Overall good experience, but mixed feelings for a 4-star

Spacious dining hall/restaurant, close to metro station, clean rooms. Breakfast with a good variety of products

You can’t order food at the restaurant in the afternoon/evening (at least at the time we were there we couldn’t). Surprisingly for a 4-star hotel, it lacks a sauna. On a crowded day it’s difficult to find a table during breakfast, as there is probably not enough staff to clean the tables efficiently.

Trevligt men kunde har blivit bättre

Rum var bra, men sedan kom saker som inte bör kommer: Slut på dusch/shampoo (Behövs efter resan och en dag i Sthlm). Natten kom; läslampa /Sänglampa trasig. Lampan med TV satt i vägen, behöv någonting som är 10cm lägre, Annan lösning kunde vara ljus bakom TV som belysa upp och ner. Informerat personalen kl 6 på morgon, inte fixat på kvällen, Ajabaja Läget är perfekt. 15 min från sthlm centrum, skaffa SL appen biljett gäller 75 minuter 52Kr / 26Kr

Perfect for a weekend getaway.

The location was excellent. It was within walking distance from the train station and Kista Galleria. Friendly staff and good breakfast selection.

Comfortable for an overnight stay

Clean, comfortable , everything you need for the overnight stay

Heating comes from the bathroom so if you like to have doors closed for sleep, the room will be cold. Also very bad positioning for lighting in the room, very dark and difficult to do make up.

This hotel is in a great location!

The breakfast was excellent! Also the location is fantastic!

The room was too cold because of the ventilation! It wasn't needed! It should up to the guests to request for it even in summer. The lights were very difficult to switch on and off, which was very annoying!

The breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of products in very good quality and healthy options. The breakfast manager Vanessa and her team do an excellent job. The hotel staff is happy and willing to help.

The rooms are dark, don't enough light and don't give you the sense of cleanliness. The cleaning of the room is every 5 days, this is a big period of time. The windows don't open and there is no fresh air. The vendilation system can not be operated from the room

Stokholm a surprisingly beautiful city!

The hotel located outside the city but with a very good connection to the center, minimally furnished, but without missing something essential, so OK for a stay of 2-3 days. Breakfast quite varied and with good quality dishes.

The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but on site there is a parking lot managed by an external company and you can rent the parking space through an application that you can download on your phone. But be careful to ask for all the information at the hotel reception and especially which are the (numbered) places where you can park after you have made the reservation. The information in the parking lot is only in Swedish and if you do not receive all the data from the reception, you risk parking in the wrong place and getting fined.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location next to a shopping mall and metro station. Superb hotel overall.

The beds were too soft for my taste. Harder ones would be more comfortable.

Wonderful

Wonderful hotel, close to the train,bus stations. Very good breakfast in the morning. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We loved it.

the reception area was so spacious and welcoming, we liked the breakfast and how diverse it was and the room was nice and we had an entry pass to the gym area which was nice

the sheet didn’t get changed nor the towels and that was the low point

The hotel had a problem with the AC. When I entered my bedroom it was freezing (around 10 Celsius grade). As a solution they offered me to plug a small heater. I asked for a refund and went to another hotel next door.

Great dinner/breakfast room, comfortable bed

Basic room with carpet in the room ( not good for someone with allergies). There’s no water boiler, neither a cup and spoon for coffee or tea in the room. Unfortunately no one at the reception for the check out if you need extra help

I really liked the vibe of the place. It was clean and chill. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good.

Didn't like the lack of kettle and coffee in the room.
