Schrecklich, Finger weg!!!

Das ist kein Hotel, vielleicht eine Jugendheberge aus der letzten Kategorie. Ich fand schmutzige Bettbezüge, brownish und mit Haaren. In der Dusche gab es nur ein billiges Handwaschseife von Aldi/Lidl. Es gab Schimmel, Duschvorhänge mit weiße Flecke (also nicht gewaschen). Im WC fand ich Kacke Reste und Haare. Am Wand große Spinne und Spinnenweben. Es war mehr als 27 Grad, es gab nicht mal einen Ventilator. Fenster öffnen war keine Option wegen die viele Moskitoes. Thema Sicherheit ist auch problematisch: Die Rezeption schließt nicht unten und alle können einfach im Hotel rein. Das Zimmer schloss schwer, daher nicht sicher.Man sieht die Rezeptionistin nicht selber, sie spricht kaum Deutsch und eigentlich fand ich sie unehrlich. Ich bat Sie die Reservierung zu stornieren, damit ich mein Geld zurückbekam. Sie log mich an. Ich war müde, hatte eine lange Reise und müsste den nächsten Tag auf einem Meeting, weswegen ich auch in Kehl war, ich habe nicht mehr auf die Bestätigung der Stornierung gewartet und bin da weggegangen.es war 23:30 und ich müsste mir ein neues Hotel suchen. Am nächsten Tag informiert mich Booking, dass sie nicht storniert hatte. Also das Wlan habe ich nicht benutzt. Vom Frühstück weißt ich auch nicht, ich sage nur schaut euch die Google Bewertungen. Alle beschreiben genau meine Erfahrung. Leider hatte ich diese Bewertung nicht gelesen, bevor ich es gebucht habe. Dieses "nicht-hotel" musste man beim Gesundheitsamt melden. Es ist unhygienisch, und unzumutbar!

Super gelegen, schön ruhig, sauber, einfach, aber alles da was man braucht, außer eigener Balkon

Dass bei Buchung (website) nicht angegeben war, dass man Frühstück dazu buchen hätte können - bei Ankunft war es zu spät dafür

Wir hatten hier nur eine Übernachtung nach einem Fest in der Nähe. Wir kamen nachts an und daher war die sehr kleine Größe der EZ völlig ok. Das Bad war tiptop sauber und die Parkplätze im Hof ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück für ein solch einfaches Hotel völlig ausreichend und lecker. Auch gab es guten Kaffee.

Die Matratze hätte weicher sein können.

Schlafstelle nach langer Radtour

Frau Raschida hat mich besonders herzlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Gebäude und die Ausstattung sind extrem veraltet und dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war leider sehr einfach, lieblos und rudimentär.

Good alternative to staying in Straatsburg

The hostess is very nice, friendly lady who always seems to laugh. The location is excellent, tram to Straatsburg is a short walking distance. I stayed here because I didn't have the crit'air sticker for my car that is obligatory in Straatsburg. The tram will take you in 30min to the centre of Straatsburg. Breakfast was good, coffee, tea, juice, bread, eggs, and sufficient. Room was good, price-quality is good. There was a fan in the room, which was very welcome because it was 32 degrees that week. If I need to be in Straatsburg again, I will definitely stay here again!

there were some problems during my stay

I stayed here because it was the most inexpensive available hotel in Kehl or Strasbourg (but it was not cheap). Check-in went smoothly. The room was quiet. The TV and wifi worked well. The breakfast was nice (but late – see below) with good quality coffee.

1. The room was a bit chilly. Although the heating was technically on, it was mostly at such a low setting that you could barely feel it even when touching the radiator. 2. There was a sign at reception saying breakfast on a Friday was available from 7am. This is also what was stated on my booking confirmation. I went down at 7am. The breakfast room was shut. I messaged the staff and was told breakfast wasn’t available until 8am. No apology or explanation was given for the discrepancy. 3. After breakfast I politely thanked the staff member and she just grunted. 4. At 9.58am when I was picking up my bags the same staff member appeared at my door, held out her hand and said just one word: “key!”

The location and the price, it is also close to Strasbourg and you can travel by tram for a normal price.

Sometimes they stopped the central heating during night.

Exceptional

Very comfortable, warm and clean room. The location is convenient, next to the tram station which leads you directly to Strasbourg center. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast. Thank you!

AVOID! NOT CLEAN AND NOT AS DISCRIBED IN THE LISTING.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed out. Please avoid! Do not book this hotel for any reason.

No person available at check in. THERE WAS NO PRIVATE BATHROOM AS LISTED. Not clean and mold in room. This hotel is nothing like the description. Rooms have no privacy and it is sooo loud in the hall and easy to hear other rooms even when all the doors are shut.

The breakfast was ok.In the rooms was tidy but it was difficult to apreciate because of everything else.

Old hotel...old chambers and ancient furniture...Inside the room a fridge that was making the noise of a racing car when in started.A small bathroom with shower ...all old.For 160 e a night it was wayyyy too much.Luckily we just slept for a few hours and in the morning we left.

Great stay over.

Nice comfortable place for a stopover. Easy check-in. Comfortable room with good shower. Secure parking.

Breakfast was a bit hectic, as lots of people arrived at the same time and the first ones there cleated everything out!!! Staff did their best to keep up! Good coffee!!
