Location was excellent.
Pillows and linen were cheap and uncomfortable. Room was in a state of disrepair.

Ummmm... it was kinda close to coles and had lots of "character"
I wasn't sure how to or even write this review, but I guess I have to. The price point should tell you everything you need to know.
As you walk down the hall towards your room, you see punch holes and sections where guests have kicked in doors and walls. This sets the tone for what your instore for.
What not to like, The room itself, the noise heard from outside the room, the noise inside the room, the ice cold shower, the feeling of pending doom as you lay awake at night thinking your door is about to be kicked in and nobody will hear you scream over the music downstairs lol.
After a warm walk through the town, we returned to have a shower and get ready for dinner. In your room it says to run the water in the shower a little longer then normal to get hot water, we ran.it for 15min and it was still as ice cold as the ice berg that sunk the titanic, boy did it sink my battleship. My wife splashed herself like it was a bird bath because she couldn't get under the water.
After we returned from dinner, we turned the air-conditioning on, which looks like it was the same.aircon your grandad had when he was a kid, it still worked well enough.to keep you cool, but the sacrifice was the sleep you planned to get, the noise from these aircon would put summernats to shame. Now the noise from the beer garden DJ and band is expected and I was ok eith that, the air-conditioning actually drowned out the DJ.
The room itself, The feeling that something is crawling on you as you sleep was a constant.. The beer garden deluxe will be a hotel you will always remember for the rest of your life, but not for the reasons you think. And it's not for the faint hearted.

Good location.
No hairdryer and ants crawling on the table all the time.

Lots of parking nearby and right in the heart of town. It wasn’t noisy, it had air conditioning and the bed was comfy. It’s perfect for a night or two max.
It’s extremely old and needs new everything - paint, carpet, amenities, lift etc. The elevator was broken so we had to walk up stairs to level 3.

The location can't be beaten and waking up to the sun coming in on our balcony was a lovely bonus we weren't expecting. Staff were super helpful and friendly at check in, convenient to be able to grab a bite before heading up to the room (kitchen closed at 8.30 on the Thursday that we went). Room is as expected but for this price, one can't argue! Had the earplugs ready to go so no issues sleeping. Was perfect for our one night stopover.

A bit noisy but it's what you would expect from Pub Style accomodation. Beautiful old building , great atmosphere, food was good, great location & awesome beer!
Rooms could do with new carpet & a coat of paint

My room needed some love (113), missing room number on door, bathroom vanity door missing, hole in the bathroom ceiling, writing/tags on wall ect

The bar staff. And their beef, mushroom ale pie. But the bar staff was amazing ❤️
The rooms need updating.

The Location and availability
The condition of the room the carpet was disgusting, tiles were falling off the wall, no tv, entertainment went until 2 am whilst trying to get to sleep, cleaners with backpack blowers started at 5 am, hand basin was blocked, buttons on the toilet were broken. Room 314 if you dare go and look for yourself

Location, price, parking and DJ and beer garden were great. Bed comfortable enough and clean
I believe they are starting to renovate rooms which is badly needed. Yes room were clean, but very old building, small rooms, tiles in shower stained and missing, cracks in walls, paint flaking
7.0
the room was spacious, good lighting, clean, ensuite bathroom
the water in the shower took a very long time to heat up and was inconsistent - went hot and cold a lot, ant infestation in the shower

It was located at the centre of the city. The location is friendly to people relying on public transport. The staffs were friendly, especially Georgia.
Their hot shower and internet were unstable. Couldn't get internet access at all later during my time of stay.

Fun place. As they disclosed when I made the booking, they're renovating (June 2023). The hotel has character, it's an ideal location and a bargain

everything
we did have to hike up 3 flights of stairs cause the elevator was broken 😂 was a mission but funny at the same time since we were a few drinks down

It gave me a safe place to stay for the night and a place to sleep.
Didn’t have a shower, hot water just didn’t get to the floor I was on. Wasn’t going to waste any more water trying to get hot water.

It’s proximity to the NSW border made it a good stopover location, despite it’s very dated appearance the facilities were still functional (heating, TV, bath, fridge); nice window view of Albury and the hills. Room service was offered to order meals, which was a plus (especially after a long drive).
We had to wait a while for checkin (>15 minutes), but that’s understandable given that we had a late check-in after 5pm. The fridge area could have been a little cleaner (mould present in fridge cavity), the storage cupboard also contained rust and exposed pipework and missing roofing. Although room service was offered, there was no phone in the room or instructions on how to order food, so ended up having to go to the bar in person to place the order. Parking was included according to the booking, however no instructions were given on where to park (ended up parking in street - later found out after enquiring at checkin that there was space out the back but contractors would be using it in the morning which may lead to delays on departure).

Booked last minute while driving long distance. All was as advertised. Staff helpful and welcoming. Good central location.
AC very loud. Inconvenient/limited power point locations

Noisy live music/noise till midnight. Loud even with earplugs.

Had the best sleep out of my whole 8 day so far road trip, it had aircon, a bath & a fridge that kept my beers extra cold. The staff were awesome, location sensational & that bed was so comfortable words can't describe... I slept in, I wanted to stay longer, but time commitments didn't allow. Will never stay anywhere else anytime I go to Albury.
Nothing. But maybe others might not have liked me turning the TV up louder when I had the aircon on the highest level. But that definitely wasn't a concern of mine..

It was right next door to Coles/Kmart plaza. Had a Schnitz next door. Pub meals available. TV worked very well. Good supply of tea, coffee, milk and sugar
Limited to no car parking.
Lack of power points. Had to turn off TV or fridge to boil judge

Location was great. Amazing outdoor and indoor area food was great.
Unfortunately not very clean rooms. Leaking windows, no hot water for shower. Carpet was very stained. Drinking glasses in the room where moulded.
