Non merita le stelle

Pulito e centrale

Colazione inesistente, alla fine mi sono presa i biscotti al super. Per un hotel a 4 stelle è inammissibile che: Colazione non povera, di più… Due piani ma non c’è ascensore (!!!!) Non danno 2 chiavi ( di quelle elettroniche) perché dicono che la seconda annulla la prima (😱) per cui o tutti i componenti escono assieme o chi esce spera di riuscire a rientrare e che l’altra persona non si sia addormentata, o chi resta rimane al buio Neanche un misero abat-jour comodini. Vietato leggere La doccia rotta e, nonostante lo spazio, non ha una tenda, un vetro, quindi quando fai la doccia bagni tutto il bagno

Céntrico pero muy escaso

La ubicación.

El desayuno muy escaso, no había fruta, ni zumo, nada caliente. Solo galletas y pan (sin poderlo tostar). La cama muy dura. No tiene ascensor.

Buon punto appoggio in centro

Ottima posizione. Il personale tutto è stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

La prima colazione è stata deludente, Sempre monotona. In camera non c’era la tv Italiana, indispensabile se c’è brutto tempo.

De står de ska vara ljudisolerade rum, gick ej att sova där vi checkade ut efter 2 nätter även fast vi betalar för 4 nätter. Samt unken lukt i rummet.

Good breakfast. Fresh juice and milk and bread. Evening recepter is an senior gentleman and he can't speak ENG but kind.

No evelator. It's terrible because we have big luuggage. We have to take it to upper layer by arms.

Pleasant stay in clean and tidy hotel

Clean spacious rooms and the location close to the city of Durres.

In our case no seating inside for breakfast was available, so we had to sit outside which was not a big problem. These seats are situated next to a busier road.

Superb

Excellent hotel with old beautiful architecture of Durres and nice interior design. The location is wonderful and ideal to discover the city, as it's located on the most beautiful avenue in the city, close to Venecian Tower, Port, Amphitheater, Waterfront and Center. It's the third time we come here and we are generally very pleased with the excellent cleanliness, the service and the friendly staff . Both times we had a balcony with a great view.

The last time we were put in a room at the back that didn't have a view & the breakfast was simple and poor, not too much to choose. One star less only for the breakfast.

Ideal location to discover the city and delicious breakfast

very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nice interior design. Located right at the port and next to a long steet of restaurants and bars. Ideal location for discovering the nightlife or having a nice dinner in the area.

best hotel experience

I messaged the hotel beforehand, they replied really fast. from the moment I arrived, till I left everyone was perfect. the staff is lovely, helpful, always there to assist you in whatever you need! they were a huge part of why I loved Durrës, Albania! the location is perfect!

Exceptional

Everything was great, from staff, room and breakfast. Very clean and spatious room and bathroom. Good location in city centre. What you see on booking is exactly what you get.

Parking is on the street and might not always be available. It isnt close to the beach.

i loved the balcony and the view. it was also very close to the beach and the major town.

the building did not have an elevator which made carrying luggage to the room difficult. Also the air condition did not seem to get very cold.

Nice hotel in nice location

Nice personel, very good location (in city), good breakfast compared price of the hotel. Clean and good air conditioning. Very good balance between price and what you got.

Elegant building, just down from the centre; friendly staff.

A tall elegant old building, which means that the rooms (in my case second floor) are up a lot of stairs. Staff will help carry bags if you wish. Though on a main central street, my room was at the side (at the end of the corridor nearer the centre of town direction) and was pretty quiet. Best to ask the staff about parking also, I tried to find parking myself and wasted quite a lot of time doing so. The location is very good, only a five or six minute walk from the main square. At the time I visited however bars and restaurants in the centre were closing relatively early, so don't leave it too late to go out for dinner or drinks, and popular places may be busy. Breakfast at Veliera was simple and fine. I think I remember that the room even had a kettle :-).

It was hot when I visited and I struggled to get the room temperature right. Probably best to balance having windows open when cool and using air conditioning to bring the temperature down a little when you need to.
