This secluded and quiet studio bedsit has a private entrance and shady courtyard within the grounds of a private villa with extensive gardens and a shared pool. Recently renovated all amenities are 2 years old or less.
A very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars, yet very quiet and peaceful.
The studio has private off road parking and is wheelchair accessible.
It would suit golfers as Pestana, Gramacho, Pinto and Vale de Milho Golf courses are 5 minutes drive away.
Supermarkets are also 5 minutes away: Intermarché, Aldi, Apolonia, Pingo Doce and Auchan.
The shady courtyard is an excellent hideaway during the heat of the day and a secluded spot to read and relax.
A maid service (once a week) is available and we can arrange a welcome pack to your specification containing essential food items.

We experienced a perfect stay in Carvoeiro at Casa Casilda. Madeleine was the perfect host, always attentive to our needs and there for any questions we had. Her place is well situated for walking into town and her magnificent gardens were a pleasure to hang out in when we just felt like chilling at home. We definitely recommend a stay here when visiting this part of the Algarve!

A real home from home. Madeline the host was exceptional, friendly, informative, humorous and could not do enough for us. Her dogs were a big plus too, friendly and made our stay more memorable. The studio apartment had everything we needed and was a nice size for the two of use. Good pressure and hot water from the shower. Lovely setting too, the garden with pool was great and we felt like we had our own villa. We did really feel like one of the family with Madeline, snoopy and tippy! We will return. Ps knocked a star off the location as that hill after a visiting a few hostelries 😉

Run by the affable Madeleine who couldn't have made us more welcome, whilst also maintaining our privacy at all times.
The studio was small but perfectly formed. The bed was nice and comfortable and the kitchenette had all the essentials.
The private patio was lovely at night and use of Madeleine's beautiful garden and pool by day. Along with little visits from her 2 adorable and friendly dogs.
A 5-10 minute walk down a steep hill gets you to the heart of Carvoeiro and if you cannot face the walk up hill home, you can jump in a taxi for under 5 Euros.
Would definitely recommend.

The Studio is well equipped with all you could require for a successful stay. A short walk, downhill, will take you into the town for a good selection of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.
The two dogs are so so friendly and great fun to have around. Madeleine the owner could not do enough to make our stay as stress free as possible. The garden is stunningly beautiful and the pool is perfect.
A great place for two people to relax and enjoy the wonderful Portuguese hospitality.

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay in Carvoeiro. A smaller beach town, with wonderful and challenging hikes both west and east of town. Many restaurants with ocean views to choose from all within walking distance. Madeleine is a superb host and was attentive and informative and her apartment provided everything we needed. Had our morning coffees in the sun, headed out for our daily hikes, and then relaxed in the afternoon under an umbrella by the pool. Her gardens are a wonderful backdrop to unwind. We are looking forward to our next trip to Carvoeiro!

Madeleine is a wonderful host who helped us with everything from finding where to attend a Sunday service , best beaches in the vicinity or an unique shop for ceramic tiles and an optical shop to fix my glass. It is really a sweet home away from home, not to mention her beautiful tropical garden. We stayed in her place for 18 days , only wanting more to return in our next trip……..

What can we say!
From the second we arrived till the moment we left everything was perfect. Madeline was the best host and the apartment was fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. such a welcome surprise to find a complimentary bottle of rose wine in the fridge such a kind gesture. The gardens and pool area are stunning, the hammocks a lovely place to snooze after a walk into town. a real plus as dog lovers was Snoopy and Tippy who made us feel loved and welcome everyday. Time went incredibly fast and cant wait to come see you all again next year.

Clean apartment with beautiful garden
I had a wonderful week at Madeleine's Studio apartment. Madeleine is a very accommodating, helpful and kind host who is always up for a chat but also never presses any long conversations on you and respects your privacy. Madeleine's two dogs are a delight as well - they usually come say hi once and leave you alone afterwards. The pool/garden is just beautiful and its layout offers you lots of places to relax. I enjoyed my stay a lot and highly recommend it to others!

Appartement bien équipé, bonne literie, très propre.
Petite terrasse ombragée devant l'appartement. Accès à la piscine chez la propriétaire .Très beau jardin avec de très nombreuses variétés de fleurs et arbustes. La propriétaire est très sympathique et discrète. Elle nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour nos sorties resto , randonnés et visites. Nous avons très vite sympathisés avec Madeleine qui parle plusieurs langues dont le Français. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Compact, Clean and cosy.
For 2 elderly golfers this studio/bedsit accommodation was excellent. The car was safely parked right outside the front door in a quiet area of Carvoeiro and convenient for all local amenities.
We chose to eat out all of the time only sleeping and Breakfast in the Studio.
The hostess/manager couldn't have been more helpful.
The next time in the Algarve this will be our first choice.

Very relaxing stay
Casa Casilda has everything you need for a nice stay during your holiday! The studio is not that big, but everything you need is inside. And if not, Madeleine will take care of this.
The garden and swimming pool are besides very beautiful, a very good place to chill and relaxe. The total vibe is; it feels like home.
The location is very good. You easily walk to the beach within 10 minutes. Here you will also find a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and small supermarkets. The big supermarkets will take 5 minutes by car. If you do some research, you will find very beautiful spots along the coast line of Carvoeiro and the rest of the Algarve. Spend 2 weeks here and really enjoyed it!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Madeleines wunderbarem Haus wirklich sehr genossen! Das Studio ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der wunderschöne Garten mit dem Pool ist ein perfekter Ort um abzuschalten und um einfach den Tag zu genießen. Zu Fuß erreicht man am Abends sämtliche Restaurants. Supermärkte sind 5min mit dem Auto entfernt. Madeleine ist eine so sympathische, hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeberin! Dennoch diskret und unaufdringlich. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank, Madeleine für deine warme Gastfreundschaft <3

Madeleine ist eine sehr symphatische Gastgeberin, gute Tips, Wohnung genauso schön wie auf den Bildern und eine entspannte Atmosphäre am Pool in einem idyllischen Garten, der liebevoll angelegt wurde. Man ist in 5 min im Ortskern und am Meer. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

A propriedade no jardim está melhor que nas fotos, sempre com local de escolha de sombra ou sol, agora com duas redes para descansar, a limpeza notou-se mal chegámos ao anexo, muito calmo, óptimo para desfrutar do jardim e descansar, a Madeline é espetacular, super discreta, atenciosa e simpática, e a piscina com temperaturas sempre de 30 graus na água? The best recipe for summer vocation in Portugal = Casa Casilda with pool + super host Madeilanie with garden that impressed us + quite and safe location + numerous beaches withing reach + grilling on the patio!

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire et des vacances comme on les a rêvées ,avec une magnifique piscine au milieu d un beau jardin très fleuri et très bien entretenu avec des dizaines de plantes différente où on savourait notre petit déjeuner sous le soleil et en plein Air !

Perfeito!
É um estúdio que tem tudo o que é necessário, tal como está nas fotos. A piscina estava maravilhosa, a água a uma temperatura excelente. Tem lugar de estacionamento. Fica pertíssimo da praia do Carvoeiro, basicamente é descer a rua (ali as ruas são inclinadas) , a pé, e andar mais uns 300m. Fomos muito bem recebidos, a proprietária é uma simpatia, sempre prestável. Havemos de voltar.

We love the town Carvoiero and this is a great studio apartment for a couple. Well appointed and equipped, everything you need for your stay. Very good description. Off road parking. Private outside patio. Great having use of owners garden and pool. Only a short walk into town and beach, just a steep hill on the way back. Central location for exploring. Quiet area. Very good communication with host. Will definitely be back.

Madeleine is super relaxed and made sure we are all right! Excellent WiFi! Room is clean, lovely bed, fully equipped kitchen. All brand new! 10 min. downhill walk to centre and beach. Very private! Nice pool to relax in and to be lazy on the deck chairs. Highly recommended!

On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux pour notre découverte du portugal. Un appartement refait à neuf, propre, un accès au jardin et à la piscine, proche du centre et de la plage en 10 min à pied dans cette jolie ville de Carvoeiro. Et que dire de Madeleine qui nous a très bien accueilli, aux petits soins pour nous, toujours dispo si besoin. On vous recommande les yeux fermés cette adresse .
