About this cottage rental

Cozy all season New England-style cottage that sleeps 7 overnight . Fire pit, gas grill, wifi, gas-fireplace for winter days. A/C and ceiling fans for those extremely hot days. Covered boat hoist and expanded 100'dock. Eat in kitchen has some spices . Centrally located right on the wine and beer trail. Smart TV for streaming favorite movies. A very tranquil property, winter or summer. 6 miles to boat launch and boat rentals. Very central to all the lakes winery's. Linens provided. Great cell phone service. Covered outdoor grill area and deck, for rainy and days.
Seperate fire pits , dock, kayaks, and paddle boat are shared with our Bungalow rental.
Pets are allowed as long as $50. pet fee is paid to cover extra cleaning. We have to wash furniture top covers after.

Property was right on lake and the porch by Bungalow made the perfect spot for meals and outdoor living. Access to the dock was great with new stairs and availability of fire pit to enjoy at night was a plus. We enjoyed having the yard space to play cornhole and space to sit to view sunrise and morning coffee. Location was great!

This place is just perfect if you are looking for some privacy, all amenities that you need are provided, great view and plenty to do. Its on a dead end street so not much traffic at all! Highly recommend.

Best place I’ve ever stayed at a finger lake! Cozy and comfortable cottage. A feeling of home. View was impeccable! Very clean! Just so relaxing with the family. My 3 year old granddaughter loved the kayak. First time in the kayak. She didn’t want to come out! lol! My lab loved every bit of it! Met the hosts. Very welcoming and friendly! Clouds mad the eclipse on April 8 less than hoped for, but still a wonder, but we had a great family weekend trip thanks to the lovely cottage hosted by Tim and Bonni. A beautiful clear sky Sunday let us enjoy the dock, and the views! We aren't fancy people, and the cottage was very homey, very clean, comfortable. We would love to come back sometime.

View is beautiful. Nice property. Mostly quiet...except for the trains. My only complaint is the living room furniture is uncomfortable and should be replaced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This cottage is right on the water and exactly what we needed for a quick couples getaway. We were there for a Seneca wine trail event and this place was close to everything we needed. We woke up to the beautiful sounds of the lake. The cottage was nicely decorated and clean and check in and check out was so easy. We will definitely stay here again

We were looking for a place to relax and this was it. The bedroom on the back half of the house gave a lovely view morning and evening with the sound of the water as a backdrop. We utilized the kayaks and spent time just sitting on the dock. The area offered lots to do: restaurants, wineries, boat tours, etc. Although the house is situated between train tracks and the lake, the tracks did not interfere with our relaxation.

Our stay at this property was very pleasant and peaceful. Everything we needed, besides food and drink, was supplied. We unfortunately picked the coldest week of the summer. So we had no chance to go out on the water. But overall, it was a great getaway for a few days. Lots to do in the area, and lots of dining choices nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect spot near everything you could need to make your stay a fun one. The cottage has everything you need away from home and the bungalow gave us extra room for friends to join us yet give them some privacy. The covered patio and dining table was a perfect spot for eating and playing games/cards. And as a bonus, we were close to so many great wineries and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental!

Air conditioning is cold, the house was clean. The hosts were willing to be flexible on the checkout time. The listing is somewhat misleading as we were under the assumption that the bungalow was included, however we learned that its an "option".

What a wonderful place to stay for a week! Right on the water, it doesn't get better than that. We enjoyed kayaking and tubing and swimming. It was so nice that two kayaks were available for use on property. The location was perfect, between Geneva and Penn Yan. So easy to get to dining, parks, gas, marina, etc. We grilled on site as well, which was great. Fire pit for smores at night. We so enjoyed our trip and wish it could've lasted longer!

We loved the cozy cottage on Seneca Lake! It is incredibly charming. You can see the lake from just about every room in the cottage and the view is truly magnificent! The hosts are friendly and welcoming and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location is great with easy access to the Seneca Wine Trail and Watkins Glen. Book it! You won't be disappointed.
