Daca imbunatatesc curatenia, locul este frumos amenajat si bine dotat.

Cazarea se face ușor, instrucțiunile sunt foarte clare. Amenajarea este gândită destul de bine si eficient. In imobil este liniște si am avut loc de parcare.

Au fost mai multe aspecte supărătoare: 1. Curățenia este destul de superficiala, iar in baie in zona de dus este mucegai. Aparent locul pare curat, dar este doar bine ordonat. Covoarele si podeaua in fapt sunt curățate doar cat sa para ok. 2. Termostatul nu a funcționat a doua noapte si a trebuit sa ii schimbam bateriile pentru ca era teribil de frig. E drept ca am avut inspirația sa căutăm si erau lăsate de rezerva 2 noi. Daca nu era deplasat prin camera si poziționat mai jos nu declanșa. 3. Nu este un apartament, ci un studio. Este o mare diferența!

Am stat aici 3 săptămâni. Am fost foarte multumiti. Proprietar foarte amabil si săritor, am avut tot ce am avut nevoie. Recomand cu drag.

A very good accomodation

A very chic and clean one room apartament. Easy self check-in using the instructions received from the host on the booking app. You have 1 big bed and 1 small foldable bed, both very confortable. It also has a kitchen well equipped to do some cooking if you want. A big plus for the private parking available for those who travel by car. The host was very nice and quickly answered our questions regarding the accomodation.

Quick and timely information, very clean, tidy, new and ideal for a peaceful sleep. The parking is excellent, and we really enjoyed it. I will definitely take the same accommodation again and sincerely recommend it!

The building and the apartment are new, it is not in the navigation, but there is a friendly host.

Good value for money

Good value for money considering what you get: kitchen with stove, oven and coffee maker, table where you can eat, balcony, big smart TV, good size bed and some armchairs to sit in. There’s also private parking available if you arrive by car.

Carpets could use some refreshing and a hanger for towels would be useful in the bathroom

Excellent apartment design and comfort close to Botanical Garden

We enjoyed the apartment design and that we had also a kitchen well equipped to cook dinner. There is also a nice balcony to have breakfast or enjoy a lovely quiet night. The room is spacious and very clean. We had also a coffee machine and the owner responded to all our requests very effective. Getting access to the apartment is very fast due to self check-in from a key locker and excellent instructions received from a message on booking app from the host. The apartment has a great price for the quality offered. We'll come back when visiting Cluj in future.

I loved the design of the room, with good taste. Also, in my opinion, the host was very thoughtful about the facilities of the property, it really had everything you needed.

I traveled in the summer. The property does not have an AC. It has a small fan, which is fine. In this case, the only thing that was missing was a window sieve so we could open any window during the night. Otherwise, the property was great!

Superb

Very welcoming, bright and clean. Easy self check-in, I got all the information by e-mail. Private parking. It accommodates 3 people in 1 big open space (1 big bed and 1 small foldable bed) We found everything we needed in the apartment.

I wanted to heat something in the oven but either it's taking a long time to heat or it's not working properly.

nice, quiet, I would recommend it, if you have a car.

The place was clean and quiet, perfect for a business trip. I would recommend at arrival to park at Golden Tulip Hotel, as you need a remote to enter the parking facility (and then you have your own parking place, which is great!). It is a new zone, so some of the buildings around are still under construction, so it can be a bit tricky to park until you get your parking spot.

It was very clean, anything we needed including coffee 😍 Very close to the clinic that we had to go and anything you need around.

The place is so cozy and clean, equipped with everything you need! The area is quiet. Everything was perfect and for sure I will come back! I wouldnt stay anywhere else now that i found this place!
