Enjoyable but sleep is necessary so sadly can’t return.

The position was fantastic! The flat beautiful! View superb!

Blinds in bedroom let in any light. Passing vehicles and the sunrise. We didn’t get much sleep. Could do with more in the kitchen for example, a jug so water can be put on the table or in the fridge. The kitchen knives are not sharp or fit for purpose any more. Maybe put some kitchen foil for people to use.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely book this apartment again.

Location ideal for us, just round corner from daughters university accommodation and 5/10 minute walk to York. Property had everything we needed and was very cosy and comfortable

The only thing that worried me a little was that the shower would leak on the corner of the bathroom floor.

Excellent apartment in every senses, shame about the interminable bureaucracy.

Being bombarded for months by a flood of email and texts from Booking.com AND the owner's agent Superhog. I found the latter to be a particular trial. If Superhog is involved in a future booking I would reconsider The process of getting in and navigation keys and cods was tiresome.

Superb

The apartment is located very close to the Shambles, offers a free parking space, is very nicely decorated, especially the seating area and clean. Self check in was easy and the communication with the hosts excellent.

The bed was not very comfortable for us.

A small walk to the City.

Location was perfect. Facilities were just what we were after. Cleanliness of the apartment was spot on.

The location was perfect. Easy access to shopping, town, transport etc. The facilities were extensive and they all worked perfectly.

The letting agency were a bit "overbearing" with demands for perfect images of passports etc. We also didn't like the fact that although we were there for 4 days, we were only supplied with one set of towels.

Location was perfect and the property lived up to the description. Comfortable, clean and definitely a gem. Great communication before arrival including online guest manual and instructions for accessing the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Fab location but could be cleaner.

Free parking, perfect location only a short walk from centre and had lots of close amenities. Lovely view of the castle walls. Easy self check in.

Wasn’t very clean at all, big cobwebs around the ceilings in the bedroom and living room. Plates were still dirty from previous guests and dried up food was still on the cutlery. Didn’t feel very clean to say you pay a cleaning fee when booking. Arial cable on the tv was broken. Pillows were incredibly flat and uncomfortable. Wardrobe smelt very musty. Also walls are very thin, could constantly hear people in the flat upstairs talking and playing a tv/music.

Perfect City Break Apartment!

Perfect location, just 3 minutes level walk into the city, and handy for pubs and shops (and there's a Sainsbury's just at the back of the car park at the rear). Lovely garden to look out on; really well equipped kitchen; and bed was so comfortable! Great for a city break - would definitely stay again.

Arm chair wasn't very comfy to sit in if you wanted to put your feet up after a days shopping (we couldn't both fit on the sofa) - so that was a small detail that could be improved; and not being able to sit out in the garden was disappointing - a couple of benches would make that a nice chillout area.

Perfect spot to explore York from

The location is undoubtedly the best thing about the property, but that’s not to say the apartment wasn’t beautiful, clean and with everything you could possibly need. The bed was wonderfully comfortable also.

The toilet paper felt like something even Jigsaw wouldn’t give to his enemies.

Location. Comfortable bed, well equipped property. Netflix

Absence of proper heating: the floor heating took 6 hours to warm up, without the electric heater we would have left. Doors badly fitted, not closing, front door unsecure, Narnia emergency exit door in the cupboard. There is no access to the garden. Initial key access code is incorrect. Non working central piece heater. Non GDPR and data protection act compliant property management company.

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Excellent location for all of York's attractions and also bonus of having your own parking space at property.

The bed for myself was too hard but not for my partner. An extra duvet to lay on would have helped as I have a back problem. Otherwise excellent no complaints
