Really big villa, which had all we needed. Really great price and location was also only 10 to 15 min away from Funchal. We really loved staying there.

Bit steep

Spacious apartment with heated pool with great views. The large balcony was great to eat meals and relax on
The wifi did not work and could have been a lot faster speed, the lock on the door was also very temperamental and difficult to use

Rooms were large with its own bathroom
. Noise upstairs echoed downstairs. Chairs dragging on verandahs was unbearable at night. Showers heads are broken. Tiles outside are loose

Apartment G has everything you need to call it a temporary home.
The AC did not work. It was just blowing air but not really cooling it or changing its moisture. That combined with the extremely humid air in the flat made our stay unbearable, so we left prematurely.
I attached photos of the internal AC unit seemingly missing the outdoor unit. We were told that the outside unit is located elsewhere. I find it hard to believe, but even if true, it doesn't change the fact that the flat was boiling hot and humid.
The staff would deny all responsibility and argue that the AC produced "very cold" air.
Further the property is located on a steep hill close to a busy road in a place far far from beautiful.
Also the parking spot for apartment G works only for small cars.

Good location, spacious, clean. Decent pool, save the loose light.
- All the air conditioners didn’t work (leaking). Informed the staff who told us they would send someone but nothing was done. No fans were provided so circulation was poor.
- An inordinate amount of mosquitoes. We were kept up all night getting bitten. Could have been solved if air conditioners were fixed and we could close the windows.

The apartment was very spacious. There was more than ample crockery, cutlery etc. comfortable beds. Fantastic little bar and restaurant just across the road with amazing food which was very cheap.
The location is a little remote from the main town with a mile walk down to the harbour area. Walking down ok but you wouldn’t want to walk back. Some taxi numbers would have been very helpful. The one left at the villa didn’t work. Only four sunbeds in a villa that sleeps six.

If you have a car, the location is great. The check-in process was very smooth, we arrived around 1am but we had clear instructions what to do. Ana is super nice and helpful. And it was very sweet that we got a welcome gift (some local products) from her.
There was nothing that would worry me a lot. Just few small things, but it is not worth mentioning.

Lovely stay, great pool and a great location (if you have a car rented). The host was super helpful, always responding quickly, even leaving us a gift at the accommodation with some traditional Madeira specialities.

comfortable bed, swimming pool, and AC.
Also, the host left us welcome gifts which is nice.
strong sewage smell from every drain. wifi covers only living room. basic interior, feels empty.
You can hear the neighbors very well- banging, walking and especially dragging chairs.

We love the location of the apartment and the entire space was good.
when we checked in on the first day the bed was not clean there is a hair in the bed and the towel was really old and when ask for replacement they didnt replace. the towel was just one towel in the bedroom for each which is not enogh for 3 night stay. the ants were everywhere and beacuase of the ant bite we got alergy. The cleanliness was not done properly everwhere we see dust. overall cleanliness rate was zero.

The apartment is very nice and big, there were three rooms and a big living-room with the kitchen. Very appreciated also the balcony and the swimming pool. Very nice the welcome gift that we found on the kitchen.
The apartment was not so clean in general and we needed to wash all the stoves before to use them. In addition we found out that the kitchen didn't have essential ingredients as oil and salt, and this has put us in difficulty.

A spacious apartment (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms), a large terrace with a set of furniture and a well-equipped kitchen.
Close to the highway, so ideal for exploring the island. Noise does not bother, in fact it is quiet area. Ample parking. A bit steep road to get to it but it is the charm of madeiran roads.
Close (300 m) to cafe / bar and great Churrascaria. To center of Camara de Lobos and grocery stores is 5 minuts by car.
A nice, small swimming pool (180 cm deep), swimming accessories, sunbeds, umbrellas by the pool. Also there are pool towels in apartment.
Nice view despite of highway bridge.
Lack of second key to the apartament. We were two families and sometimes we splited while exploring the island and it was impediment.
In addition, it would be nice if toilet paper was replenished for the entire stay without asking.

The space, the location. The person who rent it was super helpful all along the stay. Highly recommended, we will come back for sure.

There were mice in the house that is unacceptable in my opinion

Really lovely apartments in beautiful location, close to Funchal and other points of interest on the island. The host was really nice and gave all the instructions for the stay and provided us with local products and wine which were highly appreciated. Highly recommended!
Some parts of the apartment were not perfectly clean and we found a bug in the apartment, but as it's close to nature that can happen.

First of all, huge apartment with two bathrooms and equipped kitchen. Nicely equipped, clean and neat living room and bedrooms. Balcony with small seating area. Dedicated parking and heated pool, so we could swim on 31th Dec:). Nice welcome present waited for us, which was very sweet. Check in and out without issues. The owner was very actively responding to our questions/requests.
What i need to point out. Location is great, you look into greenery and ocean (also motorway bridge, but that really is not a problem), but you need a car. 100%. In best case get the car from them as well- they waited for us at the airport, one of the cheapest options for car rental with full insurance, and we also simply dropped off the car at the airport when leaving. Be aware that driving may be a bit challenging in Madeira. But this service absolutely hassle-free.
Regarding distances to places - couple of places to eat very close(awesome skewer place just 30 meters away), supermarket aprox.900m, Funchal centre ca 115 mins by car, Camara de Lobos 4 mins by car, or 25 mins walking but way back is really steep up to the hill.
I hope we come back soon:)

Location (v close to Funchal and pretty central to drive to other parts of the island), general cleanliness, everything nice and functional (eg washing machine, huge balcony, ample parking).
Manager was nice and responsive for any issues.a
Need to be prepared for some tropical organisms eg ants etc. Probably needs a good clean and mop every 3 days or so to keep these at bay.
Note that the pool is about 1.8m deep throughout - keeping a lifebuoy close by would be safer.

Very pleasant villa and the heated swimming pool is definitely a bonus. Beware that the pool is really deep, don't let children in unattended. There is allocated parking for each apartment, the apartments are spacious with all the necessary (soap/shower gel is provided). There is an air con in all the bedrooms, but in the en-suite, the air con has some kind of problem and keeps making noises while on. That should be looked at. There was a lovely gift basket with traditional products awaiting us on arrival, that was a lovely touch. If you are not aware (future guests) the hosts have cars to rent, which was very handy. Very quiet location near the main road. Definitely recommend.
One of the blinds at the entrance of the apartment/living room was broken so it was always open, that should be fixed because we have less privacy and the sun makes the room really hot. At the en suite, one of the floorboards is dangerously elevated, which should be fixed before someone trips and hurts themselves badly. The upstairs guests were super noisy, constantly dragging the furniture at late hours in the evening and early hours in the morning, no one could sleep early or until late because of that, and my dad was particularly upset with that.
