All facilities provided, spacious, very comfortable for the 2 of us. Decent location to get to different areas.
Location is on main road so sleep can be disturbed. Some provisions a little tired like towels, a bit of dust behind beds.

Well equipped kitchen, with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits available upon arrival. Ian was exceptional, running me to minor injuries after a fall for a badly injured shoulder. Good WIFI, easily sufficient to stream films. The off road parking is far enough back from road side not to be of concern.
No complaints about the accommodation. Minor road noise during the day, but this quietens down in the evening not to be an issue overnight. Only issue was when I went for a local walk, other than the cycle path running parallel to the main road, some of the local footpaths marked on OS maps no longer exist (probably due to lack of use), but this is a common trait outside of the National Park so you just have to use common sense and find an alternative.

The location was very convenient to all our needs and plans. The cottage itself was great, all you need and more. Handy little garden and off road parking. The beds are clean and comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need.
The main road in front of the cottage but we knew it was there when we booked!

It was completely comfortable, like a second home. Detailed information was provided about all devices. It was a convenient location for exploring the Lleyn Peninsula, Snowdonia & the north coast. Loved the 'magic' bedside lamps.
Can't think of anything ...

Cottage was very clean and equipped in everything that you might need during your stay. It's in perfect location for all the walks and attractions. It is placed along side busy road, but during night it wasn't a problem for us, as only few cars was passing by.
Ian is excellent host, there is few things left for guests to use, like coffee, tea, milk even some sweets. He went beyond his duties by organising "hospital stay" for our daughter teddy bear who's arm was half-ripped 😁😊. Teddy was fixed by Ian's wife, and this act of kindness was one of the things that made our stay special.
I would highly recommend to stay at Bwlch Yr Awel Cottage.
Only small "minus" I would give to shower facilities
Not enough of water pressure to have decent shower.

Very clean and well presented. Wonderful facilties, everything provided, very comfortable beds, fresh bed linen both weeks and lovely soft towels. Welcomed with tea/coffee and biscuits and a bottle of milk in the fridge. The best self catering place we have ever stayed in. Good location.
I have no criticisms or complaints about the cottage. The road is busy but we didn't find it a problem
