Pleasant stay for a sleep-in with a little scetchy entrance and security

Clean and pretty spacious room with bathroom

The entrance was shady and the code to enter main and room door were very silly

Muy bien pero...

Habitación compacta, nueva y cómoda

Nunca me lllegó información sobre cómo entrar al alojamiento. Una vez allí tampoco había nadie, y tuve que estar llamando... el sistema "automático" para entrar también es cuestionable... La nevera que está dentro de la habitación es muy ruidosa y molesta al dormir, la tuve que desconectar...

Tiny place. Ok for 1-2 nights.

Ok location and comfortable bed. Easy to park in front of the location.

The place is super small and you can hear the neighbors all the time.

Superb

Location a short walk from train station and 20 minutes from old town. Lovely room and shower, all good facilities. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice and quiet, small room near the centre of town with easy paid parking in front of the apartment (13 euro for 24 hrs).

Hair in beds

Early check in possible

Flat was dirty. We found a lot of hair in both beds, it was not looking like it was changed. We were surprised but found also other ratings which mentioned the same. Contacted the landlord but was not willing to help or find a solution. Nobody even showed up. We can't understand the good ratings at all.

Only a self check in option was a positive as we were arriving late in the evening due to and flight delay.

- There was a mould on the wall and the once it was reported to the owners (both personally and via Booking.com) they pretended not to see any issue and did not even apologise or provide any solution; - Some facilities such as hairdryer did not work at all; - The room’s windows were facing a big street, hence it was loud. The windows needed to be open overnight as the mould was unbearable (especially that we are allergic and couldn’t change the room or hotel in the middle of the night); - No possibility to store the luggage (We understand that there is no regular reception but at least storing the luggage in some small room with a cleaning equipment for 1-2hrs would be a relief); - Unresponsive owners prior and post stay;

lovely, confortable and clean place. The description of the location was on point and the hosts were very nice.

I appreciate how fast and flexible was the stay, because we arrived late to the location. The host send very quickly useful information and were very helpful.

Huge disappointment

Dissent size of the apartment.

It’s a long list of things that need to be improved/corrected at this place: - for 3 days no one cleaned the apartment. In general the tidiness at this place is under question. The blanket smells very badly, also we saw some spider webs here and there; - very poor quality and quantity of basic sanitary materials ( we bought the toilet paper, because the one left from the owners was not enough for our stay) - poor communication with the owners - we have not receive any adequate advices for our questions - we could not let our luggage after check out for a few hours. We have been told that there is no such option. I have travelled the world and it’s my first time that the host could not find solution to keep my luggage for a few hours. What is more, I did not get any useful tip what to do with the luggage if they are not able to store it. Finally, I ended up paying a significant amount to store it in a spacial office.

Localization (perfect for city sightseeing), very nice host, comfortable bed, air conditioning

Apartment is very small, bathroom needs a refresh. Taking shower was a nightmare and we stayed there only for 1 night. We couldn't open a window because apartament is placed at the noisy street with a lot of cars passing also during the night.

The location is perfect, close to the city center but far enough to be calm. The room has everything you need.

We were there with our baby daughter and we lacked some space for her to sleep or for us to live comfortably

Thé hostel was really nice. Hás everything that a traveller needs and its is close to thé city centre. Thé cleaning lady was wonderful. She came earlier to prepare thé Room as we were in Zagreb before Time. I really recomend this hostel.
