Good hotel but more for a few nights

Modern infrastructure, nice entrance and bar, good bed, not every day they clean up the room, I like this! 24 hours is a shop open for small finger food and water.

Bar is too expensive ($15) for a glas Wein, $8 for a beer. I stay 6 nights for business and had not enough space for my closes to hang up.

We liked the modern vibe and comfortable beds.

The pool was really small and shallow. We didn’t like that there was not a complimentary breakfast.

Lovely people in an A+ location

Staff EXCELLENT. Location EXCELLENT. Great lobby. Lovely bathrooms.

Desk could really use a proper chair vs a stool. Would make a huge differnce. Beds need to be updated.

The pool 🎱game the gym and the pool 🏊‍♀️ . Don’t charge for pet… something else the valet parking was very kind and helpful.

The chair’s in the lobby dirty and the carpet room was dirty too

Fantastiskt Hotell som har allt🧡🤩

Läget var jättebra och vi hade 2 super sköna sängar. Stort rum med kylskåp som var ett måste då vi var där i 8 nätter. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Här kommer vi bo nästa gång igen.

We throughly enjoyed our stay from Ireland for 8 days. Thank you very much to all the staff.

All the staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The area was lovely and close to bars & restaurants.

It’s a beautiful hotel, but you have to watch out when you’re using your credit card to book a room or pay for a room. Y

The staff was very friendly

When I checked in, I had a big problem with pan for my room and was double charged. I was supposed to be here for my birthday and it turned out. It was just very disappointing. Getting charged double for a room was not on my agenda not only that it’s the weekend so I have to wait till the next business day to receive my funds

Fantastic for the cost and the location. I will be back every time I go to Chicago with friends.

The great location, the cleaning and size of the rooms, the attention of the staff and the price :)

The bathroom door does not completely close, some water bottles would be nice too. Still I loved the place.

Great value for the awesome location, but has some room for improvement regarding noise control.

Great location, so many CTA buses/trains convenient to the hotel, comfortable beds, easy and quick access to room and amenities, good room decorations, friendly and approachable lobby staff who provided a smooth check-in/out process, attentive housekeeping staff

Rooms are poorly soundproofed from each other (though the soundproofing to street noise is good). I could hear my neighbors conversations word for word even if they weren't yelling. The room also got really humid at times and there was condensation forming on some surfaces, I had to open the window every so often to let dry air in. Rooms also didn't have a clothes iron, which is minor but was annoying to find out when I needed one.

Lively, fun and good energy!

The lobby was fun, Friday night DJ, friendly staff, valley parking and the location. We were in town for a show at the salt shed, about an $18 UBERXL ride to the event. Great restaurants in the area, breakfast lunch and dinner, we had fun and will stay here again!

Dirty and disappointed

This place was not clean. There were stains on the carpet, bed, and mattress. There were broken lights in our room. Most importantly there were roaches. Also paid for a view room and got to watch the top of a parking garage.

Not good, at all

Right in the middle of city and great views from windows, even though they were very dirty, on the inside

Was not clean, the whole hotel smelled like a cigarette bar, the staff never smiled or even looked you in the face, the elevators smelled so bad, our windows were dirty, we had only two towels, asked for more never received, asked again twice the next morning and still never got them, two people just didn’t shower, the carpet/rug under the beds was so dirty, stained, it was almost unbelievable, and there were dry boogers on the wall next to the toilet, the beds are like sleeping on the floor, the ceilings were dirty, you can tell they don’t care about this property because they know people will pay to stay because it is right in the heart of Chicago, I will never return here and tell everyone to avoid this place

Convenient location for brief stays

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Very conveniently located in the Mag Mile, and you can reach most tourist attractions walking or by public transport. As per the hotel, we just stayed for one night so there was not much we did. The staff is nice and hotel is pet friendly, but they do not offer pet care or give you permission to leave the pet in the room, so be prepared to take your dog everywhere with you. There was no breakfast, but they let you bring outside food. I'd stay again only for a short stay, and I wouldn't take my pet.

A dog care facility would be convenient. Also, the breakfast option could be helpful.

Walls are thin. The mornings were very loud with slamming doors and loud voices. I wasn’t close to elevators but close to house keeping station.

Estancia de 10, en una ubicación excelente!!!

La ubicación, lo grande que son las habitaciones, la cama comodísima, el lobby genial y la piscina es un punto a favor

Por poner un pero, el tener que estar avisando para housekeeping (que nos hiciesen la habitación) cada día y la temperatura del agua de la piscina que en invierno debería ser más elevada. Deberían mejorar un poco la limpieza más a fondo.

Perfecto para visitar Chicago, cerca de todo.

La ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de un Whole Foods ,Chipotle y Starbucks Roastery que te recomiendo visitar. Podes ir caminando a las principales atracciones desde ahi o tomar los buses que pasan muy cerca.

Overall great!

Location is amazing! The night atmosphere in the lobby is wonderful with the bar and music.

There was a dark dirt spot on our white sheets in which we spoke to the front desk about. They dropped off new sheets but did not take the dirty sheets off nor made the bed with the new sheets. For the price of the stay, I would have hoped to have the staff help change the sheets to ensure they are clean vs. asking the guest to.

great stay for a couple of nights

the location was great to explore down town. we also loved the pool table and the bar with Happy Hour.

the common area bathroom was a little dirty. maybe that was related to the fact that the Lola palooza festival took place in Chicago that weekend. a lot of party folks in the hotel. the common areas were way too cold (A/C) but that’s a general US related topic.
