It truly is a block away from downtown vineyards and restaurants. Great location and nicely updated home.

House was very inviting! The yards were fantastic for our doggos! We will be booking again if available on our next trip to Cottonwood.

We had a great time during our stay. The house was comfortable and held us great. Cottonwood was experiencing a heatwave (110 degree high) which made the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom pretty uncomfortable during the day (they do not get as much A/C as the rest of the house). But at night it cooled down and with the addition of a floor fan, my son was comfortable. The main area holds a large group well. I wish we had been able to enjoy the outdoor spaces more, but the heat prevented that. The house is literally a few doors down from downtown which is great for walking to shops, restaurants and breweries!

Went to enjoy Cottonwood with friends. Were planning on enjoying some wine tasting so we wanted to stay close to the tasting rooms. The location was perfect for walking to all the shops, restaurants and tasting rooms. The house was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. There’s a corn hole game in the back that really needs to be replaced - it was in dire condition and not really useable. The couch is one of the biggest couches I’ve ever seen! And comfortable. The house is a little noisy from traffic but not horrible. I’d stay there again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home in Cottonwood, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house is situated in a lovely downtown area with a beautiful front yard, perfect for our puppies to run and play on the lush grass. The house is beautifully updated, making it a very comfortable and inviting place to stay. It had everything thing we needed and more.
The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, with no harsh chemical smells, which made it even more enjoyable. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. Overall, this was one of the best stays we've had, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience in Cottonwood.

Nice location. Like that we could walk to everything in town. Only thing was the traffice noise in the morning.
We enjoyed the shopping, Merkin's winery, Colts barbeque, the brewery, hiking, and short day trips to Jerome and Sedona area.

This home accommodated six adults very well. We're close friends so sharing the two bathrooms wasn't a problem. The living room was a very nice surprise because it was much larger than we had anticipated. The owners have done an excellent job with making this home comfortable and cozy. Being within walking distance of wineries was the best! Second best was how clean this home was for us. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

The updates looked good, quite charming. However, no washclothsor dishcloths, washer and dryer had to be totally washed down before using, and the back yard has rippled astroturf, mud and rocks. With more care, it could be a lovely property—

New Year’s stay for a family of 3 (two adults and one kiddo).
Location was excellent. Very close/walking distance to restaurants, tasting rooms, and shops. State park within 10 minute drive.
This property could easily be a 5 star with a few additional updates, maintenance, and deep cleaning. Cooking items (pans, knives, etc.) were lacking or in need of replacement, so consider bringing your own if you plan to do a lot of cooking. The coffee maker was not working properly during our stay and the property manager had a nice brand new one hand delivered the next morning (really appreciated this). Location is truly fantastic!

The house is very clean and so conveniently located to downtown Cottonwood. We walked to dinner every night! Loved the sectional sofa when everyone had a seat. Kitchen is beautiful too. The only thing I would note is that there are two bathrooms; one near the front bedrooms but the other is in the back of the house and you have to go through the bedroom to use it. Not a big deal but something to consider, depending on the group . Overall a nice little place.

We stayed here on our recent girls' trip and had a great experience! The house was clean and had everything we needed, the fenced backyard was private and cozy for having coffee in the morning, and it's a short walk to the restaurants and shops on Main Street. The owner is very responsive and helpful too. We would definitely stay again!

The house was terrific. Great location and the the listing was very accurate. Perfect for our group of 3 friends. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants and wine tastings. The only feedback/suggestion I would offer is to add a password to your WiFi just for added security for your guests.

Cottonwood is the perfect town in a perfect location. There are so many great bars/restaurants within walking distance and it's a short 25-30 minute drive to Sedona. The house was nice and clean. The king bed had the most amazing sheets! It does not have the bunk beds as pictured in the listing, in case that's a must. It does have a huge living room which was used as a bedroom during our stay. Heating and air worked great and the internet is fast. Whatever essentials you didn't bring or the house does not provide are available at any number of stores just few minutes drive away.
