The location and staff are excellent but need to change their heating facilities.

The location. The cleanliness. The staff.

The cold 🥶. My boyfriend is sick actually coz of that. The heater didn't warm the place then when the circuit breaker went down it turned on for a few minutes then went off.

The room was functional and clean enough. Nice hot shower. Great location in a lovely town.

Our room was really overpriced and lacked any charm or style. Maybe we were just unlucky with the room we were allocated (A). Some simple things could quickly improve it - bedside light, a fan, pictures, quality bedding and kitchen equipment. As it is, at €100 a night, it has been by far the worst value for money accommodation of our trip so far and very disappointing.

Great stay!

Excelent location, very spacious apartment with lots of light, kitchen very complete, amazing black-outs, and also very nice staff. For what I understood next door they have a restaurant and they were very attentive to my arrival even though I already had the access codes (btw it looked great and was really packed, next time will they to eat there!).

There were loots of tiny flies in the appartment. Got there with windows closed and apartment was really really clean so I never understood where these flies were coming from. Had to kill about 20 of them.

VERY clean. VERY comfortable mattresses. Really nice bathroom (shower is hot and with good pressure) Nice location on outskirts of city.

Fridge made quite a lot of noise. Kitchen cupboard is a bit of a safety issue (sharp corner over sink). Could have had better seating (but it's fine for a day or two).

Apartment with non-existing balcony..

Good area, clean apartment, bright room. You could not hear the traffic noise in the room. Close to the harbour.

I had booked an apartment with a balcony - there was none. At contact with the owner he/she(?) first wrote that he could not see it in the booking, and later he wrote that someone else had the apartment with the balcony, and that he could not change. The refrigerator sounded a lot in the night, and the leather armchair needed to be replaced.

great location. super clean. Hannah was sound to let me check in early. shower was hot with good pressure. nice little balcony. good kitchen—everything you need. WiFi worked well

Very good option to explore the town

The place is exceptionally clean, fresh, cozy and stylish. It is a perfect option for short or long-term stay for a small group.

Excellent and uber clean!

The room was incredibly clean! The bathroom was spotless and the shower had great water pressure. It was a very convenient location.

The mattress was too hard for my liking. There wasn’t a full length mirror, which I would have liked. Also, I wish they would have had powdered milk for the morning coffee but it doesn’t seem to be on offer in Portugal in general.

Cute little apartment close to restaurants and cafes. We made a nice breakfast and had coffee before walking for the day on the Camino.

Everything about the place was great. The lady that received us was extremely accommodating even waiting for us as our flight was delayed. She even offered us a late checkout after seeing my elderly mother so tired. The place itself was beautifully done, extremely clean and comfortable. We couldn't ask for a better place. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this place.

Superb

The apartment was very clean and tidy. Peaceful environment.

There was no Chopping Board in the kitchen and no dustbin in the toilets.

Perfect place, perfect location!

The location is great! It is a short walk from the train station, just blocks of the Camino Portuguese and was a well appointed studio apartment. The bed was comfortable, the whole apartment was clean, good clean bathroom, windows can be opened for air, quiet at night, mild traffic noise in the day. Close to the fort, downtown main street and the hospital ship (museum); which I recommended to anyone staying here, regardless of interest in ships or hospitals! Lastly, there is a well established (and often busy) BBQ place just a 100 feet away to the west - the chicken is great and a deal. There are other restaurants in close walking distance.

There was nothing to not like - Honestly, the property is perfect!
