Sea Eagle Cottage is a fully renovated 3 bedroom holiday house, which offers the most breathtaking views from not only the enormous deck, but every room in the house. Wake up and laze in bed looking out along the world famous Bay of Fires, or open the sliding doors and go sit out on your private deck and have breakfast with the best views in Binalong Bay. In season keep an eye out for the passing whales and dolphins. You won't want to leave! All the ocean view photographs in this listing are taken from your own deck at Sea Eagle Cottage, or inside the property. Please note we now have an extremely modern kitchen, and FREE WIFI.
Whilst maintaining the integrity of a Beach House, Sea Eagle Cottage features an open plan living/dining kitchen, and an enormous, partially glassed-in deck, for protection in any weather. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king size bed, built-in robes, doors which open out onto the deck, and an en-suite. The en-suite has heated flooring and towel rail, large walk in shower, vanity, toilet and bidet. The second queen bedroom has not only a huge window so you can enjoy the views, but also double doors, and built-in robe. The third bedroom features more views over the Bay of Fires. You can walk onto the deck through sliding doors, it has a built in robe and a queen bed. The second bathroom is just across the hall from the bedrooms, and is also renovated, with heated flooring, heated towel rails, wall hung vanity and modern shower and toilet.
The kitchen has everything you will need. A modern kitchen, featuring quality appliances. Built in wall oven, built in convection microwave, glass top electric hotplates, Schweigen extractor fan, 4 slice toaster, Jura coffee machine & plunger, dishwasher, kettle, rice cooker/slow cooker, electric frypan, cutlery, glasses, crockery and kitchen utensils, with a super modern, brand new full size fridge and freezer. The laundry is behind sliding doors in the hall, and has a washing machine, laundry trough, iron and ironing board. There is a dryer available, as well as outdoor clothes line.
The outside entertaining area, is a huge, modern deck. Lined on one side with wall to ceiling glass, so you can enjoy it all year round. There is an outdoor dining setting which seats 8, and a family size Weber Q BBQ. A new outdoor lounge setting and sunlounge are now available to spend lazy days on the deck with a good book!

Bookings and pre-arrangement a must to take advantage of this super special offer for foodies! Please note that he is not always available and has a minimum booking fee, so we recommend you be a group of 6, or better still invite a couple of friends and become a group of 8!

Sea Eagle Cottage is a gorgeous home and presents exactly as shown in the property profile. Jan is a very welcoming and responsive host and the house has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Being a 2 minute walk from The Hub pizza bar is also a bonus when you don’t want to cook dinner. Highly recommend.

We had the best stay at Sea Eagle Cottage.
Stunning views from every window. Sunny days on the deck were so good. We didn't want to leave.
Jan was brilliant to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed.
We will definitely be back one day soon.

Sea eagle cottage is amazing and one of the best house stays we have had anywhere in the world. The view is incredible, the location fantastic and the house is so welcoming with so many thoughtful inclusions in the house. While it easily sleeps 6, we were just a couple so had plenty of room but was still great value. Would recommend to anyone.

Extraordinary home away from home
We loved staying in this outstanding beach home. It was beyond magical, and we honestly did not want to leave. The photos simply do not do it justice. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve slept in, the linen and pillows were also top class and super comfortable. Heated blankets with timers on every bed. The kitchen remarkably well stocked, every conceivable item provided to whip up a gourmet feast. Some pantry and fridge condiments provided, as well as plenty of tea options and coffee beans, although we used the coffee plunger also available. The home is super comfortable and very homely. We loved the couch on the verandah with sea views, and spent hours playing cards on the enormous outdoor table.
Thank you so very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home Jan. I hope we can return one day, as we have wonderful memories of our stay.

Amazing accommodation with a location to excell
The property is as described, well furnished, an excellent array of pots, pans and China. The balcony exceeds expectation with a Bay of Fires panorama of your dreams. Our 3 grandkids were exhausted from their full day water experiences. From the eldest who body surf till dark, to the younger two who were totally safe and enthralled with the many rock pools. We will be back.

Great property, great location and fantastic views
Great property, only a minute walk down to the main beach, fantastic views and every convenience you could ever wish for. We got plenty of rain during our stay but the fully covered deck meant we still enjoyed our stay. The host was always prompt with any queries we had and worked with our schedule to arrange for a faulty item in the house. Highly recommended!

Retaining the 'Tassie shack' feel but with very clean, comfortable and stylish fit-out. Beds very comfy. Bathrooms brand new with quality tiling and fit-out. The huge covered deck with dining table and couches was a big highlight looking out to the sea and over the beach. All the mod cons and everything thought of. Great east coast feel to it. Highly recommmended.
