About this house rental

A modern, open plan 4BR home bathed in natural light. The main living area opens onto a large undercover deck and enclosed rear yard. A fully functional kitchen, dual living areas, under-tile heating and more. Positioned in a quiet, raised court providing sweeping views the house is minutes away from the centre of town whilst be tucked away in peace and privacy.

Architecturally designed and built locally, our home is a split level home with 4BR on the lower level (master with ensuite) with a second full bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs has a vast open plan kitchen, dining and living area opening onto an expansive north facing undercover deck and enclosed back yard. A separate living area is also on the upper level allow parents some privacy and space. The property has ducted heating and air-conditioning plus under-tile heating in all bathrooms.

You will have full access to the entire house and private rear yard. The home will not be double booked. You will also have use of the double car garage. Linen will be provided in accordance with the requirements specified at booking. If additional beds are used a fee will be incurred.

The home will be presented clean and fresh - it was our family home that we both designed and built. We have worked hard to provide a beautiful place for your time with us and ask only that you respect it as we do. Upon leaving do not make the beds as we would like to make sure that they are fresh for the next lot of guests.

The house was beautiful, such a lovely layout with the bedrooms on a slightly lower level. Everyone was able to enjoy their own private space. The living area was open plan and it was lovely gathering around this area. The house was very clean and nothing was amiss. We highly recommend this place if you are visiting Warrnambool.

Great property nestled in the heart of Warrnambool. The property is situated on a hill which provides stunning views of Warrnambool. The house is a cosy family home. Offering all the benefits of home in a modern style. Plenty of space for the family to do their own thing. We had a fantastic time and plan to visit again in the not to distant future. The house was perfect for our group of 8. Spacious, modern and well equipped with everything you need during your stay. Paul was lovely and very quick to respond with any enquiries we had. Lovely spacious home for a stay in Warrnambool. Clean , modern and well equipped. Good location not far from shops . Hosts very helpful There are a number of steps down to bedrooms ( something to be aware of if travelling with an elderly person) . Outside area at back could do with a bit of TLC but overall fantastic , highly recommend!

John & Ilona’s home is a luxurious, well appointed and well planned home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and equipment, the bathrooms come complete with basic toiletries and cleaning equipment and the two lounge rooms and deck are delightful places to kick back and rest. Communication with the owner was seamless and access to the property exactly as described. Would not hesitate to recommend anyone, large or small group, choose this extraordinary home.
