Все было супер Превосходно чистая гостиница

Мне понравилось всё начиная с двора гостиницы, там Было чище ухожено , в комнате тоже ухоженна чисто , вообще территория гостиницы везде Чисто, Персонал тоже хороший, Завтраки вообще классные , В баре есть много напитков армянский коньяк ,это главное, Насчёт местоположения, то хорошее местоположение 2 км от Центра Яндекс такси работает безупречно, стоит где-то 1000 драмов но есть И автобус тоже ездит рядом с гостиницей 27-й номер (стоит 100 драма) прям в центр едет. Я предлагаю всем приехать в эту гостиницу, всё хорошее цены тоже хорошие низкие для такой гостиницы, Завтраки вкусные, Чистая гостиница рекомендуем.

Нет такого чтоб не понравилось все было прекрасно

Great Grand Hills

The set up was very nice, the pool and the room itself was perfect....there are only few things that need to maintain but overall it was fine.

Thank you for the wonderful and friendly staff, you all are amazing and it made my stay comfortable because of you.

Very nice breakfast. The swimming pool. The architecture of the hotel (outside view) Frendly staff, I super love the Head chef Goash, she is very kind hearted woman and very accomodating; I also love Nana, she is a very hardworking lady.

The shower is dysfunctional The bidet has a leakage Beddings and towels are very old and bed is not of quality.

Swimming Pool Calm surroundings. Service personnel at breakfast was very kind.

Shower was totally dysfunctional, water spilling all over the bathroom. No bath curtain. We were very impertinently told "there are no such things in Armenia". No shutters and one window curtain fell when we touched it. No attempt was made to repair it.

Very good

The staff are attentive and friendly: They gave their very best to fit our wishes. The food from the restaurant is very good and affordable (room service is available until 22:00). The breakfast had muliple options (especially salads!), the food was warm and delicious, and it was pleasant to eat close to the pool. Our room was spacious and the mattress of the bed was quite firm.

The hotel itself was hard to find. Two locations on Google Maps, one copied from Booking, and the other on directy on Google Maps, were both inaccurate - the hotel is somewhere in between, and you will miss the entrace travelling from the Google pin to the Booking pin, but it is more visible going the other way around. The name of the hotel is written in Armenian, and we were only able to recognize it by initials on top of the gate. Our room had no smaller lamps, and it was not always convenient to turn on the lights on the wall (which were quite bright). Pool works until 19h, which is a bit unreasonable for hot days.

The rooms were huge. Staff were nice. The property would be good in summer as there is a pool. There is parking available. They have a bidet available. It's a property away from the city.

Not a big fan of the breakfast provided. Trash bin needed in the room The toilet didn't have a curtain which flooded the washroom.

we liked the rooms and the cleanliness. rooms were spacious compare to other places in the city.the manager is a very gentleman. the hotel is flexible with check in n check out. the receptionist were very customer friendly and they answer you with the smile. I really wanna thank Ms rosana and Ms marry to make our stay comfortable.

Everything was perfect in this hotel, kind staff ready to help by all 24/7. Breakfast was delicious . Bar and kitchen was working 24h. Anytime you want you can order foo and waiters can bring to your room . Cleaning service was also 24/7. When i arrived to the hotel , security helped and brought my baggage .Administrators make upgrade and gave me deluxe suite room instead of standard . Room was very clean and comfort . Thank you so much. I reccommend this hotel. Next time if I will visit to Armenia for sure i will choose again Grand Hills hotel. Thank you so much for all staff.☺

Enjoyed every moment that we stayed at this place, and will be our first choice again .

Reception was amazingly helpful and good, check in and checkout was smooth and easy , very good breakfast with variety of local product and jams, no coffee machine but good coffee powder that you could make the coffee by your self . Food at the restaurant was super good. The hotel staffs were very polite and very kind . Pool was clean , nice and relaxing. Location is not at the center , but the taxi is cheap if you do not want to rent a car , so it is not a problem at all . The rooms are specious and nice.

I like everything about this hotel... picking me up at the airport at 2:00 am, a warm greeting at the hotel, a spacious and clean room, a reception desk with Koryun, Nare and Mary ready to help you 24/7 if you need anything, a breakfast buffet with homemade cakes with a chef Susanna always willing to take your orders for lunch/dinner, the waitresses Armine and Yeran always serving your food with a big smile on their faces, the barman Tigran shaking great cocktails for the guests and playing nice music, security guys always there to help you to get into a cab or come out, carrying a heavy stuff for you if you need and the most important keeping the premises safe, a sparkling pool with a waterfall, always clean and refreshing, and of course Vahram, the owner, a nice young man, a true businessman who made all the above happen. Thank you all!

Relaxing stay with a lovely clean swimming pool

The suite was very clean and very spacious. High floor was peaceful and relaxing.

The only small issue was that the hot water ran out in the afternoon/evening, but the kind staff on reception wanted to know about the problem so that they could solve it for the future.

Special Request Misunderstanding

Breakfast was really awesome everyday it is prepared accordingly.

Initially we inquired for early check in and late check out early check in as per them via booking.com message coming from them approved with charge so that's okay, also the late check out saying it's approved confirmed without charge so we thought they consider our request we came obliged to pay and then suddenly when we are checking out they said that " sorry it is staff mistake to put confirmed without charge so we have to pay we received e-mail from booking.com also coming from them we explained that it's the deal and arrangement we talked about but still they ask for the charge anyways we have our tour guide with us to communicate with them and explained what hapened still thet insist their staff will be penalize for this and suddenly still continuing to charge us we ask for manager and then they just let us go eceything was almost perfect but this misunderstanding it's not good. Also last day of our check out they ask us to transfer rooms since the room we're staying is reserved for that day we have to late check out we also did not complain but also to think of this it's hassel for us but we follow and didn't say anything, also if you are looking for cold ac in bedroom there is none only sofa mostly have their split type ac.
