We were in town for Mariner Baseball and this was a great home base. A quick commute to the stadium and the Waterfront as well. Melissa made communication easy and the accommodations were exactly what we expected from the online listing. We will definitely stay again!

The property was great, everything in it is high quality and very functional. The proximity to Green Lake was great and the neighborhood was quiet, safe and clean. Wonderful place to stay with all the amenities we could possibly need. We were visiting family in the area and it was the perfect and cozy. Bed is very comfy, towels nice and plush and lots of extras that I don’t often find in a rental. Loved our stay here. Melissa was a very responsive and accommodating host. I look forward to staying here next time I visit Seattle. Thank you, Melissa for a great stay!

10 minutes from my daughter in Wallingford. Beautiful tree-lined street. Private well maintained unit with Xfinity tv (although didn’t watch much)! Host was responsive. Explanations for entry and tidy up were detailed. This was my second stay here, and it’s become my go-to. Highly recommend.

We unfortunately were unable to make it to Seattle due to airline issues. But prior to arriving Melissa offered us lots of travel tips and advice regarding travelling around Seattle. She also refunded us a portion of our booking costs even though she didn’t have too as a result of us not being able to make it out. We hope to try again to make it out and will definitely look to see if Melissa’s place is available.

Place was clean neighborhood was quiet & safe.
There was enough of the little things in unit to make it feel like home.
Only issue was street parking it was tight because street are narrow.
I was informed to park in front of house, but the tree/shrub where parking was available needed to be pruned back so not to scratch paint my vehicle .
Overall our stay was great.
Thank you Melissa

I had a wonderful stay in this well-appointed apartment. The owner has cut no corners; the appliances are top-notch and the furnishings plentiful and comfortable. One small matter to consider: since the owner lives upstairs, one is likely to hear her moving about overhead, often early in the morning. This is understandable and unavoidable, although it can be helpful to bring earplugs just in case. The location is a good one, with Green Lake just to the east and the Greenwood/Phinney neighborhood just to the west. I would stay here again!

This is our second stay at this property with Melissa. It was just as we remembered from before. Great amenities including washer/dryer, coffee maker, and tv. The weather was colder this time so we needed to have the heat on. It kept us warm but was a little loud, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
A great location near Greenlake. it fit our needs perfectly!

Perfect! Beautiful neighborhood with easy access. The space is well thought out and has everything you need. No details were overlooked. Comfortable bed, soft towels, full kitchen, great shower, spotlessly clean, private and secure. And 2 blocks from my son’s house. The best place I’ve ever rented. Thank you Melissa.

The quiet family neighborhood was festively decorated for Halloween. Street parking was tight not terrible. Generous size unit, bed very comfortable, great shower & looks out to a nice patio. Noise level was ultra low. Would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful little VRBO. It is beautifully setup and very comfortable. The private front yard was nice to have coffee in the morning or a beer in the evening.
Melissa, the host, is top notch. There was a hiccup that could happen anywhere and she handled it nicely. I highly recommend this property.

We loved staying here- the owner thought of everything you could want or need! The bed was very comfortable, there’s plenty of space to rest and put your feet up, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and neat.
We used the studio as a “home base” for traveling around the state and it was nice to come back to this convenient and comfortable “home.”

It's hard to find a nice place with good beds, good water pressure, good WiFi, in a good neighborhood in Seattle. This place has all that!
We drove and parked on the street and then took public transit (there's an app :) ) downtown to see the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Storm play. Melissa responded to messaged promptly and was super pleasant.
Thumbs up!

I rented this property for my mom’s first visit to Seattle. It was easy to get to from my place in Wallingford, very clean and comfortable, and over all an excellent stay. Mom especially loved the updated bathroom. She’ll plan to stay again for her next visit!
