I would stay again for a short time.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff.

We spent one night here on our road trip. Room was very clean and comfortable, easy to find and park, plenty of food options nearby and pool was a nice bonus. Staff were also very friendly and thoughtful. We felt well looked after!

Clean and friendly, location right off the highway. Convenient to gas station, coffee, pharmacy and restaurants.

Dated showers, No mixing valve, Hot Water took awhile and potential of getting scalded, window AC had trouble cooling room, mattress was just Ok. Although they were short staffed in Housekeeping, they made up for being friendly and trying to rectify issues.

Great Place

It was as described. Everything in the room was good quality. I liked everything. Good value for money. Nice furniture. Clean bathroom with lots of towels.

There was nothing to dislike.

Excellent value and clean rooms.

The rooms were super clean and a good size with plenty of room. Excellent value and good location to all the tourist spots. It was also very quiet for a busy road at night.

I didnt see the availability of a washer/dryer but that would be a nice addition (obviously in a common area and coin operated)

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean it was for the low price. Wld recommend!

It was affordable and very clean.

The shower was tiny! It reminded me of a shower on a cruise ship.

I visited in the fall and the location, price and cleanliness will make me a repeat client.

It’s close to supermarket and restaurants and beaches. About 30+ minutes from Gorham and Portland.

I liked everything, it was clean, quiet and reasonably priced.

Exceptional

Got a last minute room in the evening. Owner was awesome and gave us all the tips on food and where to go. Room was clean and we got a late checkout. Reasonable price, very safe and clean!

Budget friendly, independent hotel- but not great for light sleepers

Staff was friendly and helpful. This is budget-friendly alternative to staying in downtown Portland. Rooms were very clean.

The parking lot lights are super bright (good for safety) but shine right in the motel room windows and the curtains are very thin. I had a hard time sleeping. Bring your own black out curtain.
