Luxurious condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths at Harbour Pointe Condominiums located off Gulf Beach Hwy.
You won't believe the space in this unit. Enjoy the stunning views of Perdido Key from the living room and master bedroom of this 4th floor, 2088 square foot paradise. Watch the fabulous sunsets from the balcony or while swimming and relaxing in the pool and spa which overlook the private beach below. View the beauty of Big Lagoon, the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Intercostals Waterway, and the Gulf of Mexico without leaving the condo. Spectacular!
You can't beat our sandy private beach on the Gulf Intercostal waterway or the beautiful pool over-looking the water. The water is calm and perfect for the children. The beach, boat pier, and pool with hot tub are only a few feet from the building. We also have an exercise room on the main level with 2 flat screen TVs and a great view of the pool and the Gulf.
The Master Bedroom is beautifully appointed with a king-size pillow top bed. Relax in the luxurious master bath with Jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Full second bath with tub/shower. Third bedroom is huge and has two full size beds. Full third bath with tub and large walk-in shower. Sleep up to 2 more on the very comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa in the Living room. Seating for 6 in the dining area with room for 4 more on bar stools at the counter. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with disposal, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with ice and water dispenser in the door.
Publix, Winn-Dixie, Burger King, Sonic, Domino's Pizza, Triggers Seafood Restaurant (serves breakfast, lunch and dinner), and the fabulous Perdido Kids Play Park (free admission and highly recommended by our 5 and 7 year old daughters), are about 1 mile from the condo. Target, Wal-Mart, the Post Office, Library, Gray's Tackle and Guide Service, The Oyster Bar and Marina Restaurant, some of the best seafood on Perdido, along with the Crab Trap, Lillian's Pizza, The Reef, and other fine dining in Perdido Key are within a 5 mile radius of us.
Want to explore? Johnson Beach is within 5 road miles, or within 15 minutes or less on a wave runner or a boat from our beach. It is located on the Gulf Islands National Seashore (you can see it from your balcony). It has covered and open picnic areas, restrooms, showers and offers swimming on the Gulf or the inter-coastal water side of the seashore. Explore the ruins of Fort McRee on the tip of the National Seashore. Access to Johnson Beach/National Seashore by boat or wave runner doesn't cost a thing. If driving, the fee is $8 per week per car or $25 for a season pass. The National Museum of Naval Aviation (free admission) is within 5 miles. It has everything from airplanes made in the early 1900's to the space shuttle. You can eat at the Cubi Bar Cafe, let the kids (and you) have a rest in the kids fun area, go to the IMAX theater, try your skills out in the Top Gun air combat simulators, take a guided tour, or look around at your on pace. The Pensacola Naval Air Station is the home of the famous Blue Angels. You can watch the Angels practice in the mornings (check their web site for a schedule).

Amazing
I enjoyed this place very very much. The property wasn’t on the best beach but we just traveled 15 mins to other beaches. The condo was absolutely beautiful, came with everything we needed, and plenty of space.

Our third year at Harbour Point
The property and dock have been hit by hurricane sally so there are repairs in the works. The dock is gone as well as the fishing platforms. While this is no fault of anyone it is something to be aware of if you had intended on fishing off the docks. This condo is very spacious and the added small fourth bedroom with a twin bed and end table worked out perfectly for our 8 year old. The remaining bedrooms are large and the 3 full bathrooms are a plus. All 3 of our kids and grandma were able to have their own bed. This is our second year in this unit, we last stayed in 2019 but our third consecutive year at the complex. There have been flooring and bedroom and tv upgrades but it is time for the living room furniture to be upgraded also. We always enjoy our time at Harbour Point, it is far enough away to feel isolated but still close to all the restaurants and attractions in the area. We would have liked to have televisions in the two larger bedrooms so that grandparents and teenagers could retire to their own space at night and watch a show.
Overall we had a wonderful experience. I will say the new price point under the new owner looks to be over 3k for the week which is high for this complex. For that price you could stay directly on the gulf, albeit in a smaller condo, but if you like being away from the crowds this is a great condo. We would stay here again. The only reason for 4 stars was the needed upgrade of living room furniture and lack of TVs in the larger bedrooms. But that comes down to personal preference .

Perfect
Location was gorgeous , condo was very clean, well stocked and had a small 4th bedroom that wasn’t listed on the original listing ! (Bonus for single adult son). Watched the blue angels practice from our balcony. Minor issues in the master bath of towel bars kept falling down and jacuzzi tub did not work. Otherwise we loved it.

The condo and Fred were great! Condo was larger than we expected. The condo, pool area and the building are clearly well cared for and maintained. It was also very secure and had a nice exercise room and nice charcoal grills. We are more pool people so the elevated pool/hot tub overlooking the ocean was great for us. It was large and allowed for great ocean breezes. The beach by the building is small and the water has sea grass. Great for fishing off the end of the dock. We drove to the public beaches for a couple 1/2 days which were only 10 minutes away. That’s all the beaching we needed. Blue Angels were awesome to watch 2 days as we stood by the pool or off the balcony. Overall a relaxing location (less traffic) and very enjoyable experience.

Very nice place to stay, as well as beautiful. Fred was very friendly and helpful.
The condo was beautiful, pool and grilling area was perfect. This was a wonderful vacation. The short drive to Perdido Key Beach, and Orange County Beach was awesome. Pensacola Beach wasn't very good this year. Renting from Fred just made our vacation easier. This was a beautiful and very friendly place to stay.

This was the perfect getaway. It was quiet because it was in a residential area but just a few minutes away from some great attractions and restaurants. The private beach was amazing and never crowded. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning listening and looking out at the ocean. The condo had a great view and the host was friendly and helpful. Every room had its own bathroom which was very nice with our big family. We will be coming back for sure!

Beautiful Location
We absolutely loved this property. We have been visiting Florida for years and this is by far our favorite vacation rental. The pool was wonderful and we were able to do lots of fishing from the pier!

Best vacation we have had!
Where to begin... the condo itself is beautiful and spacious. We had 11 of us, 2 families ranging from a Grandma to teens to a 6 year old. Not once did we feel crowded. The views from the giant balcony are amazing. The area is so quiet and peaceful yet close enough to all the tourist areas. Being in the middle between Pensacola and Orange Beach was a huge plus for us. Whether you want to visit the famed Flora-Bama or head to Pensacola beach you are only roughly 30 min each way. Johnson’s beach is a must visit, maybe 10 minutes away and very private feeling while having restroom and shaded picnic areas. The complex was clean and everyone from staff to visitors to residents were nice and welcoming. We have stayed at several beaches and condos over the years and this is hands down our favorite. The beach area is small by the condo but any day we spent there we had it to ourselves. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier where the fish would bite as soon as you dropped you line. We also rented jet skis from the place just down the street and that may have been the highlight of our stay. Everyone enjoyed that very much. The owner, Fred , kept in contact with me several times during our stay to ensure we were accommodated and having a great time. Our group has already decided to plan another trip next summer to the same condo as we had such a wonderful experience. If you need a larger space and want to see dolphins swim from your balcony then you will not regret this condo. We also saw manatee swim right by the dock as we were fishing as well as sting rays and a turtle. The complex and pool area and condo itself were very clean as well.

Great get away
This was our second year to stay at Harbour Point. We really enjoy the peacefulness and tranquility of Fred’s condo. Sit on the deck morning and evening and watch a pod of dolphins, or a couple of mornings we watched Blue Angels practice. It far enough out you don’t have the traffic and noise problems of other condos, but close enough to do all the beach things and even the air museum. Fred is a great host and we will stay again.

Fantastic
Property was spacious and clean, friendly people staying/living at the condo, great views and close to many things to do, yet not in the over commercialized part! Family vacation with teenagers was fantastic! Definitely recommend!

Perfect Vacation for All
This condo is absolutely beautiful from the decor, to the size, functionality and the views. My sister, her husband and teenage son met us at this condo for vacation with my husband, myself and our adult disabled daughter(doorways and walkways in condo were wide enough for her wheelchair) and the set up couldn't have been any better for us. We all like to fish, especially the men and they loved having the fishing dock/pier to fish off, which they did on most days and most nights. It is about the longest pier if not the longest in that bay area. My brother in law caught a 23 pound Red Drum fish at night this past week, WOW. People were very friendly at the dock. The pool was nice to cool off in and has nice covered area to be able to get out of the sun and picnic. The beach area is small but works great because not many people use it. Harbour Pointe is the only condo in the area with houses on each side so area not heavily populated which was refreshing. The elevators were clean and quick. Unit was close to Walmart and Target if you forget anything. We cooked in most meals which was a real moneysaver but there are nice restaurants around. We got to see dolphins swim from the balcony and from the dock. Another great experience is getting to see some of the Blue Angels practice from our balcony. The second day they practiced , we watched from the dock and got some amazing photos. If you have small children or someone who is sensitive to sound this is best way to see the practice because even at condo still pretty loud at times. We were a short 15 min drive from Florabama which is one of the spots we love to go play FREE bingo with Sam the Bingo man from 1-4 PM. Sam makes it a good time for young and older alike. We went 2 times this week and won plenty of prizes, this was my daughter's favorite part of the trip, she won twice, lol. The last day we were there we went to the Naval Aviation Musuem just a few miles away. We did a guided tour which I recommend because of the history you learn from the veterans leading the tour. We will definitely be coming back, I hate to say so many good things about this condo because I want it to be available next time we plan a trip, hahaha . The Suter and Gordon Family

Beautiful Condo
Totally enjoyed the condo - very spacious and the location was great! We spent a huge amount of time on the balcony where there was always a comfortable breeze. We were able to watch the Blue Angels practices as well. Johnson Beach is a hidden gem - hardly anyone on the beach. Our first time out there we saw a very rare, endangered turtle (Kemp-Ridley) come up and lay her eggs! We notified the park officials and they came out to tell us what a rare experience we had. The area is very low-key and uncrowded compared to other beach communities. We will definitely try to come back to this property again. Thank you so much!

What a fantastic place to stay
Everyone was friendly, fun, and accommodating. The condo was beautiful, stocked with all the appliances to make an amazing dinner for my family. The view, and drinking coffee on the balcony,...looking at the ocean...Truly home away from home in paradise. Thank you Fred for letting us stay. Looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful
This condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. The owner is very nice. We had an issue with the fridge and he had a repairman there the next day to take care of it. Would definitely stay again. The area was quiet and we didn't have to deal with a lot of traffic.

wonderful, a definite do again!
The condo was nice and roomy, clean and well supplied. The community was very friendly and helpful. But the best thing was the view of the inter coastal, national seashore, and gulf. When we weren't playing golf, we'd sit on the balcony and look at the gulf. Ha It was magnificent .

The weather could have been better, but all in all had a great time spending time with family who live in area.

Great family visit.
The accommodations and grounds were excellent. Nice location, we found it easy to get wherever we wanted to go while there. The unit we stayed in was well maintained and equipped with the things we needed to host a few wonderful family dinners.
The people we met there were all friendly. Rules are posted everywhere appropriate and were very clear and quite reasonable. We're looking forward to another possible stay in the near future.

We loved it! So nice and spacious! Fred was incredible, too! We will be back for sure!
The unit was beautiful and our stay was so fun and relaxing. We didn’t want to leave. This is the third unit we’ve stayed in at this property, and it’s by far our favorite. Fred is so nice, too. We are already deciding on possible dates to book for next year. The beds are so comfy, and the condo has everything you need. My husband caught a lot of fish off the end of the pier. We enjoyed time at the pool area, and we sat at the beach on the bay a lot. The sunsets are beautiful! Thank you, Fred! We will be in touch soon about a date for next year!

We loved the condo so much that we are pre-booking for next year. The Big Lagoon beach and water was so much more relaxing then the gulf. We did head to Johnson beach for a day (about 7 Minute drive) and that was nice too.
Your condo is so large and perfect for our family. You did a wonderful job decorating it.
See you next year!
