The Apartment is located in one of the most residential areas in Rome, near the St. Peter's Cathedral and the Sistine Chapel, IN THE WELL KNOWN PRATI DISTRICT. It is situated on the second floor (with elevator) of a building dated back to 1900.

Our family truly appreciated staying in this apartment in Rome! The location was central to all of our activities - easy to walk to grocery, restaurants, Vatican, etc and catch taxis/ubers. It was the perfect size for 7 of us - it was very clean and very comfortable! AC was working, which was very needed. Hosts were prompt to meet us and give us all the instructions/ tips. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing experience. The host was responsive, informative, and friendly. The check-in process was quick, easy, and helpful. The location was great with many restaurants and food choices. We appreciated the spacious and clean apartment with many amenities. Will definitely visit again!

Nice location, it helped that we used the subway. Two of the bathrooms felt a little dangerous to use the showers, considering the steps to get in. The master bath knob was difficult to use and missing part of the handle.

My family of five enjoyed our stay in Rome. The check-in process was seamless and friendly. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We had everything and felt great about the location. Our group of 8 adults enjoyed this property. It was clean and the booking team was extremely responsive and helpful. The property is in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood with restaurants in the immediate area. We walked to most of the sites we wanted to see, and a taxi stand was only a few blocks away. The elevator in the property is a major bonus. One minor thing to note is that the property only has one common space for people to gather and that is the kitchen, which is not large (by American standards). All the other rooms are bedrooms and bathrooms. Another thing to note is that if you are arriving before check-in, the recommended luggage storage spot at 20 Via Germanico is very reasonable, close and clean, but the "Maxi" lockers only hold one large suitcase (contrary to what their website says). And there aren't many lockers to begin with, so if you don't book the lockers ahead of time online (which was easy to do) you probably won't get a locker. Overall, the apartment is wonderful, and we would definitely stay there again.

Very nice apartment for my family of 8 adults. Fantastic location - close to public transit, restaurants, cafes and fantastic shopping. Host was very easy to work with and attentive. Apartment is in a heritage building on the second floor. There’s an elevator but stairs are easy to use. The place has all the amenities you need - comfortable beds, good wifi, plenty of good quality linens and bath towels. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cups, glasses etc. they also had 2 espresso pots but both were old and not in good condition so we weren’t able to make coffee. The only negative is that the bathrooms are very old - not good water pressure at all and definitely limited hot water.

We had a great time and the home was beautiful. Rooms were spacious and the unique stain glassed hallway door was a unique touch. A fun note is that each bathroom was very different from the next. Almost like having a separate experience. Only issue was the WiFi was strong in one area (the kitchen and front) and weak in the back rooms. We communicated our concern and they made efforts to rectify the situation. So that was good. All in all a great experience.

What a perfect location and great apartment for our family visit to Rome. There were seven of us, two kids, two young adults, my wife and I plus grandma and the accommodations were great for us. It was an easy walk to the Vatican, great restaurants, grocery stores close by and close to the metro for easy access into Rome. Our host was wonderful, great communication and met us at the apartment to show us the property as well as give us insight into the neighborhood. I would highly recommend utilizing the car service they offer for a very reasonable rate from the airport. The best way for me to rate a property is, would I stay here again? The answer is an overwhelming yes!

Very nice and clean apartment. Easy check in and friendly property management. Comfortable for a group size of 8 consisting of six adults, one teen, and one toddler. Easy walking distance to Vatican City and the metro line for getting to and from other attractions and the Fiumicino Airport.

The property was beautiful, safe, clean, and had great access to public transportation on the metro and bus system. It was in walking distance of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. It was close to lots shopping, small shops, restaurants. Lots of night life, a little loud on the street Friday night but other nights weren't as bad.

The apartment was lovely and the communication was exceptional. We knew exactly what to expect and it made our trip to Rome wonderful. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was charming and walkable to all the things we wanted to do. Wonderful stay!

The location of this property was excellent. We were able to walk to the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Square, as well as the metro stop. The rooms were large and well laid out. The apartment was clean and the listing was accurate. Check in process was great and they were helpful in arranging transportation from the airport and within Rome. Definitely would stay here again.

The apartment was lovely. Quiet, clean and great location. On the other hand stefano was very rude, drove like a maniac, kicked us out of the cab with no direction. We asked for him to call u and he said NO.

The apartment is well appointed and exactly as shown in the photos. The 4 bedrooms were large, cool and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well at night. The kitchen had all the basic equipment one might expect. Directions about check-in were communicated clearly, and the host accommodated our request to move in slightly before we were expected. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the Vatican. This apartment provided a restful oasis each evening, and was conducive to a wonderful start to a wonderful vacation.

The apt was super clean and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious. One downfall is that there is no sitting area to relax with family, a table in the kitchen is the only option. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay!

From the constant clear communication before and during, fabulous check-in by Valerio, every aspect of our stay was wonderful. The rooms and bathrooms were more spacious than we thought! The decor was beautiful. It was a quick walk to the Vatican and to lots of restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Gorgeous area and felt very safe! It was a perfect stay!

My family and I stayed here in July 2023. Our group ranged from 12 to 75 years old and every single person fell in love with this apartment. It is charming, homey, clean and spacious! The location is perfect with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. There is no true living room, but that was not an issue at all. The kitchen with the extra sitting area worked perfect for the time we were actually all together and visiting. We will absolutely be returning to this apartment in the future! Thank you to the host for making the process easy and our stay fabulous!!

The bedroom sizes were perfect for our adult children and there spouses as well as accommodating our single adult child. The only drawback for us was the lack of a living room. The weather was hot and humid in Rome so, to come home in the afternoon to escape the heat, we had only a small kitchen table to gather around.

We had a lovely visit to Rome, the apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. The hosts were super responsive before, during and after our visit (we left ear buds in the apartment after we checked out and the hosts retrieved them for us in minutes). They were very helpful in arranging services such as a driver and tour guides. One recommendation we have is the option to store luggage since international flights from the US arrive early in the morning.

We stayed here for two nights, not a long time in Rome, but a lovely stay just the same. Near a small store, a cafe and a wonderful restaurant (Beef Bazar). Close to Vatican City but need transport to monuments. Taxis are available nearby.

Thank you very much! The apartment was spacious and homey. It was perfect for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and in working order. We loved the location - close to the Vatican, restaurants/cafes, and grocery markets. The neighborhood felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice, large, 4-bedroom property within walking distance of the Vatican City. Close to Ottaviano Metro stop, which gives you easy access to the rest of Rome. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Very large apartment with a lot of space, great location, good restaurants, grocery nearby. Close to Vatican and train station. The plumbing was hard to use and hot water was tricky to get. Good host.

Check in was very easy, we were met at the property and shown around. The food recommendations were perfect. Rooms were AC controlled and it came in handy with the heat wave. Location is great for subway and the Vatican. My son ( 2yo) loved the elevator.
