was very clean and comfortable!!
Amazing price for the time of our stay!!
Not much to dislike to be honest, other then the occasional sketchy person!!
The only inconvenience was the booking said breakfast included and there was only coffee, but that wasn’t too much of a problem! There’s a great choice of restaurants near by! It’s right next to Bass Pro Shops and other great shopping experiences!

The man at the desk when we arrived was nice.
First, let me say, I am not averse to a budget hotel. As long as it's clean. This hotel was horrible on all counts. The room reeked of smoke so bad that everything that we had in our room (including the clothes inside our suitcases that we didn't unpack) reeked of smoke for days after. The sheets were stained (or dirty? yuck). The toilet stopped up and sewage was coming up through the bathtub drain. It was disgusting. We paid over $100 to stay in one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The location was right next to the interstate with noise all night. I didn't feel safe. Door had dents and dings in it as if someone were trying to get in. We were woken up at 3am with a knock on the door from someone in the wrong room (not the hotels fault, but added to my overall uneasiness of the safety). There weren't additional locks on the door. Just a big NO all around. I'm not sure why anyone would give this hotel a positive review. This hotel discredits all other reviews on this site. To add to our displeasure, we were in such a hurry to get out of there that we left our nice phone charger and cable in the room. So, add another $50 ish to the cost of that horrible experience.

I like the fact that the hotel was right off interstate I 75 and there was food and gas stations around. Staff was friendly and did provide our two rooms right next to each other. We got to the hotel earlier than the time stated and they did have our rooms ready which was nice. We didn't have to wait or come back.
I did not like that there was no elevator and had to carry everything up to the second floor. I did request the lower level in an email through Booking.com due to medical reasons and small children and I was told by the hotel they could accomodate us but when we arrived we were told their were no rooms on the lower level. However, that's minimal and we took the upper floor. It was very noisy the night we arrived and kept me and my family up all night. It could use some updates in the bathroom and the bed and pillows could be a little firmer. Overall, it was fine to stay there for an overnight visit.

The room was clean and there was a swift check in/ check out process with friendly service.
No continental breakfast (just a coffee station) as well as the room selection given. My view was the ice machine. I heard every time someone got ice and the machine had a weird squeak that lingered. I eventually went to sleep.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Best night of sleep in weeks! A nice surprise since the outside appearance was not very flattering.
Was disappointed by the lack of accessibility. Had to climb sixteen steps to reach the second floor.

Everything was nice.Friendly helpful staff.Very clean and comfortable room.Loved that there was a Bible in the room.A good value for the price on a weekend.
Since the hotel is close to the interstate you could hear the traffic noise.

Great location, easy to find with a variety of restaurants close by. I’ve stayed here 3 times and the staff are friendly and helpful. Last year, we forgot my son’s stuffed animals and the staff was great and quickly responded when I called an hour after checking out and we picked them up on our return trip and stay. This year, again staff was friendly and was quick to offer a different room when the first one smelled of smoke.
The rooms I had last year were freshly renovated, clean, and comfortable. WiFi was available and I had no issues signing on.
Lots of smokers use the property. The second floor gets a lot of road noise, I had ground floor rooms for both of my previous stays and it wasn’t an issue.
