Peaceful Deck with outdoor table and chairs, Gas Grill. Main level of the house with open floor plan with kitchen and dinning area with table seating for eight . Open Kitchen with Four Bar Stools .

2nd Floor Bathroom with full Bath.

Basement with 2 Bunk beds. Top twin size , Bottom bed full size.

2nd yr renting and house is as decribed..layout is large, location is close to OB and edgartown. I dont like the extra fee over 6/8 people of $10 per day and master shower is def not for seniors..Owner is very accessible, I highly recommend this rental!

Good size house that easily fits 10. We had 4 kids in our party and enjoyed the basement room and game room. The other rooms and bathroom were all nice. Definitely recommend!

Everything was as stated in the listing, it fit 10 of us 6 adults and 4 kids at one point comfortably,( you can have u to 8 adults, as.the top bunks would only be comfortable for kids)....all rooms were a nice size. the kids basically had the game room and bedroom in the downstairs area...they were out the way, so much so they went crazy and broke the tv within hrs of being in the house, the owner wasnt upset and understood, this was priceless,he was helpful and responsive as needed to problem solve this issue, someone placed a basketball hoop around the corner from the house and the.kid's were able to use that as well. There were little mini frigs upstairs and downstairs...so kids had access to drinks without coming up 2 the kitchen, there was one also on the 2nd floor, for us as well, which helped at night when were thirsty or was sitting on the couch upstairs, there was also a 2nd half frig in the garage, which I loved as we do alot of cooking in the house and I'ved struggled to fit all my groceries and left overs into small frigs...there were plenty of pots and has appliances like a waffle iron, and air fryer as well...tvs in all the rooms with basic cable, is always a plus here on the island..and location is also ideal, as ur in the middle of OB and edgartown..... cant go wrong with this property, just have to be careful getting in and out the shower/ jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom as anyone really old would be a bit nervous of.slipping, which i did, overall great

We had an amazing stay! The house is awesome, it has lots of space, a great yard, and has a well-stocked kitchen. Only about 10 mins from downtown Edgartown. Would definitely recommend :)

The house is in a convenient location, very nice and spacious. Most importantly it is clean and the host was very responsive. All 6 adult guests were very pleased and we would stay again. Thanks!

We enjoyed the spade and comfort of this home. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions and assisted a family member in retrieving a lost item. There are several items in the garage useful at the beach. Be aware the property is not near the beach and access requires either a car or frequent ubering. Overall, a very positive experience.

So much space!

So much space!

Great space for a larger group (we were 4 adults, 5 kids) and the way it is laid out we could be together or in our own spaces- worked really nicely- the neighborhood is lovely, very quiet and easy to get lots of places (by car) - the game room was key and we really appreciated the little extras like shampoo and laundry soap- wonderful last moment booking exceeded all expectations!

The overall experience was great the house was very nice and we were familiar with the location so we are pleased with that also. My only critique would be I would have preferred to speak to the owner I’ve been going up here for almost 20 years and this was the first time I had no personal communication and I didn’t like that

Fabulous family vacation home!

We celebrated our moms 95th birthday week and the house was fabulous for our family. Very lovely home with plenty of space for a large group. The kitchen had all amenities. We cooked a lovely seafood dinner. The table for 8 was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The location was perfect. Located between Edgar town and oak bluffs, which made it easy for us to travel to either location. The house really made our trip very special as we could relax in the house and enjoy family time together

The house was amazing. Especially having a bedroom on the first floor was so helpful for my mother who uses a cane to get around. The weather did not cooperate. It rained the entire weekend but we still managed to enjoy our stay.

We really enjoyed three nights stay at this beautiful house. Large living room with style, big kitchen fully equipped with utensils and silverware. Very short walk distance is state forest that we really enjoyed walking around after check in. Definitely recommend this property to anyone with friends group or big family !

Excellent house for multiple families

We would highly recommend this property to families, especially those staying with other families. There was plenty of room to hang out together or spread out in the multiple rooms. The kids enjoyed the lower level hang out space, while the adults liked the open concept first floor. Check-in/out was easy and Nadeem was accommodating to our needs. The location was also great for getting into the various towns on the island. We had two cars to get around but could have biked or taken the bus if needed. Overall a great stay!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the property! Communication with Nadeem before and during the rental was fantastic. The home is gorgeous and extremely clean and comfortable. The location is great and a just a short drive to Edgartown, Oak Bluffs & Vineyard Haven. We appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas to use while there. The kids & teens loved the basement area to hang out away from the adults. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was well-stocked. We would love to stay in this home again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our stay at this property was fantastic. This home is well cared for, well equipped for large groups, and surprisingly spacious. While photos can often be misleading, this home is even more spacious than the pictures suggest. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This lovely house functioned beautifully for our group of four women who reconnect once a year. We each had our own room and bath, although the lower floor lacked a shower. There was plenty of common space for being together and nooks for reading if we preferred. Great place!

Property is in very good condition and sparking clean. Owner was easy to reach and very helpful. Every switch in the place is clearly marked and there are good notes on how to operate things. Only suggesions are to add a note that the private trash collectors come on the property to pick up the trash. We left it at the end of the driveway and they didn’t take it. Also noting that the thermostat is regulated by the owner and the ac is limited to 72 degrees would be helpful. Totally reasonable for me and most people, but a couple in our group must live in refrigerators. A “heads up” in the listing would warn the frigid folks of that hardship! Overall a great property, owner and stay.

We found the home to be as described! The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The amenities are nice as well. The home is close to many local restaurants and stores, but far enough away to be very very quiet! All in all, a wonderful location to take a break from the daily grind with family and friends! Nadeem is extremely helpful and very responsive!

We had a great stay in Edgartown over Thanksgiving 2018. The accommodations were perfect. We had a group of seven and had an awesome experience. I love the centralized location of the house, easy to get up island or in to town. Thanks Again!
