Just renovated, second floor southern exposure unit with lovely spacious screened in lanai overlooking our heated pool, which was just completely redone in Nov. of 2024. No pictures yet of the pool, with view of Naples Bay. Completely renovated with new kitchen, tile floors and new bathrooms. Walking distance to Tin City, Old Naples, 5th Ave shops and restaurants and beaches. Quiet six unit complex on canal with quick bay access and dock. This lovely King master 2-bedroom unit with a Queen guest bedroom has 2 full baths is spacious and inviting with washer and dryer in unit and wireless internet and TV. The unit is located at the end of Curlew Ave. in Naples. Enjoy the good life of Old Naples.

This condo is at a great location… close to Tin City, downtown Naples, short drive to the beach. There was evidence remaining from hurricane Ian but that didn’t hinder my enjoyment of my month there. Owners were very responsive to my questions. They seemed like they really wanted me to have a good month. The pool was lovely!

The condo has everything you need for a great stay. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, linens very nice, quality kitchen accessories, beautiful showers with good water pressure. The screened porch overlooking the pool(salt water) and palms has ceiling a fan and was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella...what more could you ask for?

We really enjoyed our stay in Naples, and we thought this property was amazing. It’s spacious, clean and very comfortable. The recent upgrades like the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring etc., make the condo very modern. We spent a lot of time in the screened porch, and now we want a screened in porch at home ;) The location was great, we walked to 5th Ave and to the pier (we walk a lot), and it was a short drive for groceries and supplies. We’d definitely return and stay here again.

Neat, orderly, nicely renovated and super comfortable for the two of us and our college-aged son. Excellent location adjacent to Royal Harbor. The pool was excellent too.

This updated condo was very convenient and comfortable. The location provided a great view of Naples Bay and the waterway to the bay. Downtown Naples and Tin City are five minutes away.

This condo was perfect for my stay in January. Tom was the perfect host and was always quick to respond with any questions during my stay. The nice touches included were beach chairs, beach umbrellas and towels. You really don't need to pack a thing but.clothes. The upgraded linens and thick bath towels were a treat too. Although all the newly renovated rooms were a treat our favorite spot was the screened in porch, mornings were perfect for coffee and afternoons for reading and relaxing with views of the pool. Since the.condo is almost at the end of the street, very quiet location. Very safe with kind neighbors. Definitely will be back!

A very good location. So close to Olde Naples.. Tin City..Marco Island. Nice neighborhood to walk daily for exercise. Nicely appointed for a beach vacation.

We were delighted with our first impressions when we arrived at the condo. Kitchen utensils, glassware, furniture etc, was where it should be and it was clean and fresh. The washer and dryer and the necessary soaps, paper products and cleaning products were there to get you started. Basic pantry items were there - spices, cooking oil, food containers etc. The lanai was perfect for a pre - dinner glass of wine, the neighbours were very friendly and it was within walking distance to The Bonefish Restaurant. Cambier Park, and Fifth Street shops and restaurants are short drives away but could be walked to in about 30 minutes. Naples Pier and many beaches were short car rides away. Naples in February is beautiful with lots of things to see and do and the condo was reasonably priced. We would certainly recommend this condo and we would love to return to it the next time we're in Naples. Thank you, Tom, for your speedy replies to our initial questions about your condo.
