An above average experience in the heart of Valencia

The owner was an absolute delight to deal with. Very nice, prompt and reliable in communication. The apartment has an excellent location, a stone throw away from the center yet still in a quiet street for relaxing. The apartment has everything one could need for a stay ( all the facilities listed), is clean and homely. The owner welcomes you with water, beer, coffee and milk, while the toiletries are all also available. 10\10 would recommend without a doubt.

The beds are comfortable enough for adults, while the couch that extends to a bed would be most appropriate for the kids, teenagers.

Hermoso apartamento em pleno centro de Valência.

Piso con excelente ubicación en pleno centro histórico.. Cuenta con todas las comodidades. El anfitrión es amable, muy simpático y atento.. Todo muy limpio, organizado y tranquilo.

No hubo nada de negativo. Por el contrario.

We liked everything. The location was great, 5-10 min walk from all the landmarks in the old city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with all amenities needed. There was an AC unit in all the rooms. The host Vicente was as if he was an old friend of ours. He was very hospitable, friendly, helpful in all aspects. He gave us maps, explained everything. We had a very late arrival and he waited for us. He also escorted us to the taxi station on our way out. Kudos!

The perfect cosy appartment

Super hygenic, very well equipt, extremely cosy in a great location. The host was very welcoming and helpfull. Everything is organised to make things easy for guests, such as coffee, water and a local beer in the fridge and other basics for selfcatering such as oil and herbs.

Nothing, only having to leave , having been made so welcome.

Beautiful and romantic!

The flat is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen has everything you could wish for. The location is very convenient, the city centre is within walking distance as well as the metro and bus station. Large supermarket and good bakery a few minutes away. The host is extremely friendly and helpful and speaks excellent English. Highly recommended.

Vicente was an amazing host. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. The location was great, 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants and 10 minutes to the old city centre. It was also very quiet despite being so central

Exceptional

Honestly one of the favourite places my partner and I stayed during our now four month trip through Europe. The apartment actually feels like a home and not a rental apartment. It is very well equipped with everything you need. For us, who likes to cook, it is a God send to have a fully stocked kitchen with multiple pans and pots. And a sharp knife! Crazy how rare that can be in vacation rentals. There is a tv, two solo beds that can be easily combined into one. The whole apartment was very clean. The host gave us great tips for our stay. Would 100% recommend.

Treat yourself to this gem in Valencia

Everything! This is one of my best experiences ever. It's a beautiful building, fully renovated, elegantly decorated, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Location is highly strategic, and as a bonus, there's a little Juliette balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy a quiet street in Vanecia. The host is also extremely kind and thoughtful.

Highly recommended property and host!

Great location near to attractions, bars, supermarket, restaurants etc but on a quiet street. Very well equipped - the property had everything you could possibly need and more! Great communication and service from the host, before, on arrival and after our stay. Vicente was very helpful.

Vicente set a high standard with provisions & exceptional levels of attention to his visitors needs.

Handily located in the old town. Easy walking distance of the supermarket, art gallery & Turia river bed gardens. There were a couple of bar/restaurants just round the corner although we usually went further afield. Vicente was a great host and messaged us with helpful information throughout our stay. Once again although we didn't have time to watch the TV there was a selection of channels including netflix and other premium streaming services. The fridge was left with a selection of beers and wines and also spread and milk. There was also a supply of coffee for the machine. This was a nice touch as we could have a coffee without having to go out to the shops first. A great lesson for others to copy.

Would be hard to beat.

A cozy place after a day of tours....

It is a cute litlle place ...nice for a weekend get away. A homey feeling with all the soft lighting and lamps around. It was also located on a quiet residential street. Amazingly complete facilities from a coffee machine, toaster, blender ...It has a unique design and a cozy ambiance to the flat. Best part is the owner who is helpful and very friendly.

...I just wish it had a bit more sun coming through those beautiful glass panels.

Very enjoyable stay in a lovely apartment in a beautiful city.

Beautiful, traditional apartment and very well equipped. Really lovely and well positioned in the old town of Valencia. Apartment was spotlessly clean and the owner, Vicente, left items in the fridge such as water milk butter etc. Vicente was so helpful and showed us good places to visit and eat. A true gentleman. Breakfast was recommended at Nou Dorita for pastries, pies, sandwiches and very nice coffee, only 2 minutes from the apartment. It did not disappoint. It was lovely. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. One of the best I have stayed in.

Great location!

This is in a prime spot in the middle of El Carmen. You can walk to all the main sights in a matter of minutes but at the same time it’s quite quiet. Vicente the host is very helpful. He met us at the apartment on our arrival and gave us lots of suggestions for sightseeing as well as helping us get our bearings. While it’s not a 5 star boutique hotel, you have everything you could possibly need including a fridge stocked with milk, water and beer. Would highly recommend. Very good value for money!

Excellent location for a city trip

Very friendly host. Very good and fast communication. Personal meeting for check in. Vicente gave us all information we needed and gave some very good hints what to explore in a few days. Fully equipped kitchen, close to the city center but quiet. Muchas gracias y hasta luego!
